4 of us went to cycle gear to check on putting bluetooth in our helments the staff, Bill and Spring, showed us the units they had and explained all the features. We went with the Sena Spider ST1. It was my first time at Cycle Gear. My experience was great. I got all fitted for my riding gear and had a few items ordered. I truly appreciate the staff and how they made sure I was properly equipped and making sure I got the absolute best deals. You can literally walk around the store with the helmet on the entire time to make sure you’re comfortable. Most stores don’t like you to touch their equipment unless for sure buying. Cycle Gear is definitely the spot to shop for motorcycle gear.

I went to Cycle Gear store after buying 2 helmets and commutation packages form their online center. I was told the store would put the packages together for me. They did, Spring the manager on duty was wonderful, and a young man that was working for her, was great too. I left with both helmets working well and brought 2 other items while there. Great place I will be back for my cycle needs.

Called in to see if there was a specific product in stock. Was greeted professionally by a sales associate by the name of Spring. She checked for me and found exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived at this location she had the products waiting for me. She walked with me during my whole visit and I ended up buying another product. Went in to get a better fitting helmet and the staff was incredibly helpful. The particular associate that helped me was super knowledgeable, and knew exactly what made my old helmet uncomfortable and which helmets would fix that. She was incredibly patient with my questions so that I could make sure I understood. Not pushy, smart suggestions, A+ experience, would drive 2 and a half hours again.Wish I could name her for being a standout, but all my receipt says is assoc 8793, so if you go there ask for her haha!

Thanks for asking me for my opinion. The in-store selection was the only thing stopping your store from being a 5 Star review. We ended up finding a great helmet for my wife but had order it online at the store. The help from your members and friendly attitude made it a smooth ride in and out.

The store is smaller than other cycle gear locations. It has less inventory than other stores and literally 2 pairs of women’s boots. The staff said hi when I entered the store and asked if I needed help and I said yes, I’m looking for a specific product and they walked off. Was in the store for 20 minutes and another staff member started chatting with me about random stuff that had nothing to do with what I asked them about. After 30 mins they showed me where I could put my helmet down! Then they commented on my older helmet and Bluetooth device.The only good thing that happened this trip is that I got a pair of shoes and parts I needed. Definitely won’t be going back if I can avoid it. Also military gets a discount on items if they are ordered through the brick and mortar store.ETA: The store manager must have looked up my information on their system and called my cellphone to further discuss this review. I did NOT give permission for them to call me and find it highly unprofessional.

Im always satisfied with the customer service here. I do wish there was more in the way of leather gear for V-Twin cruisers therefore there isnt much for me here. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a helmet because of the vast array of stock in store.

Well put together store, but they have a majory security issue with their systems. Upon arriving home I noticed my card being swiped multiple times, obviously hacked, as the purchases, came through i noticed most of the charges placed on my card were not even located in pen. or florida for that matter. Good Gear, but do not use your credit/card here. CASH ONLY

So far they have had everything Ive needed to pick up. Somethings you just cant purchase online and its nice to try on first. Got my gloves, saddle bags, tank bag and rain suit and riding gear.

From my very first visit to Cycle Gear I was greeted warmly by Spring. I was there looking for gear and she went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. And needed. She put in the helmet order and within 3 days it was at the store ready for pickup. That process went smooth with no hassles. I love that place. Good prices and always open 7 days a week.

Was sold on the insurance for my Cardo freecom. $15 vs dropping another $250. Within 3 months My Cardo fell out of its holster and was ran over. I literally walked into Cyclegear, handed them the old one, and they handed me a brand new freecom off the shelf with no issue.

Nice and spacious. Just over-priced! Nice folks, just wish they had better deals. Probably wont return.

Staff here was very good and knowledgeable. Ended up buying a 2 pack of the sena 20 and they installed them into our helmets while we waited. One was dead so they exchanged it for another one that had a full charge so we could use them when we left the store. Super cool people!

It’s a nice store but they need to do a better job of customer service. I scheduled tire replacement and purchase from them. They never bothered to tell me I would have to bring the tires and rims in and not the bike. That kind of important thing to mention.

I was very impressed with the sales reps in the stores. Bill was knowledgable, friendly, and helped my husband select a helmet that not only fit well but provided all of the features he was looking for. Bill included me in the conversation and provided a solution when they didnt have the right size in stock. This was a completely different experience than we have had with other establishments. I highly recommend!

I live an hour and a half away and make the trip to this place whenever I need more riding gear. They have a huge selection. Also their helmet selection is the best I’ve ever seen. The only part that’s lacking is the parts area. But you should be able to find whatever you need for basic maintenance. And they can order something else if need be.

Good staff very helpful. Went for a light bulb. 160 bucks later. They have alot of odds and ends.

Very helpful and nice staff. We needed a new tire and brakes for our bike and we were 700+ miles from home. They mounted our tire on the wheel for us and helped us get back on the road! They were also open on Mondays when all other places in that area are closed!
