I felt like I was rushed. I seemed like you should know what your getting or what you want before ever coming in, because otherwise you feel like they are annoyed...like turn and burn. This is just my experience with the gal I had and I felt like I should have just gone somewhere else.

This Dunn-Edwards set a very high standard for customer service. Over the years, I have been there several times. The experience has been consistent.BTW, they also have an extensive selection of quality paints.

Staff there is fabulous! I am a proud Dunn Edwards user for many reasons and here are a few...1) Great products that I will warranty as I know they last.2) Best tinters matching other colors, spot on 99.9% of the time. Will fix till it does too!3) Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They care.4) contractor pricing as well as average Joe pricing beats all!5) Has all my sundries (other stuff needed) to complete just about any paint job.

Had to grab paint in a hurry as my painter was waiting for it at my house. Dunn was quick and accurate with many order. Reasonable price too!

Very helpful staff

This store no longer has a Color Coordinator. They said the Peoria store has one part time and scheduled an appointment. I was supposed to be contacted by the coordinator to tell me how to prepare for our meeting and never was. Poor Customer Service! I am very disappointed.
