Angie was a great sales agent along with the rest of the team. She was honest when I first called up and was knowledgeable about the vehicle once we got to the dealership. Although most dealerships have been tacking on unreasonable markups, Perris Valley had more down to earth prices. I will say, only reason they lost a star was because management/loan officer still felt the need to run our credit although we had our financing ready to go.

Worst dealership I’ve been to, note I’m 18 I’ve been looking for a Kia stinger and they had one so I went to check it out and it was on the showroom floor and the salesman that was helping me out asked if I wanted to test drive. I said yeah so he took my ID and came back and said I couldn’t test drive because it’s for serious buyers only and didn’t bother asking any questions or help me out afterwards. I get I’m 18 but the car was only 42k my truck is literally double that and I had cash, never had that happen to me do not go here.

They worked around my price range and the GM Joe and Arturo were especially help full!!!

First time going here the other day for a routine oil change. Car is leaking oil and need to go back to get it fixed out of my time. Should have been done correctly the first time. Once this is fixed definitely not taking my car here anymore. Recommend to go some other dealer

Worst dealership EVER. Not only is their costumer service terrible, THEY GOT MY NAME WRONG ON THE CONTRACT. The contract I actually signed had all the correct info. But what sent to the DMV was wrong and it took me months to fix. They never answer the phone and are really hard to work with. Go ANYWHERE but here, trust me.

I was going on maintenance from my old car that need the oil changed every 5000 miles so I took my Telluride in at 5600 miles for a oil change and they did not inform me I didnt need it until 7500 miles. So be sure to read your manual because they are no help.

I was heading to the Riverside Kia dealership but my father-in-law advised me not to go because he had a bad experience. The service department for KIA was amazing the two male service advisor were knowledgeable and attentive. My car was completed on time and came back cleaner then how I brought it. They were very professional and always communicated the status of my car. Only issue was the small waiting area, no TV as it was off and way to small, no complimentary drinks available, and the area was to small to social distance. Other then that A1 in my books

My car wouldnt start when I took it in.A lot of dealerships would have taken advantage and overcharged me. But Steve fixed my car and only charged me a little over $400.00 to get my car going again.I would recommend for anyone looking for honesty.

Just got charged $329 for an oil change. Was told that this specialized oil change would clean the sludge out of vehicle, and it didn’t even work. Manager and staff didn’t care still wanted to charge me full price for a job they didn’t do right the first time. Never coming back here. Would have been better off at Walmart! Be careful!

Got the price & terms I wanted.I have a Kia dealer 10 minutes away but I didnt like their sales & service departments so I decided to get my service at Perris Valley Kia even though its farther from my location.Service truly does provide customer service. Its not expensive if you factor intervals of 7,500 miles/6 months. Other manufacturers require maintenance 5,000 miles/6 months.Also, this location provides shuttle/Uber up to 15 miles. Complimentary coffee and snacks available in their lounge.No fuss about warranty issues either. They handle them and dont make excuses.I overheard a woman state she came to Perris Valley Kia because another Kia did not have appointments available and made excuses regarding warranty issues.

They helped me get much of the back and forth and paperwork completed before I ever even came in! I have never heard of a dealer keeping your car for 7 days JUST to have a diagnosis. My car is brand new, not 40 years old. I have had a Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and Saturn and NEVER has my car been kept for more than 2 days and that being diagnosed and fixed. And to boot Kia will not provide a rental until the car is diagnosed and if they need the car longer to fix. So meanwhile people have to find other means of transportation. I will NEVER bring my car to this sevice center again even if I have to drive to Cerritos! .
