I think I worked with a guy named Corey. He was great. Super friendly and easy to talk to. New his products well and was able to make great recommendations based on the qualities I was looking for. I didnt feel any pressure like you can with some sales people. Overall great and I cant wait to sleep on my new mattress!

All I can say is buyer beware. All those great features the salesman pointed out didnt actually come with what I was buying and the price he quoted me. But I found that out only after the product was paid for and delivered. All those extras I thought I was getting would have been another $2200 but somehow the salesman never mentioned that.Edit: The day after, the manager called me and he is trying to resolve the issue.

Great time at store no pressure got a lot of choices laid on a bunch of beds back and forth many times found the one I liked and bought went to JC Pennys first but they couldnt get the bed I wanted with in a week that Firm Mattress could JCPennys took 5 weeks. When I called Supercenter Peoria he took the time to locate the merchandise on site and was able to deliver in time for our arrival to Peoria. I can’t thank him enough for his patience and willingness to go the extra mile to help a Mattress Firm customer from another location. Spoke on the phone with my sales person so we already knew what i was hoping for and we had a good rapport. The sale went quick and smooth. The truth will be in my first week sleep. Then Ill get back to you.

We came in a few weeks ago and wanted to purchase two mattresses. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and told us wed be able to receive free shipping. After we were getting ready to pay, we were told that we were not able to get shipping because we were out of the range. We went ahead and completed the purchase and arranged for us to pick up the order the following week. We were supposed to get the order the following Monday but when I called that day, the truck still hadnt arrived. I had to call back again later that day because the salesman had called the wrong number and it turns out the truck never came in with our products and it would be another few days until it arrived. A few days later, we get another call saying one of our mattresses wouldnt be in and they would have to ship that to us, which would take at least another 7-10 days to receive. When my husband was finally able to pick up the order, we did get everything besides the one mattress and are satisfied with the products weve received so far. I asked the sales associate if we could get some type of discount for the inconveniences and after calling him back a few days later to inquire again, he did give us a refund for the cost of what shipping would have cost.Overall, Id say Mattress Firm has some of the best prices around but unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience that caused us more trouble than it should have for the amount of money we spent at the store. In the future, I probably wont return.

Sketchy sales tactics. Had a discount mattress priced higher than what it would cost for a brand new one. Sales person even said he “called” his manager who was right in back of store to get a lower price that was STILL higher than the new price. Only after I pointed it out did they give a actual discounted price. Felt like we were buying a car. Do your research before you go.

I called Mike the day before I went over, he was willing to walk me thru their process over the phone so I knew what to aspect when I arrived. I stopped in the next say and Mike greeted me and I explained what I was use to in a bed. He took me to several options to try and different firmness mattresses. I looked at the overstock and new with out ever feeling pressured to buy any of them. Mike wanted me yo make my best decision which I appreciated. Great Experience. We spent nearly 2 hours at the store trying on several beds. The salesman was informative but not pushy. We learned a lot, and he quickly narrowed down the style of beds best for us. Once we figured out what we wanted, he helped with some great deals on floor model versions of the adjustable base and mattresses - not just trying to sell us the highest priced items. We feel confident we got a great mattress and adjustable base at a very reasonable price.Individuals who delivered the mattress/bases were courteous and fast!During the setup, we noticed there was a problem with one of the motors on the base (2 bases over 1 king bed). To make it easier for us, they let us keep the broken one for a week (it was the massage motor, so not a huge issue) while a replacement base was ordered. We got it the following Friday, good as new.Bottom line, we got a good deal, and had a great experience, even when things didnt go perfectly. Will definitely go back when we need future beds.

The assistant manager on duty was fantastic. No pressure and just the facts. Price matched the manufacturer website and then discounted the bed cover 25% and gave us the manufacturers platform at the same price as theirs. If you are looking at Purple beds make this your first stop .If there were 6 stars they would get all 6 .
