Good company to work for but your employees are not robots, they get tired and they have families too! 12 hour shifts Monday through Friday plus coming in weekends. I’m sure it’s stressful for them. Should be ashamed!

I waited 1:30 to get a couplings its not the first time I have waited this long clerks are usually walking around fooling around inside the offices at least thats what it looks like I waist valuable time every time I go there

I visit several Ferguson stores a week as a service plumber. The Perris branch is consistently the worst customer service, longest waits and least helpful. It’s a 45 min stop compared to about 15 minutes at all other branches. I dread having to by material here as time is money. I hope the management reads these and makes some necessary changes.

I was late 1:30 minutes appointment is Tuesday this is not even a full load and they want me to come back Monday? Anyways there is no truck on these docks no one is waiting this place is basically worst then Walmart and cosco if you late.

Worst Fergusons Ive ever dealt with. Either they cant get to the phone, act like your order isnt important, dont call back even if you do leave a message or dont follow through on whats requested. Save yourself the headache and contact any of the other ones in the area and have it shipped to them if thats your closest supplier.
