I have called to schedule appointment for service on my car the Secretary was very rude over the phone. I went down to the office thought possible I would get a different type of service ( hoping better). to the office thought possible a better chance ! I would not recommend then at all!

Beware!!!! Just because they charge cheaper it does not mean your car is actually being fixed. Unprofessional..money hungry...They had no idea how to fix my ac. Wasted money. They had no idea how to fix my transmission leak. Wasted money. Enough said! Dont waste your money or your heartache with this mechanic. Be warned!

I had a very similar experience as the other 1 star reviews here. The mechanic couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car. He just kept suggesting things to fix. Im an old woman, so I just believed him. Kept bringing the car back for the same problem. He kept taking money from me. When I finally switched shops, the new mechanic fixed my car right away.

I dont think this guy knows what hes doing. He guesses a lot and makes all sorts of suggestions, but you never feel confident that hes actually going to fix the problem. His front office support is really mean. This guy is close to my house and its a shame but I just dont have confidence in his skill level.

My impression of the mechanic, initially, was very high. But after several visits that solved none of the problems in my car, I started questioning the shop’s abilities. I literally wasted a few hundred dollars here for almost nothing in return. The diagnoses I was given were all wrong, and I spent money to repair things that weren’t even broken.First issue, my transmission was leaking fluid. I had a service done on the transmission, and new sealant was applied. The transmission continued to leak, so I took the car back. The mechanic found another leak, replaced a component and said the problem was now fixed. I noticed the car kept leaking, though. We took the car back a 3rd time, and it was inspected again. This time, we were told that the car was not leaking, and it was just residue from the old leak. I took their word for it. Baloney! The car kept leaking transmission fluid.The AC and heater on the car stopped working. I took the vehicle to the shop, had the mechanic perform a diagnosis for over 100 dollars and was told the compressor was broken. A new compressor was expensive, so we asked Delores to find us a used one. After the used compressor was installed, the AC stopped working in two weeks. To the mechanic’s credit, they found us another used compressor and installed it at no charge. The AC stopped working again. At this point, I accepted the fact that my wife and I had been too cheap, and this was our fault. I was willing to take the car back and install a new compressor but wanted to verify that the issue was in fact the compressor. Delores quoted us a price of over 300 to perform another diagnosis. Why did I need to pay for another inspection? You already performed one, and told me it was the compressor. Now, I have to pay for another one?After finally taking the car to my old mechanic in Lawndale, which is very far but I trust their work, they performed a full diagnosis for 110. I was informed that the sealant that Quality Automotive applied did absolutely nothing. The differential was leaking and had to be taken out. Once taken out, all the old sealant needed to be removed, replaced, allowed to dry and then put back in my car. The AC compressor…..this one really pissed me off. There was NOTHING wrong with the compressor. The condenser is leaking. My original compressor was fine! It was the condenser that was leaking all along. We spent hundreds of dollars replacing a compressor that wasn’t even broken. Essentially, every diagnosis that was done on this car was false, and we pretty much just threw our money in the garbage.

****CROOKS****CROOKS****CROOKS****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. THEY NEVER REPAIRED MY VEHICLE AFTER SEVERAL DIFFERENT MISDIAGNOSEING THEN THEY SOLD MY VEHICLE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE. Will definitely see these crooks in court

The old owner was awesome now that it’s under new management the work has gone down the drain he wanted to charge me 200 bucks for something that was not the issue to begin with stay away from them they are money hungry people all your going to do is throw away your hard earned money
