I was able to find the car I was looking for, but when it was not going to arrive on time, Kyle helped my find a car with same trim and features that would arrive in a couple days. Once I started the sale, Kyle did a very thorough walkthrough of the car and its features. The finance part was something I had a lot of anxiety about, but they were very friendly, not pushy, and did not try to sneak anything in. Overall the best car buying experience I have had so far! Bought car last week and it was a great experience. Really. It was faster than I had expected and much less paperwork than in years past. I highly recommend this dealership. They also did not put a ton of unwanted pressure to buy on me, which I appreciated. I walked on the lot, single female, and truly the guys I worked with were GREAT! This isn’t the first time I bought a vehicle but it’s the first time I bought a brand new vehicle! And I couldn’t be happier! I had the most amazing experience with this dealer from the beginning all the way up to driving off the lot. I had spoke with the sales manager Jason before stepping foot in the dealership. He was amazing listened to all my concerns about buying a new vehicle and wasn’t rushing me off the phone like I had previously experienced at another popular dealership. When I got to the dealership I wasn’t bombarded with salesmen I was asked if I was here to see anyone in particular and they went and got Pat for me. Pat was also great! He gave me all my possible scenarios and told me he would see what can be done after the credit check. He was able to help me get into the SUV I’ve had my eyes on for months and helped get me the most for my trade in. What meant the most to me was he could see the excitement on my face and he did what he could to make sure I kept it on my face! That’s really what customer service is about. I was never pressured or rushed int anything he made sure to ask me if I wanted to go ahead and see about getting approved and of course I said yes! I can’t remember the lady in finance but she was also super friendly and super helpful and helped keep my payment as low as I could get it while pushing my first payment out a month and a half and getting me the best warranty on my vehicle. I’m a happy customer and for sure will recommend this dealership to my family and friends!
I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Hunter was a great communicator and went above and beyond to make sure I leaned all the cool new features.In a time when so many are taking advantage of low stock in their additional fees to customers, Larry H Miller was honest and fair. Due to to car shortage I had to place a deposit but they assured me that it was fully refundable at any time and my car came in FOUR weeks earlier that originally estimated.I was actually told by a CA (Garden Grove) rep tenant they would charge me $15k over sticker for the essentially the same car.You can’t beat the warranty and so far we’ve been really happy with the purchase.

Not pushy or try to sell you something that you really dont want. We had a great experience with Christian at Larry H Miller Hyundai. The vehicle we were looking at was not available so they got one sent in. After about 2 months, the car arrived and we picked it up. We traded in our Highlander and the process was pretty seamless. No high pressure sales or upselling, just straight forward and done.Id go back whenever we may need a new vehicle but we are hopeful that our new Palisade sticks around for many years to come.
Called to make an appointment for a recall repair. Set appt for 10:20 am . Brought car in,was checked in . Girl came got the keys & proceeded to tell me it could be about 2 hours. Told her no one told me that. She then said I could wait inside. Looked at the car lots . Then about 2 hours later sent a young man in to tell me it would be more than 2 hours more because it hadnt e enough been started. Told him what good was making an appt. If that time had not been set aside. Get me my car.
The car buying experience was great. No pressure just get you what you want and out the door you go. Julian, the salesman that helped me, was very informative and responsive to all of my questions. Granted I had to wait a while for my particular model to come in. Julian was always communicating with me as to the status of my vehicle and when it would come in. Even after the purchase Julian still answers my phone calls or texts if i have any questions about my vehicle.It truly a great shopping experience.

Overall my experience was very positive. I knew what i wanted before going in and Richard made it all very quick and easy. On my first trip in did a quick test drive, paid a deposit, and ordered a Palisade that was in route. In and out in less then 30 minutes with no hard sales or pitches. Car came in exactly when they said, went in and took just over an hour to do all the paperwork, and left in my new car. The whole experience was very good and overall i have no complaints at all. It was an easy painless experience which is rare to be able to say about a car dealership.
The salesperson, Jordan was great. Very helpful and responsive to what I was looking for in a new car. My only issue with the dealership was the lack of inventory but my overall experience was great.

What a joke of a dealership. (Dont drink their water. Taste like it came straight from Mexico)Spent 6 hours there trying to buy a new car. Got approved, filled out all the paperwork. General sales manager comes out and tells me someone else is interested in the car Im already approved for. And tells me I need to pick a different color even though I was just told the car is mine, get insurance so you can leave with it.After getting it established that i put in the paperwork first and im not settling for anything else. I get my insurance and wait around for another hour for my vehicle, just for the general sales manager to come back out, insult me, and then say they cant make a sale.What a waste of time and money.

We went an test drove a vehicle. When we went to talk numbers with a new salesman and his older trainer. The older gentleman said they dont play games and just do business the right way. Well long story short, the sticker was around $50k and the come down just under $48. However when you go and look online, the price of the vehicle is $46 something. If you dont play numbers then why the 3 numbers? Then you blame the new guy for the mishap. No sir, the mishap is on the general manager.

What makes the difference is the post purchase interest that the dealership demonstrates in providing top notch vehicle service and follow up to insure complete satisfaction. This dealer has demonstrated an above and beyond interest in providing 5 star service and follow up. I know that they will be with us and the vehicle for the long haul.Thank you for giving us what so many advertise but fail to provide.
The reason why I gave this dealership a 3 instead of a 4 because the amount of mental stress that they had put me through especially the finance department. I would recommend anyone to read the documents that you sign and walk away with the vehicle. Especially when you are told that you have gotten the car, but within 7 business days they can still contact you stating they need more information. That is by far the worse decision to make especially on any human mental space. Another reason I gave it a 3 is because the sales team which is Jordan O, Addison, and Jeff had helped me as best as they can I appreciate there hard work. Now this rating could’ve been higher and what saved it was the 3 gentleman I have mentioned before. Lastly I give it a overall 3 because this dealership from the people I have mentioned are transparent and they do what they possible can. So yes you should go to this dealer I would just be careful with finance Renee she is why the rating has went down for me. But overall I’m satisfied with my vechile.

I would give this a 3 star for publicity due to the fact that the vehicles that are posted on the website under the available vehicles, some are not actually available they are still in Korea being made but awaiting shipment to the dealer. We contacted via internet requesting a vehicle but they stated they did no have it as it had been sold, (vehicle was still listed as available).Soon after we put a deposit on a vehicle since July for a vehicle coming the 1st week of Sept, didnt arrive, then 2nd week of Sept, then to the 3rd then 1st week of October then 2nd week, well it never came. We were advised that these vehicles were being sold so fast we needed a deposit if not they sell. During the course of waiting patiently for the Vehicle with the deposit we were called several times being asked if we wanted to change vehicles as they had in stock. We were confused as we were told we had to put a deposit if not they sell so now we didnt have our vehicle but had options to get different ones that they had available. So in reality what will the customer think? well why did they need a deposit if were gunna be offered different vehicles. We ended up going to the dealer in person to see that they had multiple, multiple vehicles available that we saw we almost made a choice to select one of the ones they had but it had a dent in the vehicle. We wanted a Silver vehicle but ended up getting a black one. Another reason i would put 3 stars here is that this Salesperson named KYLE kept picking his nose while asking him questions, kept fake yawning, told us multiple times that if we didnt like something about their pricing that we can go elsewhere, as they will sell that car in not time so if we liked it or not he would reimburse us our $ 2500 deposit (on a vehicle that never came in) and we can go elsewhere. We stated we were going to think about it and the Kyle person told us on ill give you the deposit and you guys are free to go. So we felt we were being kicked out. The reason to give this 5 star is because the sales manager, i cant remember his name but they call him COACH, was really listening to ours concerns, issues with Kyles body language and unprofessional comments towards us. Coach was very reasonable with accommodating us as best as he could with our requests and he also set us up with VON another salesman that we had originally had been working with. He did great from the start and to finish. Kyle got in between and well long story short with the unfortunate events with Kyle having Von to finish our deal/sale made it a really pleasant and great experience overall. He was just really good, great communication, was clear and precise on answering our questions we had without making any foul comments or gestures etc. Von was awesome, Coach was awesome, fortunately they stepped in and helped us out of an unfortunate experience at Larry Miller. Thank You VON & coach!!
I came to Hyundai slightly defeated and annoyed as I had already gone and had a horrible experience elsewhere. I was greeted right away by Ryan he was so warm and friendly. Ryan truly went out of his way to take the pressure off of car buying. He asked me what I wanted and not once tried to show me anything else. He’s very detail oriented and explains everything step by step. I wasn’t sure I was going to leave that day with a car, but he made it a no brainer. He truly treated me like family, he and the rest of the team worked really hard to give me an amazing deal. It’s better than I could have expected. Please don’t hesitate, go!
We were just heading back home from a little getaway in the Phoenix area back to New Mexico when our Sonata started acting and driving weird. The check engine light was flashing (which is not a good thing). We managed to drive to LHM Hyundai in Peoria for some help. Thats when we met the most helpful and pleasant employee. Ana was her name. She went above and beyond in trying to help us on a Saturday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Long story short, the problem with our car was resolved in about an hour. I was pleased with my visit to have my Hyundai Genesis to be serviced. Ana was very nice and took the time to listen when I addressed my concerns. I will be returning and using this dealership from now on for all my service needs. This dealership also specializes in Genesis automobiles which I prefer. The dealership also seemed to be more professional and have more up to date equipment to service your vehicle. I liked the fact that they have a machine that can measure your wheel alignment just by driving into the service area. That was a first for me!

Good front-end sales. Very poor follow-up. Trim on one side was missing and the other side fell off. Was told someone from parts would contact me in 7-10 days. No one contacted me. After 12 business days, I called and was told that the parts dept only received the required paperwork several days before. Tried to make an appointment multiple times. Left multiple messages. No one called back. Took 3.5 weeks, but was finally able to make appointment after I persistently called. Need to improve on the follow-up business. Dont just focus on making the sale.

Service Department needs some improvement. My vehicle notifies me an oil change is due at 5000 miles, I have a sticker inside my vehicle from the dealer stating next service due at 5000 miles. I make a service appointment for my oil change as my vehicle now has 5K miles and dash shows Service Due, leave early from work, drive to this specific dealer to be told Your first oil change is not due until 7500 miles. REALLY!! Why didnt the vehicle system OR sticker OR Service Rep mention any of that. I explained my dash was showing service due, then told, Well Ill just reset the system so you dont see it anymore. REALLY! Now lets just wait and see what happens at 7500 miles.
The sales experience was fast and easy the sales people weren’t too pushy and easy to get to drop the price. The problem I have is when I purchased the vehicle I didn’t get a detail due to them “being out of detailing solution” they said they’d call me back when they’re ready to detail it. After a month of waiting I heard nothing so I called and the lady said she’d call me back to let me know I could bring it in to be detailed, after about 4 days I called again and was told I could bring it in for the detail. Brought my car in and the detail job was horrendous, the customer support after a sale is terrible And it is hard to recommend buying a car from here. I had to live with the smoker smell for a month and it’s still here, marks and scratches I was promised would be buffed out are still here very disappointed experience overall would not recommend you buy from here.
Avoid the service department at this dealership at all costs.... my wife and I had a very pleasant experience originally when we purchased her vehicle new in 2020, however the service depart lacks big time. We recently dropped off her vehicle for her 15k mile service with Mark, in which my wife requested they do the oil change and whatever else is covered under the included/complimentary 15k miles service agreement. When we showed up to pick up the vehicle, we were very surprised to find out that $314 was owed for changing an air filter and cleaning the throttle body. This wasnt explained by Mark at the time we dropped off the vehicle. I called him to try and get a further explanation, in which all he did was provide several excuses and blamed my wife for not remembering/listening to him this morning. Mark never explained at drop off what they were going to perform that was not complimentary/included. Marks manager did call me with further excuses, but no resolution other than a free detail. Customer service is non-existent here, and communication is even worse. We will never again give them ANY business, service or sales.
I sold my elderly mothers 2015 Tucson to Larry Miller on August 3rd 2021. It started off Addison forgetting he even had an appointment with me. Then he just handed me off to someone else.. I had to make several trips back and forth from home because they didnt know what was needed to actually close the deal. Even though I had my mothers POA.When that was finally done I called to ask them to hold back some items we forgot in the car after all the confusion and I would pick up the items with the check for the vehicle. Needless to say it took far to long to get my mothers check even though Larry Miller had sold the car immediately. They lost my mothers items, nowhere to be found. And after the appropriate application was filled out for the extended warranty refund I called today September 10th the check still isnt ready for pickup. I just want this awful experience to be done with. Unfortunately, I bought a Pallisade at the beginning of the year so the nightmare continues.

One of the best dealerships I have had the pleasure of working with having purchased multiple vehicles over the years. Highly customer focused up front and don’t play games. Contacted two dealerships before speaking to LM Hyundai and glad we continued to look before reaching LM. Marisa our sales woman was extremely knowledgeable took the time to cover every feature and continually updated me on arrivals as we were in search of certain model. Every associate my wife and I spoke to went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. If your in the market for Hyundai would highly recommend this one.
My Service Advisor was very nice and communicated very well but that’s where the good part ends. I had my car towed to the dealership after the turbo went out. I have a 2015 Sonata Sport that has under 70K miles on it. The reason I purchased a Hyundai was for their great 100K mile warranty. Well I was told that it would be covered under warranty and I dropped it off.The next day I received a phone call stating that I needed records for my last 5 oil changes. I was able to look them up on my Jiffy Lube app and take screen shots for them. Well that wasn’t good enough they stated I needed them on company letter head. I called Jiffy Lube and they were only able to print this years records. I informed Hyundai of this and they said sorry no letter head no warranty coverage. So a company that promotes smart cars and does everything through apps and emails wants a printed letter head for al my oil changes.The advisor said that a manger told her no and that I would have to pay for the repair. Well I need a car so I had to shell out $3k for the new Turbo.Hyundai you need to fix this an honor your warranty. I provided records and you need to send by your vehicles. The message boards are flooded with issues regarding the turbo and you need to fix this.I look forward to hearing back from you. I will update this review when my car and warranty are taken care of.
Were at three stars because, despite an overall good experience, when I went to pick up my car after a 2 month long wait, I discovered that A) there was ~$1400 in port-installed options which cant be refused or were mentioned ahead of time (I get that this isnt in their control, but they could have said something when giving an initial price); and B) that they had padded the price by yet another $1900 with stuff THEY installed, without ever mentioning or asking me if I wanted. $500 for Vehicle Theft Assistance? $400 for non-ceramic tint thatll have to be ripped off and replaced? CRYSTAL FUSION for another $500??? Another $300 for DRIVE PUR SANITIZATION? And, I kid you not, $49 for nitrogen in the tires.I got stuck paying for this garbage. Im hoping others will see my review and know to watch out for this.
What can I say, Luis Martinez and the whole staff, made my experience a pleasure to buy a car. I remember, spending a whole day, just trying to purchase a car in the old days. Not anymore. Bought 2 new vehicles in 2 weeks. Dakota was awesome to work with on the purchase of my Palisade. And Coach was great when we returned 2 weeks later to trade in our Jeep for a Kona. Also appreciate Renee and all the hard work the finance team did in getting our payment and interest rates where they needed to be for us to make it work.

My salesman Matt was awesome through the entire process, he even picked me up from the airport and gave me a ride to the lot. They answered all my questions about buying a car in AZ and bringing it back home to CA. I have no problem recommending them to anyone searching for a new vehicle.
Joel Ryan and Justin Mauer (and Christien Brundage) treated me exceptionally well. They helped to expedite the process of trading in my Dodge Charger and purchasing a Hyundai Elantra N-Line. Everything went relatively smooth although I had to argue some on the value of my trade in.
I like the place. They were very timely and helpful. We drove 4.5hours to get the car the we want and after 2-3hours, we’re driving back home. They have great deals. If ever I will purchase another car in the future, I will definitely come here again.

I dread car buying experience but from the moment I called on a online vehicle I was interested Dakota was amazing. No pressure, got my answers quickly, handled my trades and gave me no BS numbers. It was exactly what I wanted and he was just as amazing when we met in person to finalize the deal and even the loan paperwork was painless. Great experience would highly recommend and I love my new vehicle.

The absolute worst most unprofessional service department I have ever dealt with. I made an appointment with Nellisa for 10:40 I arrived on time. I asked her how long it would be to fix the recall issue. She said it would be about 2 hours. She offered a ride home. I said if it is only a couple hours I would wait. After 2 hours I checked in with her. She informed me that they had not even started on my car and she did not know how long it would be. Had she just been honest from the beginning I would have accepted the ride home. But instead I wasted 2 hours of my time. I spoke to Kevin Naylor the service manager and he was extremely rude and inappropriate. He felt that the dealer did nothing wrong and that my time was not wasted. He claimed that they had not done anything wrong. That an appointment did not mean anything and that they would get to it when they could get to it. So appointments are meaningless and they have no respect for there customers time. Extremely unprofessional. I would not trust these people with my time or my car.
This was 7th car we have purchased great service.
The best car buying experience we have ever had. From our salesman Austin to the Finance Director Jeffrey, we were treated honestly and fairly. Our time was valued and yet all of our questions were answered. We will definitely use Larry Miller again for our next purchase.
After a less than perfect experience with a different Hyundai Service Center I decided to give Larry H Miller a try. I had a wonderful experience with the Larry H Miller Collision Center and wondered if the service was consistent. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it is.They are following the recommended guidelines from the CDC due to COVID-19. All surfaces were sanitized on a regular basis and they had clean pens available.The staff is very warm and friendly. They try their best to accommodate any requests in a timely manner. Their sense of urgency does not affect their customer service and you are still treated as a valued customer.Thank you Ana! Larry H Miller has gained a forever customer.
Bought my car new here end of September. it was the best car buying experience ever. Had 1st 6,000 mile service yesterday. When I pulled in the service tech said it would be about an hour and a half. I jokingly told him if I had my car within an hour I’d give him a great review. When it was done he had remembered and noted that it had taken 58 minutes. Love my service tech, Mark. Love my sales person, Dakota. Love my Santa Fe. BTW... my Santa Fe is #1 top rated for safety. Y’all... don’t buy a car without visiting LHM-Hyundai.
Once I understood the process of researching a car to buy that was not on any dealership lot in the area Jason Teel and Edgar Garay took very good care in keeping me updated regarding my new Palisade which was being shipped via boat. I was told my car would arrive July 23rd and they knew I would be out of town until July 30th. Edgar and I talked twice while I was out of state and he took care of everything. My appointment the next day was set and such a pleasant experience in driving and purchasing my Palisade.Thank you All!

I just got home from the best car buying experience I have ever had! I drove an hour to test drive a Palisade and ended up walking out with the perfect one! Matt was my sales person and if you are in need, do yourself a favor and ask for Matt Oso! He was so kind and patient with me while I asked a million questions and was NOT pushy! I feel like car salesmen get a bad rap for being pushy and Matt was the furthest from that. All of the staff I encountered were so kind and friendly I truly am so grateful for a great experience. Would drive the hour again for the experience I had here! Thank you to everyone that helped me!
One word: integrity. I have had a couple bad experiences at another Hyundai dealership. I kept giving them chances to make it right. My mom referred me to Larry H. Miller Hyundai because of their integrity and honesty. She specifically referred to the service advisor, Dirk. Well, he did not disappoint! I am now transitioning to this location even though its 35 min away from my home, just because the level of service I know I will be receiving.
