My 1995 Dyna WG was backfiring between shifts when I rolled off the throttle. Other mechanics, including one at a Harley dealership told me it was because of my Vance and Hines aftermarket pipes and I should just live with it. I found FTD (Ken) through Google and saw he had some great reviews. I took my bike to Ken and he quickly diagnosed the issue. I had an exhaust leak (bad gaskets) and the aftermarket Mikuni carburetor was running too lean. Ken replaced the gaskets and re-jetted the carburetor. I couldnt believe the difference! For the first time in 2 years... zero backfiring and the EVO motor runs like a finely oiled sewing machine (but with a lot more horsepower!). Kens pricing was very fair and he really knows his stuff. I HIGHLY recommend Ken (FTD). My only regret is its too damn HOT to ride right now (117 degrees!)

FTD repair completed a carburetor cleaning and all around thorough inspection on my Honda Shadow after it had been sitting for 6 months. Ken did an awesome job on my bike and also helped fit me to the right sized bars that I needed for a more comfortable ride. All in all I’d definitely recommend getting your bike serviced here. Very reasonably priced and customer service that is unbeatable.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for FTD. I needed at minimum an oil change on my 2008 Road King that sits more than it is ridden (sad). I was having some starting issues and try to avoid the dealers to give the independent repair shops my business. I did some research and saw the reviews for FTD and the compliments to the owners. My experience was no exception. Ken answered right away and spent time with me on the phone getting the lay of the land with my bike to provide the proper recommendation for what work most likely needed to be done. When I explained the idling issues, instead of trying to make up some expensive problem that it could be, his comment was, Probably just some old gas. This is exactly what I had read online was most likely my issue. I very much appreciate the honesty and good pricing this dealership has provided before even walking in the door. I will post an update after my bike is serviced next week.

I heard about FTD Cycle Repair from a buddy who had work done there so I decided to give them a try. The guys there really know there stuff. Work was done correctly and at a good price. I was very happy with the experience. They are my go to shop from now on.

Reasonable Prices, Courteous Service and Customer Friendly shop. If you need to take your Motorcycle to a repair shop, you should look into taking it to Ken. He displays a Professional nature and doesnt even attempt to use any high pressure tactics. He goes above and beyond by giving you insightful info on the condition of your Bike. I took my Harley for an oil change. He kept his word when it would be ready and called me to let me know. I will definitely take my Bike back to him for any repairs. I found My Go to shop!

Ken and Dan are awesome. I own a 2016 Victory Magnum. They squeezed me in their busy schedule, serviced my bike, and fixed a very squeaky drive belt. I believe that other shops could have done the work but this shop made me feel valued as a customer and comfortable with the hands I left my bike in. Definitely going back with all my future bike needs.

Bought a little 883 a couple weeks ago and was worried it had a leak, in fact I was almost certain it had a bad leak. Being a fairly new rider and because Im definitely no mechanic I panicked. Turns out, the bike isnt leaking and the only thing wrong is low psi in the tires. Honestly most shops in my experience, would have played on my panick and weaseled every penny they could have. This shop is the most honest place Ive been to and I felt completely confident in what they told me, they even took the time to show me things I didnt know about my bike, I really lucked out with this shop and plan on bringing my bike back for years to come. If you havent checked this shop out I highly recommend them. I doubt youd regret it! Honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy people here.

If you need your motorcycle repaired this is the place. After two different shops worked on my bike there were still issues. I have a 92 Harley and F.T.D. fixed it right! They were very through and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over everything and answered all my questions. Customer service was outstanding and the price was more than fair. I will not take my bike anywhere else. I am a customer for life.

I needed cam chain tensioners replaced on my RoadKing. I hate going to Harley Dealerships because you never know who is working on your bike. Some kid right out of school usually. I chose FTD Cycle based on google reviews. I spoke to Ken on the phone and got a good feeling. Took my bike in and I felt Ken was honest, fair, and would do a quality job. Im glad I chose FTD. He did a great job with my replacing my chain tensioners, his price was very fair. I just rode the bike home and ran great. Hopefully I feel the same way in 30K miles but Im thinking I will. Great shop, Dan and Ken are good and knowledgeable guys. Dan did a good job on my 07 Yamaha Vstar 1300, and Dan is attention to detail on your bike. Im glad I went this shop, good people, and the price was right.

FTD Cycles is the best palace around to take your bike. Ken is very knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond for his customers. Im from Southern California and I bring my Electra Glide to Ken for service. Its worth it to me to have a qualified mechanic that I can trust. Like he says, Its not a boutique, its a bike shop. Nothing fancy but just plain honest service.

Dan was able to keep me on the records for a long time and still got my bike in and out in a squeeze. They provided information about additional items that should be considered during the next maintenance cycle and did not have any hidden charges or unauthorized repairs! Will go back again.

Cold called FTD (Ken) and he was able to get me and my leaking forks into the shop in two weeks. He was ahead of schedule and was able to get my bike in a day early and was done when expected.Talked through the issue, showed me the worn bushings(?). Also pointed me towards a place to replace my battery.Plan on using him for tires and other work the bike is coming up on.

I am not one for giving reviews but I felt I needed to give one for FTD Cycle Repairs. I called and talked to Ken about a sudden knocking I developed coming home from Yarnell on my 2000 Roadglide. For starters he was very friendly on the phone when I was discussing my issues with my bike, which is rare when talking to a mechanic. Dropped it off January 7th and got back to me by the end of the week. Diagnosis was a broken motor mount and bolts. When I picked up the bike the following week I was impressed with the fact that my bike was as clean as it was when I dropped it off (no fingerprints, or oil residue left from where he was working). I will definitely be taking my bike back to them for my next service or repair. Five stars, thanks Ken.
