AGR is solid for artificial turf they have new and used but mostly used. Super simple process and the staff was very nice. Price is reasonable to good. The only issue I had was selection at the time I went it was lacking. But other then That I would recommend them.

Found their ad on Offer Up. Quick response back from Kelby, gave all the info and sizes available. Once we got there I was a little weary about what we were buying. As we waited we talked to a repeat customer who gave some information. Once we started looking at the rolls Kelby was a big help and found us just what we were looking for. Kelby was a big help and was very patient with my wife and I. We did not get a good measurement of our yard and ended up needing to get another roll a couple weeks later. He was also great with suggesting tips for the install. Now that we have it in we love it. Our two year old boy loves being in the yard and it is funny that he loves running on the lines. In the evening we will go and lay on the grass while our little man runs around. I used to play football and I hated playing on turf as it would tear up your skin. This stuff is great. Our little boy can fall on it and it is fluffy and soft for him and he has never hurt his skin. We are definitely going to put this in the back yard of our next home too .

I needed only a few square feet of grass for the roughs on both ends of my back yard putting green. Kelby found just what I needed and delivered it to my back yard. Thats what I call service!! I could not be happier.I have some left over and will keep it for a while. The grass makes for nice pee-pads for dogs. I also have artificial grass under my back yard lounge chairs. So much nicer to step on than the gravel. If anyone wants some just call Kelby. He has my phone number.

Awesome! Dealt with Alan over the phone and met with Bud when I got there to see the selection available. They were extremely helpful. Both Bud and Alan helped explain what I was looking at as far as types, cost, and installation options. When I finally decided on the type I wanted (they didnt have enough of for me at the time), they took down my number and gave me a call and a text as soon as the next shipment arrived. I showed up the next day, called Alan back and made the purchase over the phone. Theyre kind enough to hold it on property for me until I was able to come back and haul it home. Ended up purchasing 1530sqft and Im glad I did. Saved a ton versus installing sod/irrigation or purchasing elsewhere! Thanks guys!

Getting a roll that was showed to me and getting it home and having 2 different colors in the grass was not explained to me. It was said there could be a few holes there are holes everywhere. BEWARE look at it all before you buy Would give no stars but would allow only one

AGR couldnt get bladed mono recycled turf so we ended up buying it new from AGL.We were recommended two separate installers by AGR/AGL. The first Juan, upped his price and then flaked altogether after we decided to buy new turf.The second installer James subcontracted a team that tried to install the turf without removing the scrim, telling us that our turf role was somehow special and included a seam already.After it was installed, the seams were horribly apparent and the team had to come back out to remove the scrim. As if that werent bad enough, when they removed the scrim, they didnt cut straight and ended up leaving an inch wide gap between the seams which had to be patched with our remaining scraps.They also didnt want to brush it properly because their power brush was heavy and said it was acceptable to leave sand sitting on top of the seams to hold them down... saying that it would just work its way in eventually. (The sand has nowhere to go, its not going away on its own.)These guys might be okay with recycled turf but I dont think they know anything about installing new.I would not trust them on another job.
