Loved the selection of this store

Our family has always liked FYE. Fun store with many items you cant find other places. We even did some Christmas shopping there. My complaint is their customer service for online orders. 1st, you are not able to speak to anyone at all about an order. Youre instructed to email the company, which I did... 4 times! I never received any replies. I had placed an order online in December. There was no confirmation of my order sent to me but as I tracked it, it only said in progress. After I posted on their Facebook page, I was immediately contacted through messenger. The customer service agent was very helpful. I was told my item was in stock and would be shipped very soon. It was delayed due to Covid. I told the agent I just wanted to know if I would receive the item and if not I would need to order it elsewhere. I was assured that the item was in stock, no problems. The very next day I received an email telling me my order was canceled due to my item being out of stock. This was the only email I ever received in regards to my order. My posts were removed from their Facebook page. I messaged them again to tell them how disappointed i was with their service. They apologized and agreed they had dropped the ball but hoped i would remain a customer. I added that I didnt appreciate my posts being removed. I felt other consumers had the right to know that if theyre ordering online, there is absolutely no customer service to help you. Thats what reviews are for.

The store was not open when it was supposed to be. We waited 20-25 min after open. We saw an employee in the back but refused to come up to the from to undo the gate. We called after leaving and she took a long time to answer the phone

Good store and a good selection they have a lot of Funko Pops, so if youre looking to grow your collection this is the place to go. A lot like GameStop, in some ways much better

Had two items I wanted to purchase. Got to the checkout and the cashier had spent excess of 15 minutes talking to the customers in front. There was another cashier that, despite his being new to the job, helped me get out of the store.

Its a fun place to shop, they have unique items but it takes a really long time to check out for some reason. Just allow about 5 - 10 minutes for check out time.

Movies are a bit overpriced but they have a good selection and there are always sales. If you love memorabilia then you definitely visit this store.

Cashier wasnt nice but good products

Not a bad store dvds are way overpriced but my problem is I called today to see if they had a dvd that came out that day and the woman on the line was very rude like yelling can you wait, uh yeah Im not able to see in the store at whats going on plus I just asked ( Hi I was wondering if you have a dvd) then HUH! CAN YOU WAIT A MIN!!! then she was still rude when she came back and I was nice the whole time. I wont be going or calling back.

There are always new things to look at and a bunch of different things that catch my eye Everytime I go in. Its a bit on the pricey side, however I dont expect it to me super reasonable when you cant find a lot of these products elsewhere.
