George the owner and his staff provided great service! I called days before my move and they were helpful in getting me a reservation. When I arrived, days later (and on a Holiday) there office was open. George help me and help me upgrade my storage. Very pleased with the service specially during a busy transitional month. Great place to store items. I have had both air conditioned and non-air conditioned. Staff are really great and anytime I had an issue, which were few, they were quick to respond and correct. I would use them again if I need a storage unit again.RP

I’m renting an outside parking spot for my RV. Easy to park the RV and get in and out. Gates and cameras are great and make me feel like my RV is secure. I’ve also noticed that even if my RV sits for awhile, I have no issues with bugs or rodents inside. That’s a plus! I’ve talked to George and Brandy several times and their customer service is top notch!

I actually stopped here to get picked up by Uber. I walked in and told the employee that I was there for that reason. Although I am looking for a place to store my stuff. I would definitely recommend this place. It was very clean everybody was friendly and it was in a good neighbourhood. Its near the highway and air port so its great for moving or just easy access.

George, the manager, is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond what is required to take care of his customers. While I was overseas, he immediately notified me that my truck had suffered accidental damage on the lot and did everything he could to facilitate its immediate repair. He has gone so far as to offer transportation when I couldnt get a taxi in order that I make it to the airport. George is the kind of person you hope and pray that your kids turn into.

George saved my life! I was illegally evicted during Covid, with a memorandum from the CDC that states on there website that I could Not be evicted if I was unable to pay due to non working during Covid. I had less than 12 hours to move or an eviction would be on my record. George allowed me to the store my apartment things in the storage unit and he waited until I got there after they had already closed. He was very professional, he was very sympathetic and he really made me feel like I would be OK. I’m so glad to have met a kind soul during my time of need! I highly recommend Life Storage! This place is a Life saver. My Boyfriend business has been in the same building for 30 years. And right before HURRICANE SALLY hit Pensacola the Grown kids of the owners handed him an UNNOTORIZED piece of paper stating he had UNTIL 9-30-2020 to vacate. How are you supposed to move a business of 30 years into another building RIGHT during a hurricane? WELL LIFE STORAGE to the rescue. We got the space that we need and less stress on him as well. Thanks LIFE STORAGE for rescuing us FROM the Stupidity of others.

The lady in the office WAS really nice even called once she received OUR confirmation JUST so we would have the office number instead of JUST the main 800 number. That was SO sweet of HER.

George Klegs presented a friendly professional. He listened to what I was looking for and presented me with several good options. He also thoroughly reviewed the process of renting storage, and the various other products he has available to renters: hand truck, boxes, locks, tape, pads, etc. to help make moving and storage easier.

We were pleasantly surprised when right at closing time George came out to our car and invited us in to see if they could help us. We were tired and the process was so quick and easy. This seems to be a well run operation.

Just opened my account with Brandi this morning. She was incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and thorough! I have back issues and had a very hard time moving and she was helpful in showing me where to go, holding the door for me, and doing the best she could within her limits to assist me. It really meant a lot to me, as I would have had a much harder time without her help.Our unit is very clean, nice and cool, and very affordable for a climate control unit. Im planning on only using them for one month, but might extend my time based on my experience today.Thank you very much!!!!

Excellent customer service. Easy move in and move out, very affordable. I was locked out of the gate when I was moving in and called the customer service number and they were able to let me into the gate to finish moving in in a timely fashion. They were very respectful of my situation. I would recommend Life Storage to anyone where your belongings will be safe and secure. George got me taken care of when I needed a Truck for rent when moving into another location that only had a Van. I found out that most carry these Vans that for some people are worthless. Locations Need Box Trucks. Or to stay with Box trucks. As not everything fits into the van because it is skinny.Life Storage, please keep box trucks available. I mean you are not making all storage units 5ft wide. So with 10ft wide units, need a 10ft wide truck.

Great place, and great people. The truck rental was easy and the truck was just what I needed to move out.

They auctioned my stuff and never did send an email of notice. Nor did they send a letter. They claim they did but in fact did not! I went in to pay my balance offering to pay half that day and the rest a few days later. They wouldnt accept and then sold my stuff at auction soon after!

Very friendly & helpful. Best rates & availability i found in the area.
