Poor customer service experience. I had called around to 20+ places trying to find a small, uncommon electronic component. Most places were very friendly and tried to help out as much as they could. When I called this place, after asking if they stocked it, I received a no, we dont, followed by a click of the phone hanging up.No chance to ask a follow-up question? No wonder your Google review is terrible.
Beware of that company!!!On the 8th of November 2017 I received a proforma invoice from AGS-Electronics Inc. for 10 Apple iPhones 5S 16GB used grade B (space grey), 100% factory unlocked and functional for the amount of 800 USD. I paid the requested amount. However, then I was told to pay additional 1650 USD for the freight (the shipping costs as per the conversation with the AGS-Electronics Inc. should have been included in the proforma invoice) and customs. As I did not agree to pay this amount, I was informed that the AGS-Electronics Inc. would speak with the Customs Officials to decrease the charges.On the 24th on November I received a FEDEX waybill that occured to be false. Once complained, the company promised me to send the phones and give the correct tracking numer, however nothing like that has happened and I have neither received the ordered goods nor my money back and no one answered the phone since then.
