Kit was the guy at the counter who was helping me, guys this vape store is great. He knew so much about everything that I asked and I’m kinda picky when it comes to mods and juices. Finally made the Switch from cigarettes to vape. Was happy with my purchase from here. Although the girl that helped me seemed to be only mostly knowledgeable in liquids, I was able to get a set up that Im extremely happy with. Only bad thing was that they didnt even have the batteries needed for my mod. I was able to get them from their other shop on Nine Mile Rd though. Id recommend their products but would care to have a little better service.

Fair prices and very knowledgeable staff

I have been a customer at the Vape shop for over a year. I was a customer at another local shop but found their customer service lacking. The employees are always helpful,friendly and they all have great senses of humor. The products are top notch and reasonably priced. I love the daily specials and the punch card that gets you a free 30ML juice one you have 10 punches! I will never go to another shop.

Went in and Parker was awesome! Super knowledgeable on what they offer and super cool to work with! My girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back for more supplies from him!

I cannot rave about this place enough, it is hands down THE BEST vape shop I have ever been to! I drive 50 minutes just because this place is so great! They have the widest selections of flavors, and theyre all so good! I havent tried one yet that I havent liked, which makes choosing one flavor so hard! The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Their juice is amazing, and the pricing is beyond reasonable. I mean, $20-25 for a 60 ml bottle?! Good luck finding a price like that for juice of the best quality anywhere else!

I have been a regular customer at the brent location for quite some time. They originally operated in a much smaller location next door to where they are now. Service is knowledgable and friendly, products are of high quality, prices are competitive with daily specials adding to the savings. Overall they are professional, great selection, lots of vape accessories, and cbd products too!

Todd was really helpful and gave us some tips for local beaches to check out while were here visiting. Vape store was very clean and had a wide range of juices and accessories. Will go back for sure!

Customer service was awful and the prices are outrageous. Its a very awkward feeling place. And I understand small business mark up to an extent, but some of the prices I was told when I was in were mind blowing. Will definitely not be returning.

Me and my fiance went in a few days ago so I could buy him the cloud beast for an early Christmas present. Robert was working but he told us we can call him Butters :). He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was such a big help. He explained to my fiance how to prime his new coil and we both talked him into buying a new snow wolf (that he absolutely loves). Robert was so patient with us trying any flavor we asked for and answering any question we had. Definitely a great experience with a great employee! 10/10!

Justine was very knowledgeable and helpful with the types of coils and the best juices for my specific taste. She showed me how to prime my coil and make them last as long as possible. I will definitely be coming back next time I need any help with my vape.

The employee was no help at all she just waited to get over with everything . She never tried to talk too us about anything . I pretty much sold the product to myself and bought it . Never will I be going there. Only reason I went there was because they were the only place in town that had the one color of vape I wanted since everyone else sold out and ran out of them .

I went to the chiropractor today because they had a $97.00 special. They did my exam and when I asked for pain meds (since they werent doing any treatments for another week) they refused and said they dont do that. So I headed to the CBD shop and Alisha helped me out and I got a prerolled CBD that instantly helped with the pain I was having. 10.00 vs 97.00. Should have spent the 97.00 here! Alisha also explained the difference between CBD and Kratom which explains why people thought I was a junkie asking for Kratom. The shop was also cool and inviting. Cannot thank you enough.

I was very surprised and pleased when the manager of the store (Kit) reached out to us regarding the recent problem we had with the tank. Every business has problems from time to time, but I admire those who reach out to correct those problems. Great job, still a loyal customer.Have always been a first class shop, however, purchased a tank that was defective and had a very difficult time getting a replacement tank. The sales person was very knowledgeable and had to go through an exorbitant number of steps including three phone calls to the manager before replacing our $10.00 tank. With all of the competition out there it seems we should expect better service.

I really wish I could raise this star rating but in all honesty 3 stars might be too many. First off your shop is impeccable. Nice and clean your staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. And thats about the instant the courtesies stopped. I grabbed a chair by the juice bar and proceeded to try and make small chat with the manager Frank. It seemed like he had no time for anything. Not the few customers that came in while I was there or I. The orders were more important. And when I offered, as I am a vape shop owner from another state, to help get samples sent in from our distributors he disregarded the comment as if i was speaking to a wall. I hope you all well in the future but I will not return nor recommend your shop to anyone. Good luck with future endeavors.

Recently I have visited one of your shops only to find out that two of your very fine employees Caitlin, and Frank have been fired. Caitlin always helped me when it came to fixing my vape and was always so welcoming. I think it is very comical how 2 amazing employees are let go, but yet you keep one who doesn’t have any respect for anyone or herself. A employee of yours, kylie has one of the foulest mouths I have ever heard. I’m not sure if employees cussing is a new thing, but it’s not very welcoming. Not sure who is in charge of all of this, but all I have to say is wow...I will not be returning.
