Had two recalls on my 2014 Nissan Murano it took a minute to get done but they were able you give me rental to use until my car was ready the next day. They did my second recall a month later because the part wasn’t in yet but they did it and was able to give a rental again! Had a great time!

Do not do business with this dealership. They refuse to sell a car to anyone out of state who cant pay cash. After going through the entire application process, they then inform me it takes too long to process an out of state title. This dealership has questionable business practices at best. Got my new used Nissan serviced. Wow. Best service ever with plenty of work space, free wifi, free snacks and drinks. Service was outstanding. Have always used those fast oil lube places but no more. My car was always serviced here by prior owner and when I got here, they just imported all past service info by VIN. It was great! Everyone was hard working and friendly.

I was in the market for a compact SUV, and had done a ton of research on multiple brands - but did not include the Rogue in my initial search. I fell in love with the 2021 Rogue Platinum off the showroom floor. Stunning vehicle. I’m very happy! From the beginning, Susan Wise was very helpful in my search for the right Nissan, to meeting Conner Otley who allowed me to see the 2 vehicles side by side for comparison I was deciding between, then helping with the next step of the buying process. These 2 individuals were great to work with and most definitely made my car buying process a good one! I mustnt forget Henry Payton who introduced himself and later answered an important financial question I had regarding the form, nor Brandon Seagraves who wrapped up the financial end of the process. Each of these individuals were perfect in my eyes as there was absolutely no pushing, no hemming or hawing, and they all were extremely polite/kind. When one wants to feel welcome and comfortable at a dealership, this is the best place (and Ive been to a lot but theyve been the first to sell me a brand new car). Hats off to a great group with whom we had the pleasure of doing business.

Uftring Nissan is the place to go for any type of service work and buying a new vehicle! We just purchased a 2020 Pathfinder thru Tim Puentes and are SUPER happy with our purchase and the entire buying process. Tim did not try selling us anything we didn’t want and was super honest with us when we asked many different questions. Furthermore, the service department is second to none! Mark (the service manager) takes time out of his busy day to say Hi and he knows how to manage a very well run shop! We have worked many times with service advisors Ryan and Nick as well, they have always been very responsive to issues that arise. Keep up the great work Uftring Nissan!! 😊

I brought in my low mileage (7958 miles) 19 frontier for service . Had parked it outside and limped (bad knee w brace on it ) in . They had me go back out & drive it in. Guy looked at mileage & wrote 79501 . we disputed that until another service person confirmed my 7958 .I got charged almost $ 90 for oil chg & tire rotation . Very quick turn around time.

I used to be able to go to Uftring Nissan for service whenever I go to Peoria for doctors appointments, etc, and was always served right away and always very pleased. A couple of weeks ago I came into town and was turned away because I didnt have an appointment - at the time I needed an oil change and a headlight bulb replaced. I had to come back with an appointment a couple weeks later, making a 100+ mile round trip special trip to do it. The service was great but the reading of my service engine light that had since come on was disappointingly expensive. Whatever they did managed to get the light off for me, but they said I need $1100 worth of service and charged me $100 to run the service and tell me that I needed to spend more. (I dont like feeling taken advantage of, and probably wont come there for the service on my Nissan regarding the light issue, as it can be fixed cheaper elsewhere - if it does indeed need fixing. So far the light has stayed off. I think it originally came on when I didnt screw my gas cap on tight enough after filling it a few days before). They used to vacuum the front floor of my car, but apparently dont do that any longer. I did get a car wash this time, which makes me happy. I will keep coming back because I know they know Nissans and the waiting area is always exceptional, and in the until 2020 they had done right by me. Besides, I cant find another Nissan service place that I like better closer too me. Their service used to be second to none and Ive been spoiled by their previous excellence. I hope they can achieve that again in the future.

Bought my Camaro from them in June, my temp tags expired 7/28 of this year, still no plates at all! I signed the title and sent it back to them. I’ve called multiple times and my phone calls have not been returned. If I get a ticket because of this soon, then I will make the 2 hour drive to see them personally.

Went into Nissan to test drive the 2021 Titan. Also saw a 2017 Ram that I rest drove. Ram was over priced. Finance manager gave me a laughable offer.The wife’s Sentra broke down the next day. Rental car wasn’t setup like the service department said it would be. Was told they would call first thing Monday. By lunch I hadn’t heard anything and called them. Nothing had been done.I’ve bought my last two vehicles brand new from Uftring. I take all my vehicles to Uftring for service. After both sales and service failed within days of each other, bought a new truck from another dealer and will likely never return to Uftring Nissan.

I have a 14 yr old Frontier that I cherish. Uftring is the only team Ive ever had work on it other than brakes, tires, etc. Whatever breaks is usually something that only the dealership can fix right. I trust them, theyve not let me down.

Long wait today due to call-ins but good service.Updated 4/2/21: As usual a long wait; this time 3.5 hours again due to call-ins. I wish they would call me and let me know they are low staffed before I drive 45 mins to wait several hours so I can plan my schedule accordingly or reschedule.Updated 8/4/2021: Great service this time. I fully expected to be there for 3 hrs for an oil change, cabin filter, and brakes & rotors, but they surprised me and had it all done in 1 hr 45 mins. YAY!

I was originally going to leave four stars but have upped it to five for how they handled the situation.Let me first start by saying that I originally emailed Henry, their Finance manager, in regards to purchasing a new Nissan Sentra. Due to being at work I didnt really have time to speak over the phone and so he was more than willing to accommodate speaking through email. He was professional throughout the entire process. We set up a time for me to come in and take a look at the Sentra I was interested in. Henry was also knowledgeable throughout the entire process.When I arrived at Uftring I was expecting to speak with Henry but was guided towards Tim who would be overseeing the transaction. Tim was great, very friendly and not at all pushy. I would absolutely do another Transaction with Tim. They had the car already pulled around to the front for me to test drive. Long story short I was impressed with the car, made an offer, and Tim and I came to an agreement.Why I removed a star: When I asked about the Military Rebate I was told it was only good for retired military. I should have looked up the policy then and there but I didnt. I feel that the incentives should be something that the employees know about when asked, regardless of what type of discount it is.Why I added the star back: I emailed both Tim and Henry the day after I purchased the car. Henry was the first to email me back but Tim was a phone call shortly after. Through a few quick emails with Henry we had my issue resolved with the promise that my rebate would come from Nissan before too long.I do not feel the lack of initially receiving the rebate was malicious or done on purpose. The fact that they were quick to rectify their mistake, without any back and forth, solidifies my thoughts that they deserve five stars.

I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and inspection. Everything went great. I had a tire light that came on and was told it was a sensor and could be replaced but no need to right now. I was told I will need new tires in about 2 more oil changes. I appreciated being told that. I will probably buy tires from Uftring but will also get other estimates on who has the better price.

I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Uftring Nissan even though I am 1900 miles away. I purchased a van sight unseen from them and from the initial call i did with Abe Monla, he made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered, he sent pictures and videos about the van i was interested in, and in no way felt any pressure to buy. When the decision was made, Henry Payton made sure the paperwork back and forth to California was seamless and easy. Karen Taylor made sure my Van was shipped safely and quickly, and it was delivered to us in 3 days. With their professionalism and dedication to customer service, I only wish our dealers here would take a page from Uftrings book. I highly recommend them. Service should be more customer friendly. I have been coming here for years. I was emailed an offer for $25 off an oil change service and I got there and was told “ you have to print that off for us to honor it”. I re read the email and didn’t see anywhere that it said that. It is an electronic age now and if you electronically send an offer you should honor it !!Update: I sent a complaint while waiting for my car and someone responded right away and made sure they got the general manager over to me while I was waiting and he confirmed that the email does not say you have to print it out so he took care of it while I was there and made sure I got the discount

I’ve purchased two Nissans from here and I’ve been coming for service regularly for 5 years. I really can’t say enough positive things about the dealership. The friendly service department is amazing-I’ve never had any problems and they’ve never tried to “sell” me anything extra. I feel respected as a female here and I don’t feel like I would get taken advantage of. I trust them to fix my vehicle and they have, no matter what the issue has been. When I arrived I observed multiple people in the building without a mask including the receptionist and another person who works on the parts department. Even when customers were present the receptionist still did not bother to but on a mask as she was making coffee and setting items up in the snack area. Although there is a sign on the door that says a mask must be worn multiple customers came in without mask and they were not asked to put their mask on or keep their masks on. I also observed the technicians who didnt wear a mask either. So I was very disappointed that the technical got into my car without a mask and drove it to the back as well as got back inside my car without a mask on.

Really good experience at your dealership over the past couple of weeks while getting some minor repair to my 2011 Nissan LEAF. I even mentioned it to my co-worker. The staff was friendly and very responsive. The part ordered (sway bars) came in quickly and I received notification via mail. The appointment was made for 2 days after my call - very quick. It was simple and easy to get my car in and back repaired. Enjoyed your courtesy driver, Dave, from Texas. I only answered the question NO to getting a New car at your dealership due to the fact that we dont purchase any of our cars new, but prefer buying used vehicles. I would, however, consider purchasing a used LEAF in a couple of years when I will be ready to replace mine, and will gladly look up your dealership for possibilities when that time comes.

I am a proud Nissan owner. I have a 2016 Nissan Altima. I always take my vehicle to this location to have my check-ups, oil changes. yada-yada. I normally have really wonderful experiences. But that changed this week.I recently was rear ended and had to have my car repainted. The day of the accident I called and informed them I was hit, and needed to cancel my oil change appointment. I called back the day I received my car from the shop that repaired the damage ( had to use the other person’s insurance approved shop) And I scheduled a new oil change/tire rotation/ inspection appointment.I show up for the appointment, on a phone call with daycare for my son, I drop my car off and come back later in the afternoon. They normally NEVER WASH MY CAR. I don’t even ask about it, I just presumed it wasn’t apart of the oil changes that I get.I look at my car and there are OBVIOUS paint chips all around it. I ask the service agent if they washed my car and they looked confused, and say no. I pull my car out into the light and I can see obvious soap suds and LITERALLY water drops on my drivers side and passenger side windows. It has been beautiful out. It hasn’t rained, and I’ve only had my car back for less than a week. At this point I know that I’ve been lied to. I walk back in and ask the service person if they need to take pictures of the damage because my car was just painted and it shouldn’t have gone through the wash.I was assured that wasn’t necessary, and I was asked to give proof of my recent paint job, I email her immediately and drive off. I was told their service manager wasn’t in and I would hear back from them. It’s a Friday, I figured I wouldn’t hear anything back until Monday.I GET one phone call at 4pm on Monday night, I missed it, and the supervisor Joe, leaves me a voicemail basically stating that he’s heard the situation and there is no way their car-wash could have chipped my car AND the kicker is he decides to tell me that the damage MUST have come from a rock? He didn’t get the story correct because he DIDN’T have a conversation with me. Originally when I was inside the shop in the dim light the main damage I saw was on the hood ( the section of my car that wasn’t recently painted) once I pulled it out in the sunlight I saw the damage to the rest of my car. JUST BECAUSE I didn’t have that section of my car painted DOESN’T MEAN that their carwash didn’t chip my cars paint.Long story short, my car’s paint job is damaged and they are taking no responsibility not only for their dishonesty in telling me they “didn’t wash my car” but in the damage they caused. Super disappointing and frustrating.

I came in for recall work on the lower links, and an oil change. I requested a conventional oil change and had brought in a coupon for this from a mailer, which I gave to the technician upon check in. They did NOT put conventional oil in my car as requested. They put in full synthetic oil which is much more expensive and billed me for that.Additionally, during this appointment, they performed a tire rotation that I did NOT ask for and charged me for this as well. I asked about this at check out but did not receive any sort of apology or any offer to make things right.I feel that this was dishonest practice by the service department, and consequently I am VERY unhappy with this dealership. I wont be returning here again.

Every time I visit this dealership to get normal service done on my car the advisor states that my tires are at a different millimeter measurement every single time. It seems that this dealership is trying to make money off of me, even though I just got my tires this year in 2020. I think this post should be added to the Google reviews to steer away people from this particular Nissan dealership. I think they are trying to take advantage of me and I don’t believe that certain services actually need to be done. They are dishonest.

Our A/C was not working. 1rst visit you told us the A/C was out of freon ( which obviously means theres a leak ) the Tech supposedly filled the system and checked for leaks, after finding no leaks we were informed our car was good to go. With in a week the A/C was not working again, which means a second visit and a second 40 mile trip to Peoria. The leak was found and repaired. Communication was terrible. Cost us two extra trips trips to Peoria when it should have been taken care of in one. To me one of two things was happening either you have an incompetent Tech in not being able to find the leak or you were hoping it was a slow leak and thus kicking the can down the road. Needless to say unless its a warrantee isue you will never see us or our car again.

He did not rush me, he took time to explain everything. He even showed me things about my vehichle that I didnt even know it could do. A couple of years ago I had an aging Altima that was nearing 200k miles on it, so it started needing some repairs more often toward the end. Everyone in our family has a Nissan in their garage from Richard. Weve bought both used and brand spanking new here. With Casey takeing care of all of our maintenance and service, we havent even been in another dealership or mechanics shop in about 7 years. Its wonderful never having to stress about our vehicles.

Adam Medina and the Uftring Nissan group were excellent! I purchased a 2006 Nissan 350z and the process was smooth and simple!! No negotiation or hassles! I told them what I could afford and they found me the perfect car!! Not only was the car in great condition, they also did a fresh brake job, oil change, and the tires were nearly new! Very impressed with the service and I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful experience!! Stopped by 5min before they closed, just expecting to drive through the lot. Instead, we were met by a chipper salesman, Connor Kindred, who gave us some quick details about the vehicle we had stopped by to see. We pointed out an issue we saw with the vehicle and when we returned two evenings later, Connor had already had the service department look into the issue and fix it beyond what we could have expected. And this was with a day-off in-between. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would highly recommend Connor Kindred and the Uftring team! Very impressed and pleased!

I recently went to Uftring Nissan to have a new key made and programmed. When my service was completed, I drove the car home. What I did not realize at the time was that while the new key functioned for starting and driving the car, it had not been programmed to open the door as I specified and was billed for. That meant that I had to take additional time from work to go back to the dealership and have the rest of the service performed. Thankfully, it only took another 15 minutes or so to get done, but that time, added to the 40 minute round trip I should not have had to make, did not make me especially happy. I like Uftring Nissan in general, but this was not a great experience.
