I have serviced my car for a 2nd time this place they told me there was no oil in the motor I have explained the server if my car has no oil is because they didnt fill it up to the Right level. The computer said it was over due 509 miles after. Isnt possible oil was burned just for 509 miles??

All staff are very helpful and friendly, they let me know everything that should be known about my car, and if they notice something that needs to be fixed or replaced, they offer to do it then and there or recommend me to another business nearby thats trustworthy. This jiffy lube is really nice. Nice service. Nice employees. Not only do they take good care of your car, but they go out there way to make you comfortable while your waiting for your car. You can drink coffee or watch t.v. or if you want you can watch them work on your car all from inside of the waiting room. Since the Virus protocols were put into place, this establishment has gone above and beyond in disinfecting cleanliness. They are respectful and mindful of your personal space and informative letting me know I didnt have a spare tire. Ive had my car for two or three years now and had no idea now if there ever was a spare or if it was stolen. They gave me the option to stay with the car or go inside. Since they have always been busy when I have gone in the past and I had my granddaughter with me I chose to stay with the car but regretted it when I went to go inside to pay and seen how clean it was and smelt. The card reader was even sparkling! I cant get my phone screen as clean as the card reader was. I just really appreciated the gentlemen who worked on my car for being so clean, respectful and helpful! Looking forward to my next oil change! Thank you gentlemen!

Great service, very thorough and friendly. They caught a faulty brake light, which was excellent as we werent aware it was out. They took care of oil change, air filter, wipers and the brake light! Great price too!

Our undercarriage cover started falling off while we were on the freeway late in the afternoon on a Sunday. Jiffy Lube was the only place we could find open. They graciously, five minutes before closing, took care of it for us and we were back on the road.

Today I had to pull into the parking lot right by this place as one of my bike’s side mirrors had come loose. Despite this crazy virus situation the manager, Alfred and another guy, wearing masks and gloves, came out to see if I needed any help. Ultimately Alfred was able to assist me to get the mirror tightened back up in the proper position. I just want to thank them for being decent guys who took the time to care about another human being, despite being busy with plenty of cars in their garage and in the midst of such a scary time. I have broken down a couple times with a bike or a car nearby mechanical establishments and had the staff be extremely rude and offer no help whatsoever. I am very impressed the kind human spirit Alfred and his assistant gave me. I promise to pay it forward guys.

I had oil change and they actually explained what they did to my car and showed me their excellent work. I will be back I never had a technician explain and show me what they did and recommend. I work six days a week and don’t have time during the week to get service done on my vehicle. I called on a Sunday morning and asked Lewis if he could do brakes on a 3500 series service van. They were cleaning my air filter on my 2016 Jeep and lost the nut to hold air cleaner on. They did not offer to get new one. I had to use several hose clamps to attach until I could fix myself. They did not tell me until I walked into bay area and asked what was taking so long. Did not offer discount, just went on as if nothing happened. I am glad I was there and not my wife. Not Good

I ended up leaving after waiting for roughly 35 to 40 minutes. The wait time wasnt the problem. The problem was no one greeted me to take my keys or ask what I wanted to get done ) which was a simple oil change) yet while I was waiting 2 other people who came in after me were serviced first. The mechanics welcomed them, took their keys, and even pulled the other patrons cars in as well. I felt like an idiot waiting for them to finish with the other customer that was ahead of me only for me to be helped last. I was annoyed so I left. I Took an extra 15 ish minutes to go to Valvoline in Moreno Valley on Pigeon pass near the In N Out. Saw me immediately took less than 20 minutes. Very polite. Probably would still be waiting at jiffy. Not sure what happened today.Lexus M.

They do offer overpriced parts but thats the companys issue, not the employees. Buy your own parts. Aside from that, they are customer service oriented.

Had my transmission serviced there just as a maintenance I had no previous issues. Within 2 days I started noticing fluid on my driveway and now transmission failed. This shop is responsible and it seems like they have a history of this

Friendly staff, but the experience here was anything but “Jiffy”. Absolutely no one here when I pulled in and it still took an hour and a half. There are much faster places out there so I won’t be going back

I went here to buy a battery and the salesman upsaled me a 5 year warranty i didnt want but he promised it was a good value so i got it. I come back 3 years later and of course they cant honor the warranty they told me they dont do 5 year warranties anymore thats its only 3 years now but how is that my problem? If i purchased a 5 year warranty thats what i should get. I told the manager i wouldnt be going back there and all he said was ok he did not care one bit. Very disappointed

They close at 6 so I show up at 550 and they tell me that theyre closed. Like dude it takes 5 min to change my oil. Seriously Id do it myself if I wasnt injured. Lazy I wont ever try to come back here again

Horrible, I get there at 630am because they open at 7am. I meet a very nice lady who is also waiting with me. They dont open till 7:15. When they open the door, Frank lets the nice lady in I was talking to you and as I approach to walk in, he says, your car has a dual exhaust and it will cost you 89.99 I tell him ok then he asks me do I have the money! Really??!! I tell him yes and that I have a company vehicle and provide him my card and paperwork and everything I need to show him. He then yells, the other lady is first and you have to wait! Then storms out tobwhere the cars are. Another gentelemen arrives and asks for a oil change and they pull his car in b4 mine! The nice lady who saw everything comes up to me and says that Frank is usually inviting and that she was completely shocked by his rude behavior and that she would not be back and that if they didnt already start work on her car she would leave now. This confirmed for me even more that I needed to leave. I asked Frank for his bosses name and he said just leave and call corporate. I asked Eric and he said some guy named Cory but they have no way to reach him. Frank said dont talk to Eric because he is just an employee with no power. Im sure Eric felt great to hear that, I left a message for the corporate headquarters

The most un organized bunch I have ever seen.the manager looks like he needs a hot bath and spends most of his time running around like a monkey doing a math problem.never will be back here again. Be carefull.

I rarely give bad reviews but they earned it. Waited over an hour and a half. They had two 3 cars to do. 5 people were working. Messed up on my Groupon, just a bad experience.

Long wait just to top off oil . For just a top off they should have you in and out since you already waited a long time prior to get the oil changed to begin with.

Sent my wife there to have her transmission fluid and filter changed and less than a month later theres fluid leaking and transmission is no longer working.
