Love the variety of donuts available. They have things I didnt even know existed. But they also have the classics and they do them well. Go early, as they run out of the classics on weekends. However they always try to accommodate and see if they have more or make more if you are willing to wait! Great customer service. Best donuts in town! 🍩

Had an event for Parker and Son’s on Friday and it went wonderful. We were happy to partner with this local one of a kind donut spot. The owner is extremely dedication and the croissants are perfection! The speciality donuts are chart topping!Thanks on behalf of all of us! It was a great pleasure!

The donuts are fantastic, but before 7am shouldnt they have the go-to filled donuts that sell the quickest? They are often sold out of things by 9am (even on the weekends which is busy). We have also started a fun game where we see how much service with an attitude we will get. We always wonder how bad it must be for the employees because they all seem miserable. For awhile they had a guy at the drive thru who blatantly would say how much would you like to tip? Another time we stood at the counter for 10 minutes while employees stood around and then finally someone came over and said I guess I will help you, I thought the manager would. Just yesterday, 9/25, they had a young woman who rushed through the order and acted like it was bothering her to help us. She never smiled. Another employee even walked by her and reminded her to smile and thats when she finally said have a good day. If you want fresh and tasty donuts from what they have left, go here, but realize you are not going to get Starbucks level customer service. The employees here hate having to serve you and you feel the vibe the second you walk in.

I wish they had special donuts like the creme Brule available any day.

Really good donuts but don’t believe the hours. They were almost entirely sold out when I went in a little before noon and the store was set up to be closed (chairs up, almost zero inventory, drink machine down, etc). A lot of staff standing around waiting for 2pm but they were all super nice and apologetic about the super sparse selection (2 hours left to go and I think there were a total of 25 donuts left). I’m 99% sure this is an absentee owner location as there’s no way an owner would be ok with paying for that many people to stand around. All in all, good donuts and I would for sure try them again but maybe right after they open.

How is this a donut shop if theyre constantly out of donuts?? Doesnt matter if you go at 7:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. they will be sold out of a lot. They actually said at one point that they would just close early cuz they werent going to make any more before 10 a.m. on a Sunday when they were supposed to be open till 2pm. Most of the employees are nice, but we wont be going here anymore.

This place is good! Standard donuts but the also have a unique verity of other donuts as well. The line can be long on the weekends.

Always love their cronuts and I pre ordered 6 to pick up on Saturday and said they would be ready about 7am and I told them, if they are ready any earlier to please call me and sure enough I got that call at 6:15 Saturday morning and I went and picked them up, all went so smooth. Nice staff. I posted what I got on my social media and now all my friends ask where to get them....yeahhhhh❤

Went on mothers day, waited 30 min in line. Ordered a dozen donuts, 2 large coffees and even tipped them when I paid. They handed me my donuts and said thanks. When I got home I realized they forgot to give me my coffee, but also only gave me 8 of the 12 donuts I paid for. I understand it was busy but doesnt change the fact I paid 16 dollars for 8 donuts.

Great place and great service but they seriously need to get there microphone system work because it it’s extremely hard to place a order in the drive-through because you can’t hear them through the extreme amount of static. Hopefully someone in management or the owner takes care of this to make a better experience for people.

I Have been coming he here for 8 years,today last time.Nomore the drive thur employees beg beg for tips serves has gone down hill. I am very surprise that owners have not woke up yet.Going to daily donuts at 91 ave and thunderbird.

Love coming here to try their donuts!! Family was in town and this was their morning gift from me. My niece and nephews eyes got do wide when I opened the box. Priceless!! Make sure you get there early store hours: 6-5 or when we sell out. 😂

What a disappointment. We went out of our way to go here at 10am on a Saturday and they were nearly sold out of all the donuts. Fix your stock issues. I doubt we will ever come back.

Treat yo self to a gourmet donut or pastry at Donutsville. I say pastry because they have things like cronuts, croissants, savory Kolache. The donut I always TRY to get but its so popular its often sold out because its so good it the blueberry donut.mmmm BONUS they have a drive a drive-thru....but its hard to pick donuts if you can see/never have visited.

I was going to give them one star so all you people would stop coming and eating my maple bacon Donuts but that didnt seem fair so I decided to tell the usury which is that this place has fantastic Donuts! Huge variety of specialty ones like Oreo, PBJ, Cherry Pie, chocolate rice cripes, croissants, bagkes and lots more. They have a full coffee bar and specialty drinks like fruit smoothies.Theres not currently any indoor dining but they have tables outside if you cant wait to get home before trying some. They arent cheap but they are large and a good value for the money. Highly recommended!

I have been wanting to try this shop forever. Today is my sons birthday and he asked for donuts instead of cake. I figured that created the perfect time to splurge. I called at 6:00 a.m. and spoke to a gal who suggested 1 dozen fancy and 1 dozen mixed regular would be a good birthday option. I was able to pick them up at 1:45 p.m. and I am thrilled with the selection they chose for me. These donuts are absolutely delicious and creative! I’m looking forward visiting when we are in the clear from this pandemic to enjoy some donuts in the lobby with a nice cup of hot coffee!

First time trying Donutsville and we are very pleased! Excellent selection of donuts, pastries and other handheld breakfast options! They had my favorite, which is the French crueller and my girls also enjoyed their favorites (anything with sprinkles)! My only complaint would be that the bacon on the maple bacon donut tasted like its old bacon. The customer service is excellent and very friendly! Will come back soon!

If you have never been here, dont go through the drive through the first time! Go inside. They have sooo many different kinds of donuts. Cake batter, regular batter, fancy toppings, puffy ones, and even specialty donuts and baked goods! We absolutely LOVE Donutsville!!! Thank you guys for always making us the BEST coffee. It helps my migraines so much and always tastes great. I can actually taste the coffee, and its not all syrups and cremes. Highly recommend a Java Chip with an espresso shot or 2!I LOVE the cinnamon Kronut. Its like 2 little churros with creme between and strawberry. The Kolaches are also one of my favorites. Its a little sausage in the most amazing Hawaiian roll you will ever eat. Goes great with coffee!!Breakfast sandwiches are so good! Lots of egg and the bagels are always fresh and yummy!Employees are super friendly and helpful when I dont know what I want. Absolute BEST donuts on the west side. Maple bacon on the weekends is legit. Specialty donut flavors are a perfect balance and the old tried and true flavors are reliable here. We have been going here since it opened years and years ago and it just keeps getting better. Want to be the hero of your office? Stop by and pick up a few boxes on your way to the office

Asking customers for a tip via drive thru order after a nearly 20 minute wait and getting the order wrong is just sad. Earn your tips. Don’t desperately ask.When I called in to notify them of the mistake. They didn’t care. The guy who answered seemed amused.You lost our business for life.

Waited about 10-15 min, which wasn’t long for how many cars were ahead of me, but the donuts definitely weren’t anything to write home about. I’ve had much better donuts at Daily Donut, LaMars, & Rainbow Donuts. Their menu has tons of items marked off & is very weathered looking.

I really like their donuts and have brought them to work before and everyone loved them. As great as their donuts are, their drive-thru is probably the slowest of all the places I have gone to. Even with just a few cars, you can expect to wait for 20+ minutes. Having done drive-thru a few times now, I believe the hold up is at the ordering step. Cars in front of you would be out of sight or gone and youll still be waiting for someone to acknowledge you at the mic. I believe the experience would be much better if they can put another person on drive-thru to cut down on the wait time.

Took forever for our bagels...the manager was eating IN the kitchen in clear view. I paid for extra cream chz and there wasnt even enough to cover the whole bagel, my boyfriends had little to none on his.Wont ever be going back again.

Donuts taste like fair-food to me. Like a deep-fried twinkie, funnel cake, or churros from the fair. Taste good but a single donut is enough for me.I called in towards the end of the lock-down (5/31) to ask if the walk-in was open yet. Nick answered the phone and told me I dont know and then just hung up on me. I called back and someone else answered who was friendly and informative. That person saved my patronage to Donutsville. I wish I got his name.They could explore some additional canned drinks to offer some more variety. A simple refrigerator with drinks could easily provide a great upsell.

The donuts tasted greasy and had a strange after taste

Showed up at 730 am on a Friday, I hear the popular flavors sell out quick. Picked up a dozen donuts, everything was in stock. Bacon maple is excellent. So is their maple bars. Better than the grocery store, worth the extra splurge. Will be back for sure.

In a world full of donut places, this one is special. Maple bacon donut? Had to fight the dog for that one! Cherry pie donut? Perfection! Apple fritter? Best Ive ever had... Was picking apple chunks from the bottom of the box!

We stumbled upon this place by accident. I decided to be adventurous and try the maple bacon donut. It was really delicious! Ive had another one from another place since and Donutsvilles was infinitely better, lighter, and more moist. They had many varieties I had never heard of. My husband and I bought a selection and really liked each and every one. Well be back!!

I went there for the first time yesterday morning purchased two Donuts which were really good and I use my card I think my payment was 250. So I go there again this morning get the same two donuts and was told sorry the minimum purchase was card is $5. Can we get some consistency at these businesses? I try to support these small local businesses but now Ill probably never go back.

Placed an order for 6 dozen donuts for my daughters birthday party, they were very accommodating to help her pick exactly what she wanted. This place also has kolaches and they are delicious! Price for a dozen donuts was close to $11. So a bit more expensive than the grocery store or Dunkin donuts, but quality is awesome, so it is worth the price difference.

These donuts are always made fresh and are unique. They have fruit loop donuts, jelly donuts, to plain, and donuts you never would have imagined which is great for those that love donuts. They also have the traditional donuts here and bagel sandwiches. Perfect breakfast place!

Best donut shop in the valley. We found this place by accident, originally going to Dunkin Donuts but they were out of good donuts so we decided to try this location. We will never go back to Dunkin Donuts. Fantastic service here at Donutsville, very clean restaurant, and of course amazing donuts. They offer water and water cups in the sitting area which is always great in the Arizona heat. This location has a great selection and seem to be constantly making fresh donuts. Weve never been here when they were out of any one type. Every time we have been to this location, the staff treats us like family; they treat everyone like family. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality donut and friendly service.

Drove all the way over to see that they sold out of donuts... in a donut shop. The other reviews show this to be a repeat pattern with them. It was recommended by a friend. They need to learn from other donut shops how to do business. Perhaps find out why Duncan Donuts is open and serving people right now and they are closed. I will be driving there now. Probably won’t be back.

If you want the best Donuts in town, go here! My favorite is the cherry pie donut and the peanut butter and jelly donut. The Hawaiian hazelnut is also delicious (even though I dont like flavored coffee). They also have a delicious Kona blend.

Great fully doughnuts. I love them, but if you go at 10:00 some of the doughnuts are already out. Sometimes (mostly on weekends) the store will be packed, the wait is around, 30 minutes just to get a couple of doughnuts.

I stop here because of the wide selection of donuts, they are most definitely not your average donut shop. Show up on fridays for their maple bacon donuts,they are riddiculous delicious. Staff are super friendly their bagel sandwiches are delicious.

The old fashioned donuts were incredible, and still maintained their crisp exterior the next day. One thing to note... There is a $5 minimum for debit card transactions.

Ok their a bit pricey but great donuts some of the best I have ever had . Been told the deacon one is great just had to eat a bacon donut for me . But try it you well love this place fresh daily.
