While I do love MAC products, I mostly wanted to leave a very positive review for Lauren at Dillards, who helped me yesterday.I often find it a little overwhelming and/or intimidating to shop for makeup and hair products because there are so many options and I don’t know very much about what I need or want.Lauren was so friendly, helpful, and encouraging as we compared products and tested shades to find what suited me best. Lauren also listened to my needs (I was primarily shopping for an outdoor trip) and made specific suggestions for that and just really put me at ease.While I do feel excited to use the products I purchased, the best part about shopping at MAC for me was that Lauren kind of turned my day around - made me feel a lot better about myself and my makeup “insecurities” so that I had a really positive and fun time shopping - and left feeling a lot better in general! Thank you, Lauren!!

It was my first time ever going to a cosmetic consultation store like it, and with that considered, I honestly thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. First off, when I arrived, i was greeted by Ms Angie, who was so pleasantly and friendly. She was even able to narrow down my exact needs in literally less then 5 minutes. Our entire visit lasted about 20 minutes, but I learned and gained so much more knowledge about my concerns then when I had initially came. So once again I definitely recommend you go so Ms Angie who is a very skilled MAC representative. Cant wait to bring my mom back next time.

Victor is very well versed on all the products and also about skin and color. He hand picked products that would suit my personal needs and lifestyle, I am very impressed. Friendly, professional, talented.

Love that you use the makeup before buying it.

If you make an appointment make sure you give yourself an extra 30 mins. I had a hair appointment and gave the artist one hour to complete my makeup before my hair appointment but the artist talked to her co workers for 10 mins then the next 15 mins cleaned her brushes. She made me 30 or so mins late for my hair appointment which made me late to the party I was going to.

Nina is the absolute best! I’ve been coming to this MAC for like, 10 years and have never received such great customer service!
