Pretty lousy. Waited in a line of six to seven people to purchase what I wanted. There were two employees checking people out, and about five or six employees stocking shelves and working on other things. I was waiting in the line at least fifteen minutes while waiting. Where I work, getting the customers in line checked out asap is the goal. Now I know why. When the employee did finally help me, the computer system was flawed and inefficient. When she handed me my receipt, not a word was said to me, like thank you, or sorry for the wait, or have a nice day. This happened to me before at another Auto Zone. Its time to drive farther to OReilly from now on! Ive always had a nice visit there!

Great customer service every time i go into the store. This the only that has just about every part Ive needed for a 95 honda in stock and any given time that Ive needed a part. Highly recommend this store over others with the exception of the autozone on 4th street, they also have always had superior customer service.

I would have gladly given them five stars have they got the part right the first time after driving 20 miles to come get it then I had to pay an extra $25 in drive another 25 miles to get the right part but all in all and then the day or the end of the next day got the job done with the right part good job AutoZone

Have had nothing but bad experiences here. LAZY workers ! Had them order a part, which was wrong the first time, no call or anything. They ordered the right part and a week went by with no call or anything. Walked it to all employees talking and siting and sure enough my part is on the shelf. Thank you autozone, will be going to a different location from now on.

Could not find the name of the part I was looking for. If you have to return parts you need to go to the store where you purchased the item.

Purchase a fuel filter online for store pick up. I went inside the manager was not nice. I put on the fuel filter did not know it should have came with new crush washers. I went into the the autozone asked a gentleman that work there even had the banjo nut with me with the washers with the old filter and showed him what I needed and had him look it up on the computer to see if it comes with and he told me it didnt so Ive been driving around town trying to find these Crush washers that nobody has because they come with the part so I call I talk to the same lady manager who was super rude. Did not even say sorry nothing hung up on me when I wasnt done asking her if she wants the whole part back or what.

Always have what I need in stock. Always helpful. This store is clean and well organized. The other stores in Perris are not as nice as this one.

Was sent here by the Menifee AZ that didnt have my air filter. The clerk looked up the part fie a Prius C 3 instead of my Prius 3. I told him it didnt look right and he said it was the correct part. Instead of driving home I popped the hood and confirmed my suspicions. He spent 5 more minutes looking for the part that the computer showed in stock before giving me a refund.

There was a big line to pay your items,and cashiers too slow i dont know what they were doing i waited half an hr.in line and nothing happened,and the 4 cashiers there struggling with the same costumer for half an hr. Taths weird.i decided to leave this place,you should hire more people or experienced cashiers.i would give 0 stars if i could.

Auto zone is horrible the person who helped us had definitely never worked on a vehicle before. If you ask where the air freshener is they need the year make and model of the vehicle. Save yourself the head ache you will get from here and go to o Reillys auto parts. They people are friendlier and more knowledgeable. And the prices are comparable. I will never go back.

The service was nice but they were INCREDIBLY UNDERSTAFFED. What is WRONG with these companies and these managers scheduling three people for a whole shift? Where is the logic? The line was almost out the door, we couldnt even do the six feet rule because of the lack of space!!!! Fix yourselves.

Great customer service

The location is newish(about a two years now), I used to have to drive to the Menifee location by the Taco Bell in the Menifee Ralphs shopping center. Even on a busy day(even now with Covid-19 measures in place) it doesnt take forever to get in and out. The staff are responsive and helpful while maintaining safety measures. In these trying times they are doing a great job.

Crowed, But very fast sercice

Got a defective part. Called them up told them what was happening. Andy set a replacement aside for me. Had my wife go in next day. Came home, grabbed the new one and it went in like butter. I appreciate the team over there for making it easy and helping me get my car back on the road.

I was excited about this new hub store open by my house. I called and had the worst customer service over the phone. The guy sounded like he was working for free. I got the price for the part I needed and when i hang up. I just order it from Amazon. I really dont feel like visiting that store.

I like that they are open till 11 at this location . But I ordered a part went to pick it up about 10 day.s later- paid for it when it was ordered. Got there and someone took the correct part out and put some other random part in its place. Then the manager that was handling the return has like a sour attitude.

Im a little disappointed with auto zone on case road..I needed brake pads which I put on hold the night prior to me picking up in the morning and was told by an employee it was on hold, his words exactly...under lock and key. I called to verify in the morning they were holding for me and NOPE! Then when I got there I said I needed the attachment to take off the lug nuts and they gave me the wrong attachment. I usually have good luck here but oreillys is winning this race. They have yet to let me down.

There is a kid at this location named Mason that seemed to really know what he was talking about. One older gentleman as well but i did not catch his name. If you dont get those guys, your best bet is to locate your parts on the website and have the part numbers with you when you go to the store.

Gotta love this place, my brother & myself changed the serpentine belt on my car & my dads truck plus brakes on my bros truck.I broke a bolt inside Mount for the brake called and they knew exactly what I needed... picked it up no problems....thank u AutoZone ✌️
