Wonderful experience here! I walked in not quite knowing where to start and the associate on shift was so kind to welcome me into the store and show me all the different pieces that would fit what I was looking for. She was very friendly throughout my entire visit and Im in love with the piece she helped me select. The store itself was very well put together and clean as well, making for a great experience all around.

I bought my wedding shoes here(blue leather butterfly flip flops), and after my honeymoon I was surprised by their generosity as I found a card in the mail from the team of this location congratulating me on my wedding, and a note to remind myself to bring in a photo from the wedding! I am in awe of how employees from this location took time to send me a handwritten card, makes me feel proud to shop here, especially how sweet this surprise was! Thank you so much!

The staff was very helpful cant complain about the customer service at all. However, I wasnt happy with the product. I was told its 99% silver and double dipped with a coating but for as much money as they charge for things... Ive gotten more wear out of costume jewelry at Kohls.. they wont give your money back after a 2 week period even with a receipt. They will only send it back and replace it, but we did that twice now.. it starts to turn black after 30 days... I say give the customer back the money at least they stay happy... I have a bitter taste about them.

I agree with the service being slow and snotty. I went in after work to run an errand. I bought a necklace for a co-worker and a purse. Two employees were working and I was the only customer. They giggled that I hadnt been in the store for awhile. The reason I hadnt been in was the quality of the jewelry. It used to be great and one of my favorites; now its just okay. All Brighton stores in the valley need to concentrate on friendly, fast service.

I will never buy Brighton again. My husband has over 10 items ( mostly belts) I have shoes, purses, sunglasses, and jewelry. I last bought a purse ( my first microfiber) and it got dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned and was told they couldnt clean it. Now, Ive had purses cleaned before that were not returned as clean as I had hoped, but never had a store refused. This same store (last year) was to call me when a repair was ready to be picked up - however I never received a call. Never had any store forgotten me. I cannot support bad customer service. Today, when I picked up my purse - the one they REFUSE to clean - it was a customer who told me to take it to a dry cleaners instead. How sad. You used to be the go to for my sons when it came to birthdays, Christmas, and Mothers Day.

I used to really love shopping at this store....other locations at least until I moved to Phoenix. This is the closest location to me and I spent over $700 at this store over Christmas last year. I also happen to use Shopkick and when I went in to scan one day the saleslady was so snooty to me when I asked her where a certain item was to scan. She made a snide comment about how I was supposed to look at merchandise in the store and not just come in to scan. Well geez lady. Maybe I was in a hurry. Maybe I was actually taking mental notes of certain items and you of course didnt know. Maybe I had just ordered a gift online and had it sent to a friend to congratulate them. Maybe I saw something online and was also checking it out in the store while I was scanning. Doesnt matter now. I wont be shopping at this store for Christmas this year and I might have to convince my friend to try another brand. But Ill still stop in and grab my walk ins and scans. Ill be back for sure. But not to shop. I honestly never gave this line a second thought until I walked into the store for the first time because of Shopkick. Its a bummer the employees dont see a visit to the store as the potential for future visits.

Horrible customer service went to buy my gf a gift and was asking for help but instead they ignored me and the staff were eating a pizza in the middle of the store

All the ladies who work there are very nice.Service is slow - dont go in if youre in a hurry.Phone rolls to voice mail during business hours?Could they be understaffed?
