Being Active duty military I can say, some private owned businesses known when and where they can nickel and dime for a lack of value, Discount Muffler and Brakes did not do that and outperformed on my expectations... I came in wanting a mad max style exhaust on my 2003 Jeep wrangler, my only vision was an old school diesel flapper, when I saw my Jeep they turned my dream into a reality with a relatively low cost but extreme craftsmanship, the welds are beaded nice, they took time to from the exhaust stack to the body of my vehicle, made it a modular system I can add to later... in am extremely satisfied with what this shop was able to do for me!

They are very fast and friendly!They do a very professional job and it doesnt cost you an arm and a leg. I would recommend the shop to anyone looking to get any type of exhaust work done oh, and they also do routine maintenance and custom work as well.

The ONLY reason for one star is because theres not a negative option.asked the guy to look at vehicle for a couple of options - he said does not work on them and take to dealer.even though there was same make vehicle sitting there ???will never go back or recommend this place !!!

I called to ask a simple question and his response was very rude and ended with him immediately hanging up. I asked if he could install catless headers, and rather then simply telling me that he couldn’t install them, due to legality issues that I was unaware of. He said “up to a $10,000 fine” and hung up. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. He could have made me aware that the install is not legal, and possibly given me another option. Instead he hung up. Very poor customer service

As I make note of the 5 star reviews this place has vs. the 1 star reviews, I see a pattern. I called and the result was a disjointed interactive experience. The representative didnt take kindly to those who inquire about bringing them parts as a result of having their own fabrication/welding abilities. Not sure how discounted their rates are once you bring them a whole vehicle, but cost effectiveness (or lack thereof) was cited as the reason why they do not touch anything off vehicle. Been doing custom work to my projects for years with a little help from the equipment muffler shops have. This is the first one Ive encountered that want to make the maximum buck possible by you bringing them a whole car and relying on them for everything. To top it all off, once my realization fully sank in what this shop is/ isnt, the representatives attitude eroded a bit more.
