Very disappointed with customer service. I was there 5 min early from their 10am open time, and the employee was standing at the front counter on their cellphone saw me clearly just needing to drop off a small package, disappeared into the back until time to open. Time on website is 9am to open. The employee could of easily opened the door and taken the package but clearly more important to make the customer wait 5 minutes.

I came here to leave a great review on the girls that work here and saw several very hateful reviews by anti-maskers. Its sad to see them go after such a great local business. The service here is always amazing.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE....I been coming here for years and am VERY respectful to everyone there especially the two outstanding ladies they have there. I always wear my mask in respect of others. I was OUTSIDE the back door away from customers and rang the pickup doorbell like always..was greeted with complete disrespect and was told by a older gentleman that works in the mid mornings there that I need a mask on which I completely understand and respect but the sign states if I enter the facility to wear a mask which Im completely ok with. However I was OUTSIDE the business and handed my 1 item to him and he wanted to lecture me like a 2 year old...I said Im NOT entering the facility so its not required per your own sign on the door. Then after I pointed that out he wanted to still be disrespectful and say you can go somewhere else...great way to talk to a customer that comes literally every day for 2 years...he should be fired immediately...hope hes not the owner. Oh and Im a veteran that served this country for someone to try to enforce a law that is not even a law...glad I was in a good mood and didnt treat him like he did...just saying. I want a apology and for him to be reprimanded. I was outside the business there is no law outside the premises!!!

I was denied to enter the store because didn’t have a mask on and I asked if they can provide one because I forgot mine, they said no. I had my vaccinations card with me but he didn’t want to see it. Very unprofessional and rude!

Ive used this neighborhood store for years. I dont ever wear a mask but today, more than a year after this bs plandemic started, they refused to mail my packages unless I was wearing a mask. Their right to refuse service, my right to take my business elsewhere...

Your employee (Daniela) was not wearing a mask. When asked, we were told that Corporate doesnt provide them with masks. And she apparently didnt think it was important enough to keep herself and the community she comes in contact with safe by being responsible enough to purchase one one her own. No anti-bacterial gel or wipes were available, they did not require customers to wear a mask before entering, pens were used and re-used, and social distancing was not a consideration. I have been going to this location for years, but thoroughly disappointed in their lack of concern for the community they serve.

I really wish that I got the two young gals names at the front desk but I wanted to say thank you for your kindness and amazing customer service.

I would give this location 1 star but as a small business owner and a customer of this location for last 10 years i belive we should help each other out my box was canceled for not wearing mask truly sad

This is run down business place taking advantages of people ! Will not recommend to anybody for keeping mails or doing business with them. I need reliable shipping services and this store is not reliable. I would not trust this location with any packages. Its a shame I am a small business and do my best to support small businesses. But this one place is a ripoffs!!

Fast service. You get in and out quickly without the lines of the post office. Very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable as well.

If I could select 0 stars, I would have. Store manager stated to leave old label in place and they would take care of it. Store made a mistake and did not properly package our return correctly leaving old label on. Package was returned to our home address. We took returned package back to store and were told we had to pay for another label which is $37.00. When confronted about their mistake, store clerk stated we were very abusive and would not assist. We were frustrated with their lack of customer service, but never abusive. The apparent store owner is looking at video to see if we are liars. Just ridiculous. Beware, this store will not take any responsibility so ensure what you are mailing is 100% correct. Plenty of other mail service places to use.

Fyi..Cannot process Amazon returns with barcodes sent to you from Amazon..pre print labels only.
