Bought a treadmill for almost 1000.00 dollars back in May used it a few times because was really too busy. Went to use it the other day just to find out the screen stopped working. Without the screen its worthless. So when my wife called they basically asked did we get the extended warranty she said no. And then was told there is nothing they can do. So now Im stuck paying monthly on something I cant use. I would have got the warranty but thats a extra 30 dollars on top of the 95 o already pay a month. I will never buy through this company again. Lesson learned

This place has a great selection of fitness equipment, I was looking for cable attachments and they have a large selection to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and I found that it was better than Amazon, which is rare to find these days. The employees were helpful and answered any questions I had.

I bought a treadmill from SFE and and had problems with first one Very disappointed because of being a nurse my health and mental well-being was at a low so I read the great reviews and made a purchase after a little back and forth they replaced my treadmill with another that’s beautiful and working great they took the time to listen and correct the situation and I’m sincerely grateful I have recommended them to all my family friends and co workers without realizing it they really helped me on my fitness journey Thank you and I will always use your company for all my fitness needs and your prices are great!!

Had a warranty claim after purchasing a nordictrack S22i from SFE. Im so impressed with the customer service I received, I can hardly believe it.First they asked me to send them a quick video of the noise the bike was making. I did and a couple of days later, a new bike was brought to my house and swapped out.They didnt argue, drag it out, question the claim... none of that. Simply replaced the bike.Wow! Wow. Ive been going back and forth about ordering from SFE for months and I finally took the plunge. Placed an order for the Proform H7 on OCT 1st and it was delivered to me on the 7th here in TX for a fraction of what I would have paid at a local store! Took me a minute to set it up but it look and works as it should. THANKS AGAIN!

This site is not safe, they say my order from outside the US is a high risk fraud transaction (I live in Ecuador and I have to send my order through Miami). The problem is that the order is paid and this site do not want to give muy money back. Look at the picture: It is paid but unfulfilled. Do not keep my money for free!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the service. Ordered online & called in couple of days prior to ask not to ship instead will pick it up at the store but they still shipped it. Also when I went to pick up at the store I was not given the same product as mentioned on their website for which I paid for. I guess the management should address this. Wanted to buy more products in the future but now i doubt with this experience I had today.

Bought a treadmill & we were debating if it was the right one for us… sales guys said point blank that we had 90 days to return if we didn’t love it or had any issues. Ok perfect right? No, we called to return it because of console issues and told oh yeah you can return it for an exchange in house. Listen to me a RETURN and an EXCHANGE are two drastically different things. Your sales guys need to re word the verbiage as it’s ethically questionable and I would not recommend anyone to this place for this reason.

I bought my elliptical here about 4 years ago and have been very happy with it. Now that my mom was looking for one, I took her here. She got a 2018 elliptical for $350. They gave a 3 month warranty and $5 off for liking their FB Page. I will continue to recommend this place. They have a good selection on exercise equipment and are very friendly.

They have lost my business for good.I purchased the $300 dual pulley system. I called beforehand and asked if it came with the adapters for Olympic plates and the gentleman on the phone told me yes. Now, I can buy the SAME EXACT pulley system for $189 online, free shipping but with no adapters. And a 6 week back order. Adapters are about $70. So for $40 more, not having to wait 6 weeks and support local business I decided to buy from SFE.I drove 1 hour to pick it up, drove an hour home. No adapters. I called to see if the box was missing the adapters, they said they would call me back. Never got a call back. Called again, was told that it doesnt come with adapters! Which was the whole reason I paid extra for this one. I told them I would be returning it, but they told me I could only get an in store credit, even though THEY gave me bad information. I finally talked with the owner and we came to terms that they did mess up and they would send me adapters. Awesome! 5 star review for correcting the problem.The adapters come and they dont fit over the 1 pegs. So I email back asking if we can get new ones since these dont fit. Or just return them, give me the $70 for new ones and Ill deal with the hassle myself. They didnt email back. So I email again a week or two later and finally get a response we ordered the ones you approved of. If you want to bring them back we will return them. I already drove 2 hours, they want me to drive 2 more!? Amazon does free UPS returns, I asked if I could do that. Again, no response...Sorry you had to go out of your way to fix your mistake SFE! Thats what you have to do when you own a business. Fix your mistakes. Or if you just let me return the system you could still have had my business and I would have purchased other items.I would have given a better review but the fact that they continuously dont respond, even after over a week, thats unacceptable. And honestly, they werent too professional to start with but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was a bad day or they were busy. But after repeated issues, Im done. The staff and customer service is excellent. With that being said do not expect the highest quality of equipment. You get what you pay for, the gold standard rowers is the concept2 and runs $1100, SFEAZ has their knock off for between $550-700 depending on sales. The durability is so far up to par but the monitor....... sub par performance. If you are expecting to do a a 2k row expect to double your time compared to a concept2. Which really matter if you try to compare your workout times with other people which I like doing so the monitor sucks for me. But I throw on my polar HR monitor and do HR zone training and the rower does exactly what I need since I dont need the monitor for that. Ive had other equipment issues and the staff handled it immediately and fairly. With that said if you are building your garage gym on a budget this is your place.

With the recent pandemic, change of career and just tried of paying fees, we made a conscious decision to build a home gym. After a little research, I found this these guys on Facebook and asked my husband to check them out. Wow!! What a place! Pretty much anything you are looking for they have and reasonably priced. We are now happy. Purchased a NordicTrack upright exercise bike and it was delivered on time. It works great. Wife and adjust the seat for herself and I can adjust the seat for me. Delivery guys were very helpful. The only issue we had was fixed immediately by the two men who delivered the bike.All is good.

The customer service is good but the products are hit and miss after two returns I asked for a return ultimately had to do a charge back and returned the product. I get called by the owner questioning me for doing a chargeback I explain I have no other recourse. CC company was appalled the guy called they said he should only be calling to offer a money return not to call and question

Obviously, during the pandemic, equipment sales have sky-rocketed. SFE has been able to procure a variety of products and continue to keep items in stock - surprisingly. Each time I have shopped here, whether online or at their warehouse, they have what Im looking for and often at a more reasonable price than I can find elsewhere. When the topic of strength training or general fitness comes up in conversation, I tend to recommend SFE due them being local (avoiding shipping fees to a certain extent) and the brick and mortar mentality that is all the rage these days as more businesses move to online sales.

In the midst of Covid finding equipment is tough, was looking for a number of things (step, weights, rower) and SFE made it easy. Best prices, good service and THEY HAD stock or getting shortly. The initial facility and product purchase went well. I owned the rower less than 6 months before foot pedals crumbled away from extensive use on my part. BUT!!! Pandemic has slammed the support teams, so be patient if you has issues or need replacement parts. They will respond and handle if you keep in communication with them.

I bought a 2020 model at much less than retail cost that looked new and I was able to test the exact machine before purchasing. Delivery was fast. I spoke to the manager. I drive 30 minutes to buy a sfe rower and I was missing 4 screws. I was disappointed and they didnt care instead he was getting mad. So now the monitor is not working properly. I will return it now get my money back very disappointed with the customer service and equipment.

As the gyms closed again for Covid the demand for home equipment has increased, Im one of those people needing my home gym back.A friend on facebook marketplace recommended this outlet. We live in Flagsraff. On their facebook profile they posted the arrival of truckloads of gym equipment.We ordered online as updates were posted, drove down from Flagstaff, and in the middle of a very bustling July 3rd afternoon all of the orders we placed on the drive down were ready to go!people coming through the doors to buy equipment, dollies being loaded by buyers, the phone ringing off the hook, and in the center of it all is a very friendly, kind, patient crew making sure everyone gets serviced as quick as possible. After looking at ellipticals for days, I finally saw this company’s listings on OfferUp. Mike was a pleasure to work with and made sure that I got all the help I needed when ordering my elliptical. Shipping was very affordable and fast (I got it delivered in 3 days). I ended up ordering it from their website and they matched the delivery fee from OfferUp. I got a better elliptical than the one I initially wanted for less than half the original price! The elliptical itself is in great condition and I haven’t noticed any cosmetic issues.

I liked dealing with this place but the extended warranty company they use is worthless. Save your money and don’t buy it. My first treadmill didn’t work properly so the store replaced it. My second is now broken. I never received any information from the warranty company concerning my warranty. They are horrible to deal with. Nothing against SFE but the fact that they sell a subpar warranty service makes me not want to shop there again.

Gave this company a second chance, and this time dealt with Lennard and Justin. Way better customer service and got a great cyber sale price on a treadmill.

I am experiencing an issue with my brand new nordic track 1750 and they will not respond to me.

Prices are advertised on craigslist cheaper, so I paid double the price. When I was on my way to pick up my x bike from the warehouse I was told it was assembled. When I get there they had me wait 30 minutes outside in the heat to find out the bike wasnt working properly. Then they gave me same bike different color that I have to assemble myself. Not happy

I just purchased a Nordick Track Commercial 2450 from Sports & Fitness Exchange. John was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the product itself, the IFit Coach membership and the factory warranty. The treadmills all look new, and John was kind enough to allow me to test out the machine, as well as test out the beginning of a workout on the iFit Coach membership, - both very helpful! In addition, scheduling a at home delivery/set up within 4 days was seamless. My husband and I were very impressed, and cannot thank John enough. Given our experience thus far we highly recommend Sports & Fitness.

I was looking for a total gym and saw an ad that they had placed on Craigslist for an item in their store.I didnt want to miss out on it because I really wanted it but I didnt have time to get in before they closed. They let me pay with a credit card over the phone but gave me the option to say no thank you in case I got into the store and it wasnt what I expected. Talk about above and beyond!I got into the store and was thrilled to discover that the item was an even better condition than I expected.Im not a slender person so I dont always feel comfortable trying out workout equipment, answered all my questions, and they made me feel so comfortable.Even delivered!This was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would totally buy from them again.
