Buyer Beware...this is not an honest company--at least my experience was not! I manage several apartment complexs and when my boiler went down--currently not working since the previous day. Given the urgency (of my tenants not having any hot water) I called this company and they came out the following day Jan 25, 2019--they required that I provide a CC over the phone before the technician showed and that they bill $130 per hour to diagnose--this was all fine by me. The Technician called me approximately 35 minutes after beginning to provide me his detailed findings and explained that a quote was forthcoming--he seemed very competent and I felt very comfortable at this point...expecting to receive a quote asap--same day or the following. I followed up with the technician the following day asking for the quote and he mentioned that he was extremely busy (on a job) but he would get to it--I was still planning on using them but I was surprised by his response--he knew my 160 tenants had no hot water. I again followed up with the company a day or so later and was given some (delay tactic) that they were working on it and will get it soon. This was never the truth...I know this business like my own--they are simply very busy because business is booming--they do not have to be exceptional because the jobs continue to come in... I finally received a quote from them 6 days later! In the interim I called Emerson Boiler and they made time for me to get my boiler up and running immediately--the following day after my call to them! To be clear, I am not trying to advertise or Emerson. In fact, I think the technician they sent out was very marginal at best--given the immense pressure I was under from tenants, I met the Emerson technicians and intended to be there every minute until the boiler was repaired--after several hours, I was frustrated because it was obvious that the problem of repairing the boiler was due to lack of knowledge/experience of the technician. Finally the owner of the company showed up and quite literally within moments, he found and solved the problem (an electrical problem and a component). The bill was very fair and there was no charge to the diagnosis--I will call them again in the future! Back to Arizona Boiler: I called them a few days later asking for a receipt from what they charged me for the diagnosis and Adam (Manager) and he said it wasnt sent because he didnt have my contact info--but he was able to send a quote??? The company ended up charging me for 2 hours $260 and left me hanging---Adams only concern was if I was still gong forward with the quote--If this is a good and honest company, they disguised it well in my experience!

Emerson Boiler is a joke and tries to leave negative reviews on this company so they can get some business.The apartment complex review is a perfect example.

Even in Arizona we need a little heat so when our heating water boilers were not working we call Arizona Boiler and Adam, the service manager sent someone within the hour and Daryl was able to get them back online. Thanks.

I left this company three messages over a week can’t get anybody to return my calls I finally get Adam in the service department to respond to me he tells me they’re too busy I ask him questions who can I go to can I call extremely extremely rude and then hangs up on his customer nice job Arizona boiler Company
