There isn’t a dealership that compares to the customer service I have received not just once, but TWICE when buying a new jeep from this dealership.They go above and beyond for their customers to allow them to feel valued and appreciated. There wasn’t a hint of pressure, disappointment, or the “you’re wasting my time” attitude.They work with you, very very fair pricing, and can’t be touched when it comes to going the lengths to close the deal for you.They are absolutely the best, and I will be getting my wife a matching Gladiator for Christmas. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else after them scoring 5/5 two times in a row with me.Way to go Brian!

My husband and I went to Moore with open minds. We worked with Fred who I have to admit, gave us the best service possible. We were never pushed to make the purchase and he worked with us in our payment/budget. He was very patient and let us have our private conversation regarding the vehicle multiple times. I have been to a few dealerships in the past where they make you feel like you have to purchase a car for them to even give you the time of day. We did not feel that at all here. Fred was very knowledgeable of what we ended up purchasing and even helped me set up my phone to my new Jeep. 10/10 would recommend this place and seeing Fred!

Honestly this is a mixed review. They seem to get the job done but it seems to take them a long time. I know things are challenging but people need their cars. When I have visited my interactions with the consultants have always acted ruches and curt, not quite rude but not welcoming. The waiting room is lacking. They only have black coffee and dry creamer. Its something. I always seem to recieve some misinformation when I am there for example your shuttle driver will be here in a couple mins well he showed but he wasnt taking me because he was going the other way, now I wait. Ill update based on service I received.

This was the best new car buying experience. Spencer Roe was a very nice salesman and very knowledgeable when it comes to Subarus. He knew everything about the Forester which made our decision much easier. Without asking he through in 3 perks to seal the deal. Absolutely horrible!! The service department is the worst! Especially Mike! They treated my 83 year father so disrespectful! No follow up and when I called after 2 weeks of not hearing anything they treated me, a women, like I was so awful for calling to ask. I have never been treated so terrible by a company in my life! When we finally got the car back they had damaged a clip on a side panel. They said they would repair it. Claimed they ordered the piece but then no follow through and would not return calls. Go anywhere else but here for service especially if you are a senior citizen or a women! Horrible!!!!

My first visit here was a very positive experience. My review is limited to the service department, and a simple oil change. I purchased a new Wrangler from another dealer across town and came here for its first oil change. I used the Express Lane without an appointment, and everything was done in about an hour. There was a comfortable small waiting room and a coffee machine. The service writer plugged in to the OBDC port of my car and quickly retrieved all my customer info, easy. I will return next time.

Brandon Falconi was great. If you are looking for a you notch salesman...he is your guy.. He kept in touch,, not pushy.. He answered all my questions,, got back to me by text quickly.. couldnt ask for a better experience Actually all the people were great. The vehicle is great so far. A used 2014 Chrysler town &country. My only complaint is that the vehicle wasnt clean on the inside. Had to vacuum out food scraps . Clean off all plastic on the inside besides the dash. Center console, looked clean, once you opened it looked like spilled soda. Missing floor mats. Will need to have it detailed.

No we didn’t buy the warranty just like a million citizens we are dealing with a tight budget. Come to find out it was the Transmission a $5,000.00 dll repair my problem is they knew what they were selling us so please be aware of this dealership.

We were greeted by the nicest sales person, Jay, who was laid back, knowledgeable and no pressure to deal with. Jay helped us pick out the perfect Grand Cherokee for our needs. After months of looking around, I went in to Moore Chrysler Jeep today looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I found the one. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the worst experiences I have had in trying to find my new vehicle. Love the Jeep lineup but when your sales staff tells me they have met their quota for the day so they could care less about helping me out, even though I have 20k to put down on a new Jeep, what does one do? Simple, go to a different place that treats customers with respect, regardless of quota requirements. Thanks Sue for showing me how bad of an attitude Moor Jeep really has. Over the weekend we purchased a Wrangler from Moore Auto Group. I could not be more pleased with our experience. The online team was great getting us started. Alan Nestor, the salesman gave helpful information and made sure we were set up and taken care of until the keys were in our hand! I am a difficult customer to sell a car too. I research my vehicles on line and at different dealerships. The deal for me has to be just right. Salesman knowledge, management process and finance are also critical. If any one of these fails what I think is my high bar, I am off to the next dealer. I have lived most of my life in NY, buying cars there for more years than I care to admit and the last three in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised with my Salesman Rick Watson who was detailed when needed and backed off when needed. He was the right balance of knowledge and highly professional. He is a seasoned salesman like several other salesman at that dealership. I give him a 10 out of 10 in courteous, professional and responsive. He did what he said he would do. Excellent guy! The guy behind the desk who I assume was the manager was Randy D. Highly knowledgeable, polite and effective. Also a 10 out of 10 in my book! Lastly the finance pro, Troy Miller was one of the best I have ever had in my 40 plus years of buying cars. He listened and solved problems. He was the final guy to make it happen. He gets an 11 out of 10! Truly a great dealership set up to service clients, make it easy and fun. I would stop by for a visit no matter what you are looking for and give these guys a chance! I am curious though, on the next page of the review it asks for the employee I worked with and asks me to rate them but it will not let me give more than 4 stars..... Treated really great by Fred the salesman. We demanded a lot from him and he was patient and kind the whole day. Their prices were great on the used cars. Only gripe is that the car we ended up with was not cleaned adequately for sale though it was listed on their website and should have been ready to drive off the lot. We had to wait an extra hour for it to be cleaned and filled with gas. Despite this, I would recommend to a friend.

Best parts customer service that I have ever received. I live closer to other Subaru dealerships but I go out of my way to go to Peoria Subaru for my parts. The help is genuinely kind and helpful and makes the interaction so much better in my opinion. Unlike some other dealerships, I also like how you can shop online for the parts you want and not have to email or call. But if you do have to call the Peoria Subaru parts department, speak with Devin. He is awesome!

Yah. They really didn’t want my money. The “salesman” didn’t even try to make a sale. It was like he was grateful to just have a distraction from work and to go out on a joy ride. He didn’t know anything about the vehicle, except that it looked like it was marked for auction on the windshield. That’s how long it’s been on the lot. It hadn’t been washed for some time. And they were using it for furniture storage and had a trailer hooked to it. I had to unhook the trailer because the salesman didn’t know how to unhook it. A nice table was in the bed of the truck and the matching end tables were in the back seat. The furniture also came along for the joy ride. He didn’t even know the sticker price on the vehicle was different from the price they posted on their own website. Seemed very indifferent. Finally, they were unwilling to negotiate price. In fact, they added an additional $1000 to the “out the door” price I was told to “expect”. This is from a place that hasn’t made a sale all week, according to the “salesman”. Can’t wait to see the response for this post.Man, I really wanted that Titan, too. I’m gonna go check Auto Paradise of Arizona. Really good reviews. Maybe they would like to take my thirteen grand cash in hand for their Titan. 🤷🏼🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏼🤦🏻‍♂️Further Review:I was contacted today by Moore Chrysler and was given an apology from the owner him self. I went through the Costco program and got back various experiences and price.Out of all the dealerships in Arizona, I feel connected with Moore Chrysler Jeep the most, because the two people that were helping me. Steve Sand (sales manager) and Rick Watson (sales and lease representative) who are the best personality and professional in helping during the process of buying my Jeep Gladiator.Of course, most purchases or leases will have to go through the finance and as you know, sometime this can get frustrated due the cost and fees.However, I had the best experience with Rich Salo (the finance manager), who was friendly, helpful, and telling the truth about extended warranty.I would recommend anybody who is looking to buy car or truck to work with Rick Watson and of course Steve Sand the sales manager.

They estimated 1 and a half hours to determine why my Impreza had gas coming out of the filler neck past the gas cap. They had my car for 6 hours and determined that I needed a new gas cap. While they did provide me transportation to and from my home during the analysis time, it was inconvenient to be without my car for that long.

Moore Jeep was great. Their people aren’t pushy and they listen. My wife and I visited different dealers, before visiting Moore Jeep, who were clearly trying to push certain models out of the lot. Those other dealers pushed us right out the door and over to Moore where Jay Johnson listened to what kind of vehicle and accessories we needed. Jay said, “I’ll be right back.” Then he went into the back and found the most beautiful Grand Cherokee we couldn’t have even imagined. The price was great but most importantly, Jay was great. I’d recommend Jay and Moore Jeep if you need someone to help you and not hound you. “Go team Jay!” Did I mention Jay was great?

I had an Appt at 1030.. says my wait time is 2 hours or so.. it took almost 4!hours for the service. And the Recall fix was not even completed yet.. service people should not give me a timeline. I didn’t mind waiting but at least an update of what’s happening. I know I was offered a shuttle service before hand but promising a two hour wait time for the service to be completed should not be mentioned.

I have a Dodge van that needed service. Wed purchased a Subaru from them, so we were familiar with their dealership. Our service representative was Travis. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and kept us informed of the progress. Will not hesitate to return for additional service as needed.

This place operates on Percision, interesting that it’s a dealership. From the moment you walk in you feel like you could be comfortable doing business here. No it’s not just the cookies at the front desk.The minute I opened the door I made eye contact with the young man that is absolutely outstanding!...go to no other person… His name is KODY Christensen. As always my Peoria Subaru service person gave excellent service during my new Foresters first oil change!(This was the first time I had service at the new Subaru location. It was not hard to find when I finally received good directions! i.e. South on 84th Ave from Bell Rd.)
