I am so impressed that at a time when everything is so backed up and chaotic due to lack of parts and labor during COVID-19 my vehicle was immediately accepted in without an appointment and given an assessment of the damages the next day. I was told about 2 weeks, and had my car back in 9 days. Also, the Rim repair professional is very gifted 👌

They gave us detailed information that the insurance company did not share. AND they did it before papers were signed. We decided not to use their services. However, in future, if needed this is were we are going here. The information we got was very useful. And their open honesty was a breath of fresh air in a very stressful situation.

I had recently been in an accident and needed some body work on my car. I didnt know where to bring it, but my insurance company recommended WCC. And they did a fantastic job. Efficient and quick service. And the staff was friendly. I would recommend coming here if you need bodywork done. And the paint they did looks better than what my car did before the accident too.

To be honest with a lot of you guys I saw a lot of negative comments about them and good positive ones. But to be honest with you for the type of card that my husband and i own they did a really good job and its not just a regular car. It is a sport car and its like nun happen to it ..The only down thing about it was that we werent able to put the sticker on until 30 days cuz of paint was fresh but car is perfect.

We took our van in to them because we got rear ended. Aldo ended up finding some substandard work done by the previous shop and instead of just working over it to get the job they informed me that it was in our best interest to take it back to the previous shop to have it fixed properly before the insurance adjuster came back to see it. I really appreciate that kind of honesty.

My vehicle was there for 7 days in that 7 days they did a great job on my bumper no complaints the 1 one star comes from them stealing my smith and Wesson shield out of my center consol and then playing stupid when confronted about it . The owner repeated 3 times while walking in circles “ we need to call the police a stolen gun in serious “ hey thanks guy had no idea . How about you go look at your cameras in your bays and figure out who worked on my car and find my gun instead of the advice ?But seriously great job on the bumper. So all in all it was a $1000 repair and a smith and Wesson shield, if I would have know they steal guns I would have kept the bumper damage and taken the check from the insurance company ! My wife swears up and down about this place. Shes had both her cars doen here. I always thought theyre just nother shop but today I got to experience what she was talking about. A cap on her bumper cover fell off at some point (not the companys fault) and we went to mazda to get the cheap cap... she called around pricing paint matching it. She got quotes above 100 bucks.... im not sure the guys name? Think he was the owner. He said itll be ready tomorrow. Asked for a price and he said no charge. Its just a cap wish other companies were cool like that. Called my wife and told her they deff have our business for good. He could have easily charged us for paint and labor. Deff 5 stars.

This auto body shop does nice work and the vendors that they use for off site repairs are also very efficient at their craft. Mainly who they send damaged aluminium wheels. The wheels that where damaged had scrapes and small gouging. They came back looking like nothing happened to them. The body guy that put the car back together did an excellent job. Overall a great job.

Dominick does an outstanding job at explaining what needs to happen next. I had damage to the front of my dodge 1500 and had just moved from Indiana and had no idea who to trust. He made the experience as easy as he possibly could. Thank you Westgate Collision Center!

Great shot. The shop owner will work with you and your insurance company to make sure that your car is repaired to the best that it can be. Ive been using this shop now for about 5 years and never once had any complaints. I personally get into a very large amount of accidents period bad luck I suppose
