Worst shopping experience ever. Not sure who this woman is but she does not know how talk to people . Made unneeded comments that sent me out the door . Last time I was in she claims she was active duty and this is how she treats real vets....Anyone who reads this you can get same products cheaper and next day online or at any smoke shop..my advise if you do not want get treated like grbage avoid this place and tell others please.

Went here maybe a year ago and the woman ( older heavy woman with long hair) working was RUDE and insulting. She has a horrible attitude and is very unfriendly. Idk how this place could still be open if she is still there. She will have no customers if she doesnt get that attitude and manners in check. Get new employees who know what customer service is. Never returned after my experience.

Service was completely HORRIBLE. I walked in with a smile on my face asking for Tea Tree oil, the lady gave it to me while telling me the price. I jokingly said it was pretty pricey with a giggle, which it was from my experience of buying tea tree oil from other stores. As soon as I said that she SNATCHED THE BOTTLE OUT OF MY HAND. Her excuse was that she thought I wasnt going to buy it. Like what?! I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life.

Quantum Health is a tried and true thoughtful place to go for things like vitamins and supplements. I found what I think is the best iron supplement so far because it comes with Vitmain C in it for better absorption and B12 which is also important for low/no meat diets. The owner Lexxus is a kind treasure who supports the local community of small business owners, diverse residents, and appreciable passers-through. She also helps care for our local neighbors who are currently homeless with job/housing resources and tries to keep snacks on hand for them. I had a very general and simple question to ask.The owner basically went off on me like she was offended....was horribly rude and hung up on me .Screw this place!!!!
