Winn-Dixie is one of my regular stops on shopping day. They carry a few items that I cant get anywhere else. Specially my favorite brand of coffee. They have pretty decent BOGOs as well. The store is clean and most of the employees are helpful, when asked a question.

I called the store to get product availability information since it was late and I didnt have time to run store to store. I called 5 min after I left work and it takes 15 to get to the store. I stayed on the phone with it ringing as I walked through the door and someone finally decided to answer! I expected to see a store with a skeleton crew and they just didnt have anyone free to answer the phone. That was not the case. There were two people behind the customer service counter there were at least two registers open there was self-checkout with a person standing there and no one in self checkout. Very poor customer service!

Everything is great no complaints. Have 4 stars only because it is a bit pricey. Great service, great products, very beautiful inside store.

I have always loved this grocer. I have shopped at this place my entire life with my family. Winn-Dixie is a solid brand.

Some of the produce that shouldnt have spoiled by the next day. And when I pay good money I expect to get good stuff! I am on a tight bugget!

Store remodeled and very clean and updated. The self checkouts are the worst I have ever used, but hopefully with the remodel they will get new ones. Customer service you receive here is very bad. Some of the employees (not all) are very rude. But there are a few good ones.The Bogo you have to be careful because sometimes at he register it doesnt doesnt give you the discount.*Also this is winn Dixie in general the app is horrible!! The coupons I dont ever know if Im suppose to scan them or add them in the mobile app. Last night a item on shelf said mobile coupon I went in app to find it at checkout and it wasnt even on the app. This was verified by a cashier who was rushing me. I just bought it anyways. The multiplier thing is also confusing. I dont ever know when its there to add and I forget my receipts. So I never end up getting the points.

Only thing that I see needing to be improved on is the ease of self checkout. The system is super slow and prone to errors and lag.

I really like Winn Dixie. They have decent prices. (Especially on meat, which is the main reason I shop here.) I like most of their food. Their produce is usually decent to good. Be careful, you will gain 5 lbs just walking into their bakery. Mmm.

This is the grocery store I go to when i need anything. The staff are always friendly and the weekly sales are always good. The point system is very good as well. You can earn points for worth cash and you can purchase anything in the store or use them when your tight on cash and need a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk.Once you leaen how to combine the sales and the points system you can actually save alot here.

A little pricey and dont do the self check out! Its ridiculously annoying.

I went for the covid vaccine and they did not treat me because I did not have insurance and because I did not have social security, so they do not want to end the pandemic, he told me that they are requirements of the government.

My family has been shopping with WD for over 30 years. Great produce, great meats and love their baked goods.Since Covid has stricken, they have maintained good service and a clean environment.

The store was very clean and the staff that helped me were polite and helpful and I did not have any trouble finding what I was looking for, the shelves were stocked with everything and the merchandise was neatly stacked.

I normally love going here. I got my lunch today (which had mashed potatoes and gravy in it) the blonde headed boy working the register on #2 i believe..doesnt pay attention to the bright green sku sticker and turns my lunch upside down. I tell him it on top and he just made gravy go everywhere inside...his answer..well its good its saran wrapped then....Wow such poor customer service. VERY disappointed.

Good selection, super friendly staff! Seemed clean & mostly well stocked. Seafood area was pretty bare but I came at 630pm. Customers were at check out with no masks though, and the lines were a bit long but that could be a timing thing.

Well-organized and clean store.While there are many grocery store choices on 9 Mile Rd, I would return to this WD based on the polite, helpful, and courteous service I received, yesterday. Kudos to the young man working the self-checkout area last night!

My experience was good. The shelfs were stocked with bogo. Surprised at the value & selection. This Winn Dixie has changed for the better. Its not exspcially Clean. However. The values. Are good enough.

This is an older store, compared to the nearby Publix for example. However the store has self checkout. We like their smaller size carts. We shop here for meat especially - much better pricing than Publix. We buy other stuff here, and pay attention to their BOGO deals. We find the Rewards program a little confusing, like getting points multipliers by coupon. Wed like Rewards earning/redemption to be offered automatically at checkout, rather than having to scan a paper or smartphone coupon. The Winn-Dixie app is ok, but not as good as Publix app.

I like Winn Dixie. It us a great place to find fruit flavored diet drinks. The store brand Chek sodas are inexpensive and delicious!

I dont dislike this place, its just inventory limited lines. and lack of buy 1 get 1 free, became buy 2 gat 1 free.

Today a few employees were rude. Stocker almost running over me with the supply platform. Checkout person not friendly.

Excellent, friendly, southern charm type customer service experience at this location. Theyre definitely keeping the Winn-Dixie way going as I remember when I worked for Winn-Dixie back in the 80s and 90s. All in all, keep up the good work!

9th and Creighton store is the worst. Moldy produce....checkout computers crash often.....some cashiers are ok....some have no business working in retail. Jacked prices on Bogo....its worth the drive to go to the store on 9 mile road.

A little pricy but... Its actually worth it. People ask if they can help. Excellent meat and Deli dept. CLEAN and well stocked.

I love shopping at Winn Dixie they have good sales and Im able to get in and out with no problems.

The store part itself is good. The 2 star rating is because the pharmacy is awful. I moved all my prescriptions back to the Winn-Dixie in Cantonment the staff there are outstanding and dont make excuses for why your medication is not filled

Never human manned registers. The self checkout is a nightmare. A NIGHTMARE. I avoid this place as much as possible. When I do cave I am quickly reminded why its not my first or second choice.

Terrible experience today. Loaded all of the groceries onto the conveyer and the register freezes. Have to load all of the groceries back in the cart and I move to another line. Manager/Trainer Kenny makes me change lanes, I have no idea why ( he said he was helping) but the conveyer didnt work so I had to keep manually moving groceries so the poor cashier could reach them. All in all, terrible experience and not an apology for the inconvenience!

Going to Winn-Dixie after the hurricane was off the chain. the staff was friendly and did the best they could to help their customers, the food was gone on the Frozen side and fresh meat side, I expect that was probably from the power outage that spoiled the food. Keep up the good work employees

If I could give them zero stars I would! I have shopped this store for over 6 yrs and it has taken a turn for the worse! I have personally found on 7 different occasions this Winn Dixie selling expired food. I have spoke to 5 different managers about this with all of them claiming they are working on it but still having no problem selling out of date non perishable/perishable foods. The district manager even insulted me by telling me that I live and die by the expiration dates. Yes sir I do! I have a stomach disease, which I explained to you why I have to be on top of what I put into my body. This sir is why I have to be concerned.. this was pulled from a recent news story that could have easily happened at your zero star store!(Paraphrased) Salmonella found in ground beef.. recall in effect.Salmonella causes roughly 1.2 million illnesses and 450 deaths in the U.S. each year, according to the federal agency. Those infected with the bacterial disease experience diarrhea, abdominal cramps and fever roughly six hours to four days after being exposed, and it usually lasts four to seven days. Most people usually recover from salmonella without treatment.8 hospitalized and 1 dead.I could be that one dead and when I bring the concerns to the store, they give me attitude. I will never shop with Winn Dixie again and I hope others do the same! They dont care about you! To them its all about the money! Here is an example. Pork chops original price $8.53. They were put on quick sale but instead of covering the original price with the new price, with lack of care they just stuck the new price on.. but here is the kicker.. they raised the price to $12.67, then marked it down to $10.90 and slapped a $3 off coupon on it. I have a picture for proof and the District manager has it but they still didnt care! I added the photo to their page. Please look at it.

After work day shopping. I would expect more than one lane open with a human. Checking out though self checkout with over 30 items is not realistic not should be expected. The scale tables are small for bagging and dont dare place it in your cart after scanning....set the system in a fault mode and have to wait for employee to help. There were 6 customers in line for the human, who did not know much about the store. Three customers waiting for self checkout. Both self checkouts faulted at the same time which means double wait. Been to this location often and the wait times have not changed. Looking for a quick stop seek another business. Quality product yes, customer service no. Good deals and rewards, yes and you deserve every one having to wait for it. Digital coupons from the store app. Nice touch and some additional savings paying for your time. But why have coupons for product not available...not just out of stock but not in inventory or a place where it would be on a shelf. I did save 20 cents a gallon on gas through the rewards program on this trip.

Nice place for your grocery needs and also for dog and cat food, cleaning supplies, and many other things as well. Employees are always friendly and never rude. Good place to go shop around or a good place to just go do a quick stop to grab one or two items. The parking lot lines are easy to see, even in the rain at night. The lighting is okay. All in all, its a great Winn Dixie to shop at.
