Wife has been coming in for regular rotations and I myself just recently had a tire patched. Every appointment has been handled in a timely manner and the mechanics who have helped us have been very nice. Glad to live near a shop as capable as this one and dont see myself going anywhere else for our tire needs. Highest recommendation for sure!

Trying to find a shop on a Saturday morning to squeeze you in is usually a long shot, especially when it comes to tire repairs. Thankfully we were close to Les Schwab. They were able to fix the flat on our tire, and done sooner than the time that was quoted. My family will definitely look into coming back to Les Schwab in the future for services. Arrived at 1pm and was told they were too busy to take more work. That is pathetic for a business that closes at 5. Avoid this scam of a business with false business hours. If you say you are open until 5, you are liable to take customers until said time. Reporting to corporate office as well

Service was great! I was able to walk in and get a new set of tires and my alignment done without an appointment all in one place! They also do oil changes which is neat, but I did not utilize that service during my visit.All the associates and the manager were super helpful. The selection of stock is limited (thats why Im taking a star off) and I had to wait a little longer because they had to run to another store to pick up the last tire, but they were really great about it! They were thorough with the installation and alignment.

Stopped by the shop today to purchase new tires. When I entered, there was a female sitting in a desk speaking with someone on the phone. The store representative did not acknowledge me at all. Once she got off the phone, the representative looked at me and started doing something else. I was never asked if I needed any help. I waited for 15 min and there was only one other customer waiting. Those #1 customer service signs are false advertising. First and last time for me!

I came here because I was referred by family by the great service. my sensor light went off that morning for a flat tire So I came here without an appointment and was greeted by Anthony was provided with a time frame of service. Brady was very courteous and professional and provided great friendly service me and my family had to travel 100 miles back home. Thank you Brady and everyone at Les Schwab for providing a positive experience. I will recommend.

Second Time...I shopped for tires online, I get a price from your website, then I go to your store. When I get to your store I get a different price. TWICE this has happened. I was told its only $23 more a tire! But I wanted the online price. So I was told they could order a tire that is $2 more than the online price and it will be at the store at 3PM the same day and I should return then. So I asked why cant I get the tire that your website shows? He said I could but they would have to order that tire also and it wont get there til 3PM. Why offer to order a more expensive tire when you could order the tire the customer asked for and it would arrive at the SAME TIME? Finally they said they would order the tire I asked for and that your website recomended for my vehicle. I was told to return at 3PM. I returned at 3:30 giving more time than required. When I arrived I was told they did NOT order the tires I asked for and to reason given. So I left and will never return to Les Schwab.I used to tell everyone I know...Les Schwab is great for tires...they even fix the nails in your tires free. I will no longer suggest Les Schwab unless someone asks where they can waste time.Thank You Miguel and Brady (Store Manager) for wasting my time and lying to me about your service!

Went for a tire patching. Complimentary which is nice. Then they insist that my alignment is terrible and the wear has less than 1,000 miles left and that I should buy tires immediately. Went somewhere else for an alignment, and sure enough, the tires have plenty of life left in them. Thanks for the complimentary patching a but shame on you for trying to get a quick sale on tires using fear tactics.

Darren was on his A-game! I pulled into the parking lot and he was there to greet me and got right on it! I was given three very reasonable quotes, and the car was in and out quickly. The building is clean and pleasant, and the staff was great.Added bonus, popcorn and coffee while you wait!

Outstanding service and efficient in time, with well rounded knowledge. Heres the break down.Im no rookie when it comes to vehicle and maintenance. But theres a limitation on home-based maintenance, diagnostic, and repair. Vehicle suffered undercarriage nose issue. I need to find out quickly if the vehicle has wheel balancing issue, bearing, or just bad tires after the rotation at home.Surely enough, I was greeted as I exited my vehicle. This is the first sign of high end service spectrum. You rarely see this with high end restaurants, let alone a tire shop. I handed over my key, and described the noise issue. The systematic checklist was already playing in the specialists head in diagnosing the issue, and possible culprits were identified. This is upfront professionalism. 10 minutes later, problem identified.Wheels were balanced for free; noise reduction down to 50%. Now, were reviewing options to jazz up the vehicle with great cost-saving packages. Wife is having a hard time deciding on the set of rims, and Im having a hard time telling her to pick one. Its a no brainer on the great set of tires at a good price, in comparison to the heavy-hitter brand names in the box stores.

Being a female, it can be a little frustrating dealing with auto shops, but they did not try to give me the run around. The employees and the manager, Brady, actually went above and beyond the job to make sure that I was satisfied and I am truly amazed and appreciative of them for that. Wow! The customer service is above and beyond at Les Schwab Perris! I recently brought my sister-in-law into this location. She purchased 4 new tires for a used Accord she recently bought. We walked in about an hour before closing and we were out of there before closing. What a difference new tires make!The waiting area is clean and cool (as in the a/c works great). They have popcorn, coloring pages, and crayons to keep the kiddos (or you) entertained during the wait! Big plus- The restrooms are spotless and well maintained.Thanks, Brady, Caleb, and crew!

Darren ran out to meet me as soon as I pulled up. I explained that my brakes would squeal on and off. He first got down with a flashlight and tool to measure the pads on the rear brakes but was unable to see the front. He proceeded to offer the free brake check service. Since the back looked good he said there was a possibility that brake dust could be causing the squealing but after closer inspection my front brakes were indeed on their last leg. Even though my pads were not in stock for my car they quickly pulled them from another store and got them on.I left and I noticed my alignment was a bit off. I returned the same day and even though it was not part of the original quote and the brake service should not have caused that... they were forthright in offering to check the alignment for free! Then when alignment came back just slightly in the red, they adjusted it for free without me having to ask!This business has been around since 1952 and is still family owned and operated. It is clear to see the culture and values are solid. I could see how Darren was willing to give me free advice, Anthony listened to my problem and put it up on the alignment rack and finally Eric said he would comp the small adjustment.They earned my business and look forward to going there again.

They took forever to change 2 of my husbands tires when we went in. And prices were a bit high for me but husband didnt want to shop around.

These guys are efficient and dont try to update me. Very pleasant to deal with as well. They meet you at the car which is nice.

I got a flat tire on the freeway on my way home and managed to limp to the nearest tire shop- this one. Eric walked right out to my car as soon as I pulled up, got my tire information, and brought me inside to go over my options. I got a new tire for a good price and I was in and out within 25 minutes! Husband went in for an alignment. They needed to do more work. Replace the steering box. They put the new one in and knew it was a bad box. Said nothing to my husband. He checked it out heofre taking it home, had them replace it. They should have called and told us it was a bad box. Time wasted and if didnt know anything about cars, we could have been hurt.

Whent to have my rear brakes done on my f250 after 3 other shops told me they couldnt . Employees are very great they try to come out and greet you as soon as you park. Only thing I didnt like is that after they did the job they still make a screeching sound when I come to a slow stop . I have took it back today (9/19/18)and they are going to inspect the brakes and hopefully fix the problem. I will do my beat to update after today

I went to Les Schwab tires at night desperetly needing some air for my truck after checking every gas station possibly in Perris (which it suprises me that no air pump works in Perris) Thanks to a guy named Ryan that works there. He was able to help me out. Even though they closed 10 minutes ago of my arrival. I truly appreciate the service that Les Schwab provided. Glad to know that I bought my tires from Les Schwab (Victorville) and now that other locations can offer the good service as well.

Very nice people, they will get you covered if you know what youre talking about. They know what theyre doing with mounting and dismounting the tires and wheels. I went and tell them what I need specifically and they got it.

I called Just Tires to get a quote on my tire rotation they said 4995 but I needed an appointment to get it done. I decided to call Les Schwab and compare prices and to my surprise my rotation was free and I can just walk in. I went and took my car it was really free no questions asked and I was in and out within 20 or 30 minutes too bad they dont do oil changes or I would take my all my oil changes there. I moved back to southern California from Spokane, WA about a year and a half ago. Up there, everyone knows Les Schwab. I would mention it down here, and people would say Lesh what?. So I didnt think there were any down here. Friday on my way to work, my brake light came on. I pulled into the nearest place I could find in Murrieta ... ( Not a Les Schwab). They looked it over and told me I needed brakes. I was going to bring it back the next day to get it taken care of. I decided to Google to see if there was anything closer to my house. Lo and behold I found a Les Schwab less than 10 miles away in Perris! I took my car in at 7:30 Saturday morning, was greeted at my car by Brady, the owner. Then Caleb did the brake inspection and informed me that my brakes were fine and I just needed fluid! I LOVE LES SCHWAB! You have a customer for life!

When you buy tires here, they rotate them for free as needed, will check your brakes, etc. Very customer service oriented, honest, friendly, fair pricing
