This place is a hidden gem me and my husband stopped by today and he went inside to try and find something healthy yet delicious that could fit into our micros. He was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety that they offered of whole foods as well as nutritional supplements. He said that the couple was extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. They explained their menu and all of the options. He has been having some stomach issues that morning and they offered him a green tea and added in a few other supplements to help soothe his stomach and it absolutely did the trick. For me he ordered a caramel banana shake which was absolutely delighted for and no sugar was used yet it still managed to be a delicious healthy shake. We will definitely be returning here in the future to see what other yummy things they have to offer.

Came in looking for healthy delicious sugar free options,was blow alway by the owner and options he had for sale.greeted with welcoming faces hospitality.bought the caramel banana shake, the shake was huge and tasty for a very fair price .would recommend for any one who wants quality and a great shake .
