Overall, Im pleased with the service. Easy to make appointment and the service was completed in the time I was told it would take. The service agent was very pleasant to work with and he took the time to answer my questions. I wasnt expecting my car to be washed and that was a nice surprise. My one complaint is with the employee bringing my car to the service exit. He wasnt wearing a mask and the windows were rolled up. I felt like I had no choice, but to roll down the windows to clear out what ever he may have expelled. In fact, I saw only one employee wearing a mask while bring vehicles to the service exit. In my humble opinion, he should of been wearing a mask and or at the very least had the windows rolled down. I did my part and wore a mask. I do feel the dealership could do a better job in ensuring the safety of its customers.
Had a horrible experience at another dealership but once I came to Autonation Tomas was amazing very welcoming and explained everything answered any questions or concerns and is bilingual which was great to translate to my husband we never felt pressured by any means he was very patient with us. Michael also was awesome explaining all the paperwork and letting me know what I was signing definitely will recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. Thank you so much we love our new car it’s everything we wanted and more!!!
We purchased a Camaro 1LE this weekend from AutoNation Chevrolet. We had seen the car online and wanted to look at it, although we did not go with the intention of purchasing that day. We were greeted by our salesperson, Supreme Caldwell, who helped us and also Dominic Boffa who helped us through the process as well. They made an offer we just couldnt refuse and both did an outstanding job and provided us with great service from start to finish. Our finance person, Brent, was also great, was honest, and answered all of our questions. He made the signing process painless and quick. We would definitely come back again and purchase another car from this team!
Huge shout to Kay over at AutoNation Chevrolet in Peoria. I sold my car to them do to me moving out of state. She was so helpful and friendly and really made this process run smooth. She literally ran to her office to get my paperwork started before my bank closed. That’s dedication right there. Definitely if you buy or sell a car. Just give her a call or a text. Trust me you she will take care of you
Truly appreciated the experience we had with Jose Q. He was very responsive and informative throughout the process. We were looking for a Chevy Colorado Z71 and there were none in stock. He kept us up to date with a truck that appeared to be “in transit” online. Once it arrived, he immediately texted us and we coordinated a lot of the paperwork and financing before even getting there. The sale process was super easy and didn’t spend more than 2 hours at the dealership.Really pleased and would definitely consider buying our next vehicle from them. Happy customers.
I had a horrible experience at Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead service department. I took my 2021 Chevy Tahoe for its first service. I was waiting for 3 hours. When my Tahoe was ready I began to drive home,it felt a little different but I wasn’t very concerned. Until a saw big clouds of white smoke coming out of my SUV. At the first exit I came out when went right back to the dealership. When I was driving back my 2021 Tahoe was shaking and the motor was making a noise like. Metal was hitting metal. I don’t feel like I can trust this service department. I will have to take my SUV to get a second opinion somewhere else because of how terrible it sounded. This is a brand new SUV when I took it in everything for the oil change it was working great. I have videos of everything It was doing. I wouldn’t recommend this service department at all.
Sales couldn’t tell me anything about the truck except what was on the key fob and never gave me direct answers. If I asked a question they said they would look into it and nothing would happen. Paperwork was choppy at best. I wish another dealer had the truck I wanted, I would have preferred to give someone else the sale.
Bought a pristine g80 from Gaston Villegas and Michael Johnson. The car exceeded expectations and they made it very easy. I think these guys are real legit.Compared with carvana and Carmax they make it easier and detailed the car w/ full tank of gas. I prefer to work with an experienced dealer rep and the pricing is beyond fair. 2k below KBB for the attached car. It is in perfect condition and has a 3.8 V6.
Scheduled oil change at 9am, and arrived 5 min before that. They were checking in folks, I was next in line. Was told my service person wasnt there, but someone else would help me. They started going to people behind me, and I waited over 30 min to be checked in for an oil change, which took all of 1 min once they decided to assist me. Wish they had just told me that they were going to clear their own queues before they were going to help me, rather than leave me hanging all that time. They changed the oil just fine.
This was our first time visiting an Auto Nation. Our experience was probably the best we have had in vehicle purchasing. The salesmen (Supreme & Richard) that assisted us made us feel comfortable from the minute we met them. They made our experience beyond pleasant. We will recommend Auto Nation to our friends and family. Thank you!
This was my first-time experience at this dealership and it could not have been better.AutoNation Service Director Paul (Mike) Ellis, as well as the Chevrolet Electrical Tech Dave and Service Advisor Scott Randel did an exemplary job on the passenger-side airbag safety recall replacement on my Silverado P/U truck. This outstanding service experience has made me a future customer of this dealership. I could not be more happy!Scott W. Anderson
From the lady who scheduled the appt. to the person who drove the truck up to me clean… everyone was super nice. Even repaired truck a day early!
What an amazing Team they have. I was so impressed by the staff and management. They answered all of my questions and took care of ALL of my needs. Definitely a 5 star dealership!
We have been bringing our car in for service, since we bought it at AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead. Unfortunately, the representative we normally dealt with was no longer working there and we trusted him very much. We had a new rep and we were very pleased with the same great service we always received.
My tech name was Alex and he was very helpful and kept me updated on what was going on with my car.
I am extremely disappointed the camera on the front of my car cannot be replaced without costing me $900. I was talked into the highest AutoNation warranty, because of all the cameras and technology on my car, and this is not covered. To make matters worse, the service manager says he sees this a lot. That is a problem. That is wrong. Chevy needs to do something about it. And AutoNation needs to show this exclusion in BIG letters (and give estimated cost, before selling the warranty. To not have the camera in the front of the car covered where it can obviously be broke easy, is wrong, wrong, wrong. AND, this camera was like this since I got the car, less than a year ago. First we thought it was a smudge and when we remembered we would try to wipe it off, then I figured I would have it looked at when I brought it in for service. And NOW the picture is even WORSE because you all were screwing around and scratching at it. You knew what it was, and you all should have just left it alone, not make it worse. I do plan on trying to reach out to Chevy one more time and if someone does not offer to get this fixed, I plan on submitting a claim to the BBB of Arizona.
Very good service managers. Very helpful in explaining the problems or recall issues of your vehicle.
Over and Above to assist in finding the right vehicle, Service has always been accomodating and efficient...
Alex was amazing. He communicated updates during our entire process and made it go extremely smooth. Best service advisor I have ever worked with in 20 years.
We’ve never had any problems at your location until now. The lack of customer service! First of all, I had an appointment. Secondly, I was without a vehicle for over a day and a half. Their reply was that the shop is behind. If they knew they were behind why take more appointments until they’ve finished what they’ve started with the other cars. Next, I had no feedback on my vehicle until I finally reached out to someone. Lastly, at time of pickup since I needed a ride back to the dealership they forgot to pick me up.
Worst dealership ever. 2 and a half months ago we bought a truck from them. We bought almost $6000 worth of warranty stuff but wasnt told how much that all was only that it would add like $35 to our payment which we were fine with but we are not fine with adding $6000 to our loan, which we didnt know the cost because we were not given any paperwork when we left, they told us they would email us the paperwork the next day, which they didnt. We also werent told how the services had to go through them, we live almost 2hrs away and are not going to drive that far for services especially when there service department failed to fix even simple problems and didnt even check that the coolant was full as it was almost empty, we were lucky to make it the 2hr drive home. Along with not receiving any paperwork, they ran our credit 3 times and then wouldnt respond to us when we would call them to get paperwork almost 3 weeks after buying the vehicle. So when we finally got someone to respond to us we told them we wanted to cancel the warranties except the gap insurance they said they could do that and would send us the form we needed to sign for them to cancel it. We waited a couple days but after not receiving it and trying to call them multiple times with no call back from anyone there we ended up just driving the 2hrs there since they cant call us back and signed the form in person then were told they would send the refund check to our lienholder. It has now been almost a month since we signed that form and have called this dealership 15 or more times and sent emails and no one will respond to us about where our check is as the lienholder has yet to get it. We want our almost $6000 back.
Great service from everyone who took care of me. Shannon and Chuck were very prompt and easy to work with. Will recommend and hope to work with them again in the future! Awesome
Best dealership I’ve been to! Incredibly inviting and they know their stuff. Definitely Will return.
They have been very nice and service always great 👍.
Just another sleezy car dealership... Took my Tahoe in for service & sat there for 5 hrs while they did whatever they did & came back to me saying they couldnt fix 1 piece, replaced a headlight (which really doesnt take that long) & said there was no problem with my battery, alternator & electrical system only to have the light come on the very next day telling me to service the battery charging system. Big waste of my time & was treated like they could care less about me or my vehicle. Wont be returning
Can we have a 0 star option please??I purchased a vehicle here back in March of 2020. All was fine and dandy. Purchased the extra extended warranty with all the bells and whistles over $3600 of GAP insurance and extended warranty insurance, and a service package. All was well.Once you have purchased from them dont expect ANY level of customer service from them unless you are physically present and in their face, and even then they will tell you they have other customers to attend to. They are done assisting you once they have gotten their money out of you.I recently traded in the vehicle that I purchased from them with another dealership and I have been trying for almost a month now to get a refund on the remaining extended warranty and GAP insurance contracts.I have gone in twice now. I have called multiple times. Ive been told to speak with finance. Every time I call to speak with finance they are unavailable. So I have left voicemails. I never receive a call back. The last time I went in I was given a card for the finance manager Mr. Gutierrez with his email address on it. I have emailed multiple times. ZERO response.Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Cant seem to get any response from anyone there. All further communications I make with them will be written by email so I can PROVE that they do not respond to my multiple requests.ALL I am asking for is confirmation of receipt of the documents that are necessary for me to get this refund, and that seems impossible.
I recently moved to Arizona and this was my first appointment here. All of the people, particularly John were very informative and polite.
Great communication with service provider. Knowledgeable service techs. Awesome experience. Great Customer Service across board! Great Job! 👍
Friendly knowledgeable staff. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision.
As I’m sure you know, car salespeople have a reputation of being untrustworthy and regularly rank at the bottom of the trustworthy professions, along with lawyers and congress. I naturally was very skeptical when Kay said to bring my car in to sell, and she would make it easy. She was right. It was very easy and it took a very reasonable amount of time. The best part for me was that I wasn’t asked to give up the key to the car until the very last thing. Giving up a car key is a common tactic used to gain control over the customer. Hanging on to my keys until the end made me very comfortable and it helped me gain trust in the process. When I’m ready to buy again, I’ll start here! Thank you.
I I have worked with the service department of this facility now 3 different times in regards service on my truck and every time I cannot get a call back or call through or talk to any life person. The sales department at time of purchase was phenomenal about calling me back and having the greatest customer support and service available, although once you need there Service department it seems like they dont even exist. By far the worst experience Ive ever experienced before at any dealership anywhere. If they were to fix their Service Department
Probably the easiest vehicle purchase I ever did. Straight forward and good pricing pricing from Saul Aguirre, the vehicle I wanted was in stock here and finalizing the deal with Chuck Whitman was also a straight forward presentation.
My visit was very good. I did not feel the pressure as you do at other car dealerships. It had been 15 years since I had bought a car and was not looking forward to going to a dealership to do this. Saul made this very simple and pleasant.
Promises made but not kept. Poor customer service. Mechanics unable to duplicate a problem I clearly described and ran into again immediately when I got back on the freeway. Wont be returning for any service or purchases. Read on for more detail.I was told there was a 120 point inspection and a 90 day warranty. As I drove off the lot after 8pm when I bought the car and found the headlights were not working, it became obvious that inspection probably didnt take place. Took them 11 days to replace the headlights.I ran into another problem and found that the 90 day warranty does not exist either, despite assurances from the salesman at the time and my version of the paperwork that says n/a in the as is section.Guy in the service department was visibly angry when he found that I was told about a 90 day warranty and that they would not be helping me out. Doesnt matter anyway, though, because despite clear directions they were not able to recreate something that happened immediately as I got onto the freeway. All the staff seems generally disinterested in being there. Wont return. Wont recommend. Will actively turn people away where possible.
All employees were kind and helpful. Fantastic service, great business, and the Chevy I got is amazing!
If your in the market for a new or used vehicle I wouldnt look anywhere else. Charles M. and Michael G. made the process so easy! They were so helpful getting me into my dream truck, taking my trade, working out the finances, and getting an AWESOME warranty! I didnt feel pressured once! Michael worked with me on my payments and I couldnt be happier! Charles even called me a week later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase! Wish I could give 6 stars! Thank you AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead
It was alright. We went in knowing exactly what car we wanted to look at. They let us look at the car and drive it around the lot since it had not been safety tested yet. We decided we wanted to buy it and they were apparently confident enough it would pass. We got a text the next day informing us it did not and we had put down a 1000 dollar deposit on it. We have been calling over and over again to get our money back but they dont want to do the transaction over the phone and continually do not answer nor get back to us. We have left multiple messages stating that we need that deposit back and still have not heard anything.
We went in for a break check & an oil change. We paid nothing and the breaks were fine. Just needed to be greased. It took some time but other than that, it was great!
I had Richard Garcia help me and my boyfriend choose his first truck. He made it painless, convenient, and quick. Would 10/10 recommend going to Auto Nation Chevy and definitely go straight to Richard!
This was the smoothest and easiest process that I’ve ever had buying a car. From start to finish I was treated like I was their only customer.Charles is a top guy who really went out of his way to take care of us as a family, I would recommend you see him if you want to buy a vehicle at the arrowhead Chevrolet and he will take care of you
We dropped off our Traverse off on Sat 8/28 with a not so friendly attendant (Alex) and was told it could not be looked at until Mon 8/30 which was fine. On Monday Alex phoned and said that the car would be worked on & ready on Tue 8/31. On Tuesday we were about 5 miles from the dealership to pick up our new RV, however due to other circumstances we were unable to pick it up. My husband phoned Alex to see if the Traverse was ready and got his voicemail and left a message asking for a call back. We also tried other numbers at the dealership to no avail. Being that we had used Uber in the morning to go to the RV dealership we decided to go ahead and Uber to AutoNation to see the status on our Traverse in person being that we could not get anyone to pick up a phone!! We arrived and upon doing so walked to Alexs station where he seemed to be sitting nonchalant on his mobile phone doing what looked to be personal business. At this time it was at least an hour after leaving a message for a status on our vehicle. We inquired about our vehicle, again he seemed to be annoyed. He went to check on the car, came back and said it wouldnt be ready for at least an hour which was a surprise to us as we thought the car would have been fixed by the time we got there.Looking around the dealership it appeared to us that there was no obvious upkeep being done to the facility. Extremely low inventory on the lot and the interior lobby seems to be kept with no apparent regard to accommodating the waiting customer.Overall rating in my book would be a F+ and we will not be returning. Id much rather fined another dealership even if it is further to find better customer service.
I am always skeptical of dealerships but I was in need of a new vehicle. Of all the ones I researched, I am glad I chose the Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead location. The location was clean and tables were spaced apart. Derrick was very knowledgeable and MJ in finance clearly explained all my options. The two of them made the whole transaction simple and smooth. I walked out with my new vehicle same day. Whole process took about 5 hours, which was less than I expected it to take.
I had an issue at first. Howard went over the details with me and I appreciate that. Issue was resolved and I am changing my review to the review it deserves.
Timothy the lot attendant was the only one who helped us he was amazing. We did not need a service tech he did just fine. I truly believe you should give him the position instead of just the lot guy as he is very valuable. Thank you Timothy for helping us service techs did not help us not needed.
I had an amazing experience!! Richie help me with the purchase of my new truck, he was very professional and polite and he made the process quick and very easy. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle. THANK YOU AUTO NATION!
Fantastic service from both my salesmen and the finance guy. Salesmen was Richie Garcia, believe the finance guys name was Ben?? Would recommend to others
Absolutely amazing service and treated with so much respect. Came in expecting one thing and ended up leaving in a much better vehicle and better deal than I could dream of. Richard Garcia was so helpful and down to earth and I would come back 100 out of 100 times.
Purchased a vehicle here earlier this summer, and like other reviewers, the experience started out great: Booking a test drive was painless, Saul in Internet sales was the best salesman Ive ever dealt with anywhere for anything, the vehicle was as described online, and it turned out the vehicle I wanted was an AutoNation Certified one that had been through a more rigorous inspection and included a warranty. Could AutoNation really be a different kind of dealership? It sure felt like it.The wheels started falling off the experience when I went back to buy. I finished the deal with a different sales guy (Saul was off for the weekend), and throughout the transaction I got the impression the other guy didnt really know what he was doing. The wheels almost literally fell off the experience on the drive home; the service department had installed the wheel weights incorrectly. As I went cruising down the freeway, some of the weights went cruising into the brake calipers and flew off. I had to stop at a tire shop on my way home. In addition to rebalancing the wheels that had lost weights, I was informed the other wheels were technically in-balance but had been done completely incorrectly (one of them had something insane like 6 or 8 ounces). Its now July, and I have been calling and emailing SINCE MAY about the AutoNation Certified warranty that I still dont have. I paid a higher price for a 125 point inspection and a warranty, and in return I cant even get a phone call or an email from anyone at AN Arrowhead. Maybe the experience is better at other AutoNation dealerships, but I wouldnt spend your money here.
I just brought my car in for an oil change. Aside from the longer than usual wait times due to being short staffed, everything was great! I love that I get a good car wash and the staff is always so friendly! The service techs are great and never try to push anything on you that you dont need.
Just downsized our suburban to a sedan and Dominic was an outstanding salesman to deal with. He was informative, patient, and provided us with plenty of options to consider. We were happy to return to the dealership that sold us the suburban and received a very fair price all around.
The experience coming in was great. Now trying to get ahold of them for information in financing leaving phone calls messages for almost the whole week no call back is very up setting. they promise to pay my old truck off before 2 weeks and still waiting. Now old payment coming up and my new payment is almost here. This is very upsetting. I will not recommend automation to any of my friends or anyone sorry and i will be taking off my license plate cover that will promote them.
Worked with multiple folks here and each person was professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Huge thanks to Shannon, Richard, Mike & Jordan for helping us out and providing an exceptional car buying experience. We will definitely be sending our friends and fam here. Thanks again!
Very helpful, knowledgeable, kept me informed, thank you
Richard Garcia is amazing, and made the process seamless and comfortable, the best dealership experience ever! And that is with almost 50 years of car buying, we never had such a nice time getting a new car - thank you! Thank you, AutoNation!!
Shannon was fantastic in helping us get our new Chevrolet Tahoe. Our experience began by being greeted at the door and escorted to our appointment with Shannon. She was kind, fun, knowledgeable, and professional. The process was relatively quick for a major purchase and we were on our way in under 3 hours that included a test drive, help setting up the cars OnStar system, going to speak with finance (who were wonderful too btw), and a trip to the parts dept to order an extra key fob.
Sadly I have to give 1 star as I am unable to give 0. I am deeply dissatisfied with this dealership as I bought a brand new car about 1 year ago and currently it is in the shop with a repair needed that no one can diagnose. The part is so rare that no one in the nation has it so I am waiting for the dealership to contact me to get my car fixed.....even though its brand new, under warranty.....but still a massive computer issue.
As a first time buyer I was anxious and stern about keeping my payment below 500, and they made it happen!....pause for speech *clears throat*. Silly Shannon, Sweet Henry, and Bod Mike(finance) were stinkin amazing! They dealt with our last minute drop ins and humor, professionally. I will not go else where as long as these people are here. Chevy please give these people some recognition as they are one in a million employees. Thank you for the laughs, the great deal, and a wonderful experience.
Using the Arrowhead Chevrolet web sight to schedule service is a nightmare. I tried three times and every time they said that an oil change wasnt available. If it wasnt for me getting this first oil change free for buying my car from them, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else. Fortunately, the chat option connected me with a very nice, informative, and competent person. That person was able to make my appointment for me. After my free oil change, I will take all my service to another dealership that has a working service appointment sight.
Ive got to give two thumbs up to Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead service department. I had an issue with my truck that another local dealership was unable and unwilling to fix. After months of dealing with this loser Cheverolet dealership I decided to take it to Autonation Chevrolet to see if they would be able to fix the issue. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty front camera. They ordered the camera and after about one week they called me to bring my truck in. They replaced the camera and the problem was fixed in one day! I want to thank Doug Gardner (service rep) for helping me with getting this issue repaired in the most efficient manner. Thank you again Autonation Chevrolet! The only reason for the four stars instead of five, is that they no longer offer a loaner car program which to me is very disappointing.
Went to this dealership service department a month or two ago to have a fuse replace and the service manager insisted I have a diagnostic and pay for that service. I refused and insisted that they just change the fuse that was bad. He indicated that I would have to pay for an hours labor if it was more than the fuse. Additionally I mentioned I needed to schedule an appointment for an air bag recall and the Tech said he would do at the end of the service. He was nowhere to be found at the end so I was asked to call back. After 4 calls I have finally gotten an appointment scheduled. Their reps in service are rude and appear to be not so knowledgeable in my opinion.
Repetitive theme with other negative reviews. Initially, the buying experience was great. Friendly and attentive sales reps. The moment the sale is made, the true colors start to show.Been calling the finance department for two weeks regarding GAP insurance purchased through them leaving 5+ voicemails and not a single call back. No other methods of getting this information, like emailing, other than getting put to voicemail.Soured what was a good experience to not being a repeat customer.
I purchased 4 vehicles over the past 2 years from this dealership, My sales man was AMAZING!!! I had already given 5 star rating, but by the 3rd vehicle figured out how the finance department was screwing us over. On the 2nd purchase I had brought my own Capitol One finance company, already approved, yet the finance company switched it to one of their people, because it was cheaper .02% difference but Im sure their kick back was bigger. On the 4th vehicle, I was convinced into the extra warranty because it wasnt a chevy, bla bla bla, it was used, pulled from Vegas, we didnt go over pricing, but he hinted that it would be in the 1500 range. When my car was financed, the extra b.s. came out to over 3500 for an extended warranty, then I found out my VW that I purchased from this dealer had an awesome bumper to bumper for 165k miles, I barely had 45k miles on the car. So I cancelled the services, then Cancelled everything on all my vehicles. The finance department has ignored emails, then when you call them out, they are extremely rude. Just know that they will be all smiles when you are signing the paperwork, yet if you need them after that date, GOOD LUCK!! The finance department at this location is TRASH!! They actually lost me as a customer and When i went out and purchased my newer 2021 vehicle just a month ago, I WENT ELSE WHERE, where I was treated like an actual person.Ive been trying to figure out for the past 2 months when my cancelation check would be sent to my lien holder so that I can pay off my Traverse, every time I call in I am told to speak with a Edwin Herrera, I leave voice messages, I email, NOTHING!!! Make sure your eyes are wide open or bring your own financing, because This locations finance department dont care about you!
WARNING: Went in for oil change. Came back saying my transmission was cracked and it will cost $2200. RIGHT AFTER MY WARRANTY ENDED. Service advisor had the mechanic in on it too. Immediately brought to my friends trusted mechanic. He took me under my vehicle and showed me. ABSOLUTELY NO CRACK, BUT TRANSMISSION HAD ALL 5 BOLTS LOOSENED AND COULD TELL BY THE MOVEMENT THEY WERE JUST LOOSENED. HAVENT HAD AN ISSUE SINCE. THIS AUTONATION IS FRAUDULENT. Management never return any of my calls.
My experience with Henry was excellent! He was ready to help in any way he could and the process was so easy! His customer service was 10/10! Thank you for getting my into a car I love with zero hassle!
Just dont trade in a vehicle with a loan. I bought a new Silverado from them 7 Weeks ago the buying experience was fine but they still havent paid off the loan on the truck I traded in.Ive already made the first payment on the new truck and I get an email from my credit union reminding me the payment is coming up on the old truck. Ive left messages but no one returns my call.Update: They claim it was paid 1 week after my transaction, the credit union never received the payment. They were supposed to stop and reissue the check 3 weeks ago. Still the payment has not been received by the credit union.
Paul Garza was great! Would love to deal directly with him for all future service needs on my Tahoe. Thank you!
Buyers beware! I traded my Chevy spark (GREAT condition) in for a bigger vehicle, because I was a week away from giving birth. Unfortunately I was on bed rest most of my pregnancy. I was stressed and desperate. I think it showed and this place definitely took advantage of that. Shame on them!!!! I’m dealing with buyers remorse, because they sold me a lemon. So if you’re looking for a SAFE FAMILY car this is NOT the place for you. Started having problems with the car 3 months after I bought it. So LESS then a year and Its just one problem after another with this car. The service department is the worst! Just don’t do it! They didn’t even fix my broken ac. But they take your money anyway. I saved a couple of people from going to this place. Hopefully this helps more people. I’m dealing with regret. Didn’t get a fair trade!!!! Wish I would’ve kept my old car. This is turning out to be way more expensive then it’s worth. I tried writing a more detailed review but for some reason it didn’t show. Most of the positive reviews are laughable. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! GO ELSEWHERE!!
Had a great experience here, bought a used vehicle off the internet through Mark. Totally satisfied.
I had to share my experience with Auto Nation Chevrolet. Most people only comment if they have a problem and few take the time to let others know when all is great! I would like to let prospective customers know that Auto Nation, a large national car sales group finds the time to train their staff and put excellent people in place to help prospective clients. I worked with two incredibly sincere and dedicated staff members, Kay and Brent. Kay walks around in full afterburner mode and Brent has vast knowledge on all thing Chevrolet and seems excited to share what he knows. The perfect balance of great desire and attitude to support the customer. I ordered a Silverado 1500 and wanted it just so. I must have changed the configuration 5 times and neither Kay or Brent batted an eye. Always courteous providing suggestions while guiding me through an expensive sale. Great people that I doubt exist anywhere in numbers. The final home run came from Michael in Finance, who was relentless in getting me the best financing while explaining everything to perfection. Thanks guys! Really appreciated the help and making the experience so satisfying. I think these guys were as excited about delivering exactly what I wanted as I was in getting it. How do you beat that? Ask for Kay, she knows how to help you out!!
I got multiple calls about scheduling my service, even after an appointment was made. Then, when we arrived, they said there was no appointment for us! Finally when picking up the vehicle, it took atleast 15-20 minutes to get our vehicle. We could also overhear them scrambling to find our car keys cause they were missing? It was all together bad and nothing like the dealership we take our other vehicle to.
Dominic did a fantastic job at getting me into the vehicle I wanted. He was very patient with me and kept us informed of what was going on. He made the experience personal and non stressful.MJ in finance did an amazing job as well!!!! He wasn’t pushy nor did he try to persuade me into something I didn’t want. I appreciate his help with getting me approved.
Been almost a year and still has not been corrected. Went to the dealership to find out why it was taking so long to get parts. And the service advisor I spoke with was more interested in telling me alot of untrue information. Didn’t even want to help me. And didn’t even care I had a issue. Also don’t know why I was getting the survey. They haven’t even fixed the vehicle. Last I spoke with the service manger. And he had no clue!! And the vehicle is still not fixed.
I recently purchased a Shelby GT350R from this dealership, and worked with Mark Aurillio during the process. I live over 2500 miles away and Mark made this transaction flawless. Description of vehicle, and numerous video and pictures to help me make the determination on purchase. The price was WELL UNDER market and the Carfax concured. He assisted in working with my carrier and ensured the vehicle was packed perfectly for its long voyage. I wouldnt hesitate to work with him again. 5 stars!
Service was excellent and the work done on the truck was completed promptly, very pleased with all
Absolutely a nightmare! These people dont have any customer service skills or care for that matter. They had my car for a month and NEVER communicated with me as to what the status was!! I ALWAYS had to call and ask them what the deal was. They dont know their business. I took my car elsewhere and got QUICK answers and solutions. This company should not be on business PERIOD!
Called the dealership when i noticed my car wasn’t wanting to start as usual. They said they were super busy, but come on in and they would take a look. Was the battery. Took about 1 1/2 hrs, and I was on the road again 👍. Thank U!!!
Only thing I could see is, a little bit better communication from the service representatives.
Richie and MJ are top of the line! Made my day with getting a vehicle easy from the time I walked into the door until I left! 100% recommend
Service guy i think it was steve or scott was great!
Great customer service, very helpful along the entire process. We have been looking for a vehicle for a couple months now,but there hasnt been any inventory. Dominic Boffa was in constant contact regarding anything that was expected to arrive with the specs we were looking for and we finally found our car. Thank you!
STOLE MY CAR FROM ME! I came in last month for a service and left it with Doug Robinson who avoided my voicemails and calls until 3 days after not hearing anything or having anyone contact me. They ended up not fixing my issue, not apologizing, not helping me get it covered under my 90 day warranty, and charging me $150. If you are the manager of this dealership you can call ME. Dont make it a customers job to reach out to you after theyve been burned. Lost my business forever.
I have been trying to reach Micheal in finance for over two months now wanting to cancel my warranty. He advised me to buy it and just cancel right after, so he could get me a better rate and I would be helping him with a sale. I did sign the document to cancel the warranty back in March and we are now in June with no refund or updates.
Took 7 + hours to have an oil change and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to tell me if my vehicle was ready. Had to have someone drive me down there just to check the status of my vehicle just for them to tell me it wouldn’t be ready until the following day in the morning. I also was having two broken parts being looked at again for the 3rd time knowing I need replacement parts for these things. I have been having an issue getting these parts for months. Had parts ordered by Alex in the past but two people including him the first time, “forgot to order” the parts. When they finally were ordered, no one ever called to tell me and I repeatedly left multiple messages with Alex questioning the status of the parts and never received a call back. I did at one point get ahold of Alex and told him I’ve left multiple messages and he said he did not get any messages on his voicemail. Their definitely is a barrier to communication here at this dealership. Found out during this appt that you have to have the parts installed within 30 days due to the warranty requirements and now it all has to be resubmitted again “written in a way that they will approve the parts if they even do since it wasn’t completed last time” this was said by Paul my service advisor for this incident. It is not my fault no one called to tell me the parts were ordered and ready to be installed and I followed up multiple times and could never get ahold of anyone. I will only be coming back to resolve the parts issue if it even gets resolved. I will never be returning my business to this dealership. Poor customer service all around.
Paul was very nice and helped me with a part I needed
Charles was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right Truck for me
Going into a sales office can be scary and especially a car dealership! AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead is not like that. As soon as I met Gaston Villegas I knew my day was getting better. He is the most honest, friendly and knowledgeable person. I totally trusted him to help me find a car and he did. Then I met M,J. in Finance. Another wonderfully honest, friendly and knowledgeable person! The receptionist, other sales people and actually everyone in the building are terrific. I will recommend this business to everyone I meet and know who needs a different or another vehicle.
Selling my car was a quick, painless effort. The cash offer after the vehicle inspection matched exactly the offer they made online. No low-ball tactics. Surprising and appreciated.
Richard Garcia,Mike G,and MJ Was an awesome experience great place to buy an automobile Excellent service well done thank you
Best experience we have ever had at any dealership. Our sales guy Luis P did amazing getting us at the price range we needed to be at! And went above and beyond with his customer service. Highly recommend working with him to anyone!
Very pleasant. Tomas Lopez and finance guy Jason very polite. Nice doing business there. Mrs. Kraatz
I needed an in cabin air filter, but found out the there was a IMPORTANT NOTICE ON THE ENGINE COMPUTER SYSTEM!! It had been out since 2019 and I have taken the car many times and had NOT BEEN TOLD that the car needed this. On my last warrantee service appointment, the service person just happened to ask if I wanted to get the recall update on engine system fixed. Well, YES! How come it took so long for anyone to inform me? No one had an answer. I am disappointed that when I had past service, no one checked. So, I was not happy, but it did get fixed. I did get the cabin air filter changed too. I suggest the customer ask if there are any recall services needed on their vehicle.
I bought a used car at this dealership and not even a week later the car had major safety issues, like the brake master cylinder went out, and the check engine light came on because the car needed new Catalytic converters and 4 new O2 sensors, also the AC stopped blowing cold air, and the back rear speakers stopped working, and all the motor mount are completely worn out, So I dropped it off to service advisor Paul G, and he said he could’t do anything for me and I would have to pay for it out of pocket, the quoted me $5800 to fix everything, and would not use the warranty that I bought the car with that was an extra $2700 on top of the car, what a waste of money, I had the take Uber rides to work for a week because that’s how long it took them to even look at it, you can imagine how much money that would cost. I even spoke with the Service director Tim, and he pretty much didn’t care, and they said I couldn’t return the car as well, now I’m stuck with a broken car and, it’s a 2015 Camaro SS, if you’re wondering, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, safe your self you money and time and go else where, this was a nightmare!!!
Came to look at a car with my son and was very put off by the horrible service. Sales person was cold and stand offish. Car we wanted was posted online. When we arrived was told it wasnt ready for sale, then told it was sold. Didnt want to help us find anything else. No thanks. If only he knew we were cash buyers. Ill spend my money somewhere else thank you.
Service department personnel were polite, professional, and fast.
Dealership & service manager did a great job accommodating me with a scheduling problem. I made the appointment on the autonation website with assistance from someone on a chat session. I showed up at the correct time but the dealership did not show my appointment. There is apparently a known problem linking the main autonation site to the dealership. However they took care of me anyway!
Tomas was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and we felt zero pressure.
It was an excellent experience we were treated courteously and the vehicle was at the price agreed. We received a tour of the facility and the services available.
Our salesman Henry Leach was outstanding. No pressure sales, it was relaxing to speak with him. I would definitely use Henry at Autonation to purchase next vehicle.
