Only good for contractors. It is way too expensive eventhough I know their products are excellent. Super great customer service. I had to walk across the street and buy at Home Depot

Tammy was amazing and the service was outstanding. The product was too expensive for the quality. Took 3 coats to cover a white wall and was inconsistant in how it looked. Very disappointed in the product.

I went to this store around 2.53 pm today April 14, 2021; to buy some paint, asked the salesman that I needed paint samples; he stated that they dont make paint samples; if I need paint samples, I have to go to Lowes and get it from there. I trust that this is not the way that Sherwin Williams does business and that you will mention my concern with this employee for poor customer service.

Poor service, overpriced, but safer than Home depot right next door due to the virus concerns. Would not recommend.Take chances in big box store.

The sales associates were knowledgeable and willing ask questions to understand my personal situation in order to make better paint recommendations. They were also willing to share their own personal experiences with certain colors in order to help with the decision making process. I will certainly come back to this store location again due to the helpfulness of the staff!

The place I work at uses this store exclusively. We like it because we get a, great service b, decent price and see, they custom mix our paint in a very very timely fashion. when you visit their ask for Nick he will point you in the right direction and help you get your project done the right way. like I said the staff is helpful friendly and smart. I recommend you stop in here for all your painting projects.

Here it is at 7:12 a.m. no one is answering the phone and nobody is in the store and hours of operation theyre supposed to be open at 7:00 a.m..

This SW is one of my favorites in the valley. The store manager has always greeted me with a friendly hello and the service is always excellent. As a contractor, the products must have good service to back them. Thats what you will find here.

The person on staff, Bridget was pleasant and efficient even though she was working by herself and SWAMPED. She was able to multi task and get everyone helped in what I consider a very reasonable amount of time. She is a true asset!

I have used Sherwin Williams for yrs being a regional Manager over several apt. communities. We have a national account with Sherwin Williams I have never had the kind of service before. I ask for a quart paint to see about a match up paint showed a picture and an old can of paint I believe was the color was not for sure. The paint I wanted they claim I had to purchase a gallon of paint that was the smallest size and when I got home it was a lot lighter. Went back next day to see about darkening it. They said was unable to do would need to purchase another gallon and they can not refund or give me a different gallon? I could not believe this????? Shawn was my rep I would never ever use Sherwin do to the service. They were a rip off and NO HELP!!
