Super awesome experience. I called and spoke to Rosalio and asked about a truck, and he told me they had it and they would pull it around for me to test drive. When I got there I was met with a warm greeting and a low pressure conversation. Giving this location 5 stars specifically because of an employee’s exceptional service!! Visited here this past week & I usually get anxiety when going to dealerships due to overbearing sales representatives. This time though, a male employee by the name of Malik, was able to show us vehicles without making us feel pressured to purchase right then and there. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you want a more conversational experience rather than someone just trying to sell you something.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check a check engine light turning on.Upon arriving about 15min early to my appointment I was informed it was still 1.5 hour wait. I bit the bullet and agreed.Then I had to go back and forth about my Jeep having a service contract for oil changes before it was finally found.After waiting the 1.5hrs I saw on the paperwork that none of the warranties that I am paying for are showing up in their system either. (This is an issue I will be taking up with the Hemet dealership i purchased my Jeep from about 6 months ago.)After all of the waiting and signing of paperwork, it turns out the tire rotation was not completed as requested either. I was told I could wait another 30min if I would like to have it done. Even though that was a SPECIFIC reason for my visit today.The oil change was completed and covered by my service contract, that I am paying for as well, which is the only thing that I am grateful for.

But they also made promises on payments/financing that they did not keep after arriving in person to the dealership and blamed it on miscommunication. Traveled far distance for a deal that never worked. Left without a vehicle. Very disappointed.

I got nothing but the run around for days with trying to get an answer about the diagnostic because they say they will call back because the technician is out on a test drive with your car and 2 days goes by with no call. Will never go back to this dealership. Horrible service and can’t fix the problem that you took it in for

This place is notorious for wasting your time. The sales representative would reply days later and never had an answer. Called numerous times and was always on hold and never received any information. For a 100k vehicle, it sure seems like they don’t care to sell or care about customers.

I have been on the lookout for an affordable car and had my eye on a car they had in stock. The first time I went the sales guy was just not there and his energy was off and I left empty handed. Then I decided to give it a second look and I went in on Saturday and met BLAKE BROWN a salesman who was just amazing! He was friendly and genuinely excited as much as me about the car and I told him about the issues that showed up on the car and he was very informative, unlike the last sales person who just shrugged it off, and he helped me out with my concerns. All in all, I was so happy that I went for it and got the car!!!! He was so amazing from start to finish and even played with my 2 year old toddler who was being a kid and running around and he was not annoyed in the least which is bonus points for me. I sincerely suggest they promote this young man because his customer service was above and beyond perfect and he knew a lot about the car as well which was more than the previous sales person who we met days before.

Today is 1 year since I’ve bought my 2018 Challenger. The salesman I had did a great job answering all my questions. Showed me all the features while we were on the test drive. That’s the only reason I’m giving this rating 2 stars. I went in to have 3 issues serviced. I went in on my way home from work and they told me to call the number on the card and make an appointment. So I called...and called... and called. After about 15 times over the course of about 3 weeks at different times during the day and leaving messages and getting no response I go in and just make an appointment in person. Turns out the number on the card wasn’t being monitored. So I go to my appointment to have them check out my car. My issues were the hood wasn’t aligned properly from manufacturing, transmission was stuttering, and my radio will shut off randomly turning off all outside sensors. The only thing they fixed was realigning the hood. They said there was a programming issue on the radio which they needed an update for but they didn’t even reset the radio or anything of that nature and probably didn’t even look at it because all my settings were the same. For the transmission they said the mechanic looked at and felt it when he drove it but I can’t remember the reason they gave me why they didn’t do any work on it.So great salesperson but go anywhere else for service...
