I am 32 and started noticing I was having issues hearing so I made an appointment. I was pretty impressed from the start. When you call you are initially transferred to scheduling where John answers the phone himself. I liked that. He was able to get me in very timely. I went in for my appointment and he was very kind, patient, and explained everything thoroughly and in detail. I do have hearing loss and nobody wants to hear that at my age, but he was very empathetic and compassionate about it. I would recommend him to anyone. He will also go to your home and that doesnt happen much anymore.

I searched for a place to get my hearing checked and to have my hearing aids checked. I had moved here a year ago and didn’t know anyone or where to go. Ive worn hearing aids since 2003 and have had moderate success with them. This year I was referred by a friend to this center. Overall a great experience, they scheduled a time to come to my home and tested my hearing and I purchased new Resound in the ear hearing aids. I took my mom to see John Dennis from a recommendation from a friend of mine. So very glad we went, worth the drive from Navarre. My mom has had nerve deafness in one ear since she was very young and she didnt think she had any options for her good ear that was finally wearing out after over 80 yrs. She wasnt to sure of getting a hearing aid but after talking with John, who was very professional, extremely patient, and knowledgeable on a level that was easy for us to understand, she was trilled to find out that a hearing aid would get her back to hearing and now hardly ever says....what...only after a month. My visit was the first time I’d ever been to an audiologist or hearing aid center. Ive had difficulty hearing since my mid teens. I scheduled an appointment for a hearing test, the test did show moderate hearing loss. I looked at a few different hearing aid options that had various pros and cons when compared to eachother. I ultimately decided on the phonak marvel hearing aids over the oticon or starkey. I use an android phone and the bluetooth features are well worth the extra cost. Being a federal employee has its perks, blue cross and blue sheild insurance picked up 75% of the cost for the ones I ended up being fit with. Definitely 110% worth every bit.👍🏼👍🏼

I could not be happier with the service and courtesy given to me by John. I had inquired about repairing my hearing aid from several sources, with no response. I then noticed Hear for You, and inquired. John responded within an hour, and made time for me on the same day. Not only did he repair my broken receiver, but also adjusted the awful backfeed and static I was experiencing in both hearing aids, and gave me new receivers for each. John listens! He was generous with his time, and completely knowledgable about what needed to be done for me. This place is awesome. I moved recently and the hearing specialist at my new location wanted $500 to program the hearing aids I bought on ebay to my hearing test. I contact this place and they did it for $100 including shipping them back to me. Total time from me putting them in the mail until I was wearing them again was 5 days. I live in Washington state.
