I recently opened a Martial Arts School and located ABD Signs and Printing on line. After speaking with very friendly employees and explaining what I was looking for, they began working on the art work and soon I received an email with the layout. I was given a quote and was extremely pleased. I must admit I was concerned at first but they soon put the concern to rest. The end result was much more than I had expected. My bare windows are currently designed and look fantastic. I could not be more pleased. The outstanding amount of help, friendly service, professional demeanor and gratitude I received from this company had me believing I had turned back the hands of time, to much more friendly time. There are no words to express how they treated me, took care of my concerns, met with me without hesitation, and professionally finished the job. It seemed very strange that EVERYONE in this company had such a positive attitude and cared about their company but above all they truly cared about their customers. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! Sad to report I had a wonderful experience the first time with this business. Jessica the girl in the front was able to help me & get me exactly what I wanted upon walking in. Got my printing done the exact same day. Unfortunately I can’t say this for the second time around. For the very beginning Brian the gentleman who printed my work was unprofessional. Right away said they could print my work but that they were extremely backed up. Understandable. Let me know I called to place my order 9/8z He asked me for a deadline & I say latest Friday 9/24. No details were really discussed & I was told to send to their email. Days went by until I called again on 9/15 to see how my work was coming along. Right away I was told they hadn’t been looked at that they were backed up. But I would have them don’t by 9/24. Surprise 9/24 I call & they aren’t done. From the very beginning Brian claimed what I sent wasn’t right. But if this was the case why was this communicated more to have the done by the deadline. Seems to me like his was buying himself more time. My work wasn’t done & I was asked to come in. Had the original person I purchased this design from edit to fit this printing shops needs bc they kept coming up with excuses. Sent the edited version Saturday 9/25 & was told I would be called when they were done. Heard nothing back 9/25 even thought they needed to be done 9/24. Weekend comes & goes nothing. Finally I called Tuesday 9/21 to complain to Jessica & she said she would print them herself if she had to. Look who calls Brian the same day giving me the excuse that they were backed up & he would be printing my work. Finally the day arrive 9/22 my work is done but wrong. They need to be printed on card stock to but they were printed on paper. The lightest card stock available according to Brian. Common sense if the work is earrings cards they must be printed on heavier paper. Called it complain 10/1 where I noticed the error just to be cut off rudely but Jessica when I explained the situation & then Brian said they it would be another charge to have them printed on a thicker card stock. Please for the love of god avoid this printing shop if you need work done. There is no reason a customer must jump through hoops to have good customer service!!

I came in for a warp uninstall and Dave Delvecchio (co-founder / CEO) was outright the most down to earth person Employee I have encountered . I was very pleased with my experience at ABD. I placed my order online, and they promptly contacted me via email to confirm my order, and they contacted me again just a few days later to let me know that my banner was ready for pick-up. Since I live about an hour away, it took some scheduling before I was able to get to their store, where I was met by Dave, the president of the company. When I told him of my dilemma, he said that if I had told them, they could have worked out meeting me somewhere to make the trek easier on me! Awesome to know for the future!As I was looking at the banner, I noticed that it did not have the wind holes that it was supposed to have (in hindsight, I may have not have put that on the request form). Regardless, the team was all too happy to alter the banner as needed. Dave even held the door open for me as I ran out to the car to make sure I had the right specifications.All in all, it was an A+ experience, and I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Recently switched all vehicles wraps and vinyl needs to ABD. They came and did 4 projects for our company Titan Alarm Inc. They quoted and installed all products quickly and the installer they sent was happy to be alive. Great company. Great service. Local company. I say thumbs up. They did not ask me to write a review or even mention it. Lets be honest....vinyl is vinyl but when you add a smile and good attitudes behind it, it makes all the difference.

I found ABD Signs and Printing via a quick google search for vehicle wrap printing. I had emailed the majority of the first few pages of google results to get estimates for my job. ABD Signs was not only the first company to personally call and offer me an estimate, they were the lowest quoted price on the job. Devin turned my work over the art department within a half hour and it was printed and shipped by Ally on the next business day - This was not a rush job and I didnt pay extra for it - ABD just worked on my order THAT quick.Having now received the vehicle wrap, the print quality is fantastic. I have been wrapping my own racecar in vinyl for several years now and the quality of this vinyl and print is superior to that of any of the prints that I have received in the previous years.To top everything else off, I received a personal phone call from Devin and I received a personal email from Dave (owner) to thank me for my business and to ensure I was satisfied with the final print and transaction.Overall, the best vehicle wrap purchasing experience I have ever done - this company is almost entirely across the country for me (Im from New Jersey and ABD is in Arizona), but I will be returning to use their business again in 2017 because the transaction was that great.Highly recommend ABD for any of your printing needs - they do it well and at great prices.

If you would have asked me prior to this last experience I would have given 5 stars however the way this last ordeal was handled I had to write a review.I have worked with ABD for about 4 years now my first year and a half I paid for several items with ABD and have been more than happy. Howeber ABD works with Valu card Alliance now called Itrade. Its a Barter company. Now in the past ABD would only Allow business cards. I CALLED Itrade asking for printing and graphic design services and they told me ABD. I told them I needed full trade On this one and ABD only does Business cards on trade. I was told nope as of recently they have opened it up to all printimg service. After 4 return calls to the office to get a final yes we do offer all printing right now on trade come on down and lets get your order done. So I go down and we work on it and I get all information they need to them and they even give me an Invoice on the fees invovled I approve it and then I get a letter from owner basically saying that because I have been a paid customer in the past I will not be allowed to use their service. I have done the last 4 transactions with ABD have been Trade.Now ABD has left me with no product and no time to get my product completed. And then went on to tell ITrade that I was rude and thats why they will not do the job.Funny the email states other wise. Note we are contacted and obligated to work with each other through I Trade. I am not sure why this was even allowed but I can tell you. Regardless. They had every opportunity to tell me that they did not accept this yet they called me back and said that they would take the job and do the job had me work with them for 40 minutes creating my flyers stayed up until after midnight making sure that all the proper paperwork was emailed to them and all the content for my brochure to be completed all for them to waste another half A-day to tell me that they were not going to do my order on trade because they felt that I was a paying customer 1st. Even though my last foUr transactions were all trade transactions. It seems to me that they have not only breached their contract with I trade but they also gave me horrible customer service they made a mistake and they should have had went ahead and completed the project even if they didnt want to because of the time that they took from me and my day and wasted on their mistakeI do not recommend them because this by far not only breaks a contract with another company but it also is horrible customer service to have left me in this situation. My Apologies as I was typing my internet went down and it sent with out being able to proof and fix errors. I believe I have fixed my verbage.DaveYou proved my point. I explained To both your office and Itrade I needed full barter being as how you knew this offer to only do half when I trade said You had to do it. Not sure. Then It was I was Rude. And in the laat 1.5 years i have only done Trade with ABD. And it wouldnt be my fault that your company allowed it if they werent supposed to. But Im supposed to feel lucky about that.Id have to say my sentiments are the same

ABD is a company I will continue to use for all my graphic services, and here’s why……Specifically, they’ve made my business cards, made banners for me to hang on the fence at job sites, done the logos on all of my trucks, made custom reflective signs for all of my EV Charging sites we build, and has also installed the vinyl wraps on my switchgear and power units that the City of Scottsdale required to make the appearance of my equipment a more natural earth tone to blend in to the landscape a little better than it would’ve otherwise.The reason why sharing all of that is so important is because everybody at abd knows how important these services are to me. They communicate very well, get proofs out timely for me to approve, they are responsive, and committed to providing a quality product.I’d be remiss if I didn’t also point out that things inevitably come up last minute such as logos need to be removed off of a truck and new ones put on another one and abd has accommodated those requests every time to minimize any down time on my end.Dave and all the people at abd, thank you! Thank you for being a vendor I can always count on. It’s nice to know there are companies out there that still operate on quality and integrity.
