I had an absolutely wonderful dress shopping experience at Cloud Nine. They got in touch with me ahead of my appointment asking me to send them my sizing info as well as any pictures of dresses I liked so they could get an idea of my personal style, what I was looking for in a dress, and any other inspirations.When I arrived they already had pulled several dresses based on what Id sent them (all of them absolutely fabulous) for a personalized shopping experience with my own assistant to help me in and out of the dress selections. This was also something I was worried about because Im a plus size so sometimes that limits my options. With Cloud Nine I was pleasantly surprised at the plethora of options they have for all sizes!My assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable, and felt like I was being helped by a friend rather than a stranger. You could tell they were just as interested in getting to know their brides as they were helping them find the perfect dress.The boutique isnt overly large like some bridal shops tend to be, so it had a nice intimate, private almost VIP feel which was very nice. They also sent me home with a gift box of goodies (I wont spoil the surprise) b/c I said yes to the dress there.I cant recommend them enough! From the above and beyond service, to the dress selection, and atmosphere I HIGHLY recommend Cloud Nine!

My experience was perfect. I worked with Rebekah during my visit. She touched base via text prior to the appointment to get any ideas (verbal, pictures, etc.) of what I was looking for. We got there slightly before our appointment and she started working with us right then. She was very patient and had pulled perfect dresses prior to us arriving. I generally have a hard time making decisions, but I easily decided on a dress after 8 or so dresses. I made a comment that I wished the tassels were on the dress I loved, and she pulled out an addition that PERFECT. Im so happy we traveled up, and thanks to Rebekah for making my experience memorable and wonderful.

The service here was amazing. I sent over a few dresses that I liked and my size beforehand and she picked out a handful from the ones that they have. First dress I tried on was THE Dress. As a plus size lady I was a little worried with the selection but that wasnt a worry.

My weddings in June 2022. I wanted to pick up my dress early.The experience I had a cloud nine was phenomenal is the best way I can say it. They listen to everything I wanted they had a feel for my personality and they showed me everything under the sun made sure I was very happy with the dress that I picked. If you get to work with Shelby the goddess on her their Instagram. Who shows off dresses with a more realistic body type that is beautiful. She is beautiful inside and out.
