Dont shop here. This guy is horrible to customers. He sold me an incomplete XBOX controller. When I got home I saw that he didnt include the break away. I called and asked him if he could ship it since I lived all the way in Redlands. He told me no. I had to drive all the way to Perris to pick up the break away. When I told him about what had happened he acted like a complete a-hole before giving me the break away saying the XBOX controller didnt come with it. I got fed up with him and told him I wanted to return the XBOX controller as he sold it to me without the break away. Upon hearing this he got mad AND GOT UP IN MY FACE AND SNATCHED THE BAG OUT OF MY HAND with the break away in it, basically robbing me of a product he gifted me. If youre gonna shop here, beware of his attitude. He does not play nice with customers.

I took my Xbox 360 down there for a good cleaning, guy told me it would be about 2 hours. I came back to pick it up and when I got home I looked at the fans that STILL had dust caked up all over it. I’m convinced this guy just said he “cleaned” it and didn’t do anything. Another red flag I noticed waste consoles old warranty sticker wasn’t even tampered with proving to me that he didn’t even open my console.I would not recommend taking your console to be cleaned here. $60 for no reason.

BEWARE!!Other reviews are right. They do say their parts are original (OEM) but, in reality, they are far from it.However, their pricing for repairs does reflect this. They are the cheapest in Perris, hence the reason most people pay them a visit.If you’re paying for a phone to be repaired professionally, DO NOT come here. Your device will be practiced on by one of the owners daughters.Now don’t get me wrong, the older one has some experience but combine her mid-level experience with cheap parts and that is a recipe for disaster. A disaster that will cost you more money down the road.For an extra $20-$30, just take the device to a professional repair company (uBreakiFix, CPR) and have that piece of mind that your device will have original replacements parts or very close to it and repaired by certified technicians.Now, they do have an insane selection of Funko Pops and Retro video games. Thumbs up for that.

These guys did an excellent job on fixing my iPhone and my tablet. They actually did it very fast in under an hour and a half. And the price was better than I found anywhere else. The store is cool they have a lot of other stuff just besides fixing stuff video games consoles games I’m posting some pictures so you could see. I need some work done this is a family owned store and I’ll take great care of you.

Bad experience we took an iPhone 12 Pro Max to get fixed from front screen and back glass it was a Thursday when we dropped off they said should be ready by Friday didn’t get it back until Sunday only for the iPhone screen to stop working and back cracked again after placing on desk wirelsss charger but according to them it’s impossible. Took it to another shop none of the parts were original Apple the screen is from some place called magnator it’s an lcd screen not even a refurbished high quality one so spent 536$ for no reason now gotta spend another 500$ to repair again but at least they will give us proof of what was put on phone and where parts came from. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I love this place the owner is awesome he always stops what hes doing to come and check things out personally my daughters MacBook space bar broken. Took a look at it showed me the problem and recommended fixing it through the warranty. Always great service take the time and attention to make you feel good about getting things fixed. Been there at least 10 times will continue to go back in the future highly recommended.

Needed my daughters phone fixed and went here for the first time. When we called they quoted $98 and we honestly thought it was a low price just to get us in the store. But no it was real and the screen was pretty bad. Thank you guys very much. We are happy customers as both the gentlemen there were very professional, kind, and really cared about customer service (which is hard to find these days). I will be back to do some Christmas shopping here as they have many things that my grandsons and granddaughters like.

Went in to fix my phone for broken screen and they fixed it but the home button was left broken and i was told that it was like that when ik my home button was working fine i have seen other review saying the same thing and ohh the button works but i have to press it really hard like if its not its not installed correct. Was going to brimg a few more things but they lost a customer👍

So I recently went to the store to get my ps4 fixed due to an issue that the ps4 wont display its screen on any TV but will turn on same with audio. He looked at it and said that the hdmi port was damaged. But said that theres an alternative by pugging a digital output optical cable. At the time I should have done research but he said that will display to a screen but wont relay sound. The only way to get sound is by plugging a headset to the controller to hear sound. And I was ok with that. Went home and tested out and didnt work. So I did some research and found out that the cable is only used to plug in a sound system to the ps4 not display the screen. 20 dollars down the drain. Honestly my fault for not researching but still you shouldnt lie to customer or customers.

The owner is ordering a brand new one and having it mailed to us since were almost an hour away. My sister has had her phone serviced here. She told me that experience was great. I just went to get my iPhone fixed and its starting to come out of place. The home button is also moving a lot now. It was fine with the cracked screen so it should have been fine with the new screen. Only good thing I have to say is that the screen works now regardless of it sticking out.I will be going back to see if they can fix the issue.

Went in yesterday to buy a game for my psp called before I came I was running a little late and they waited for me even after closing time! I was not rushed at all to make a purchase left the store happy. Unfortunately the game did not work so I went back to return it for a new one and I know the game works it was just the case on the game so I went back told them about it n they gladly switch the case from the game for me and after that worked awesome! Family ran businesses are the places you want to make business with they always understand and are always willing to help thnk you Jeff and your father for helping me out for sure will come back for some pop figures!

Although the employees are courteous and helpful, I have noticed a complete lack of professionalism. First off, the store doesnt open at nine like it says on Google, it opens at 9:30 (theres a sign outside of the door that says so). Also, even though it opens at 9:30 as opposed to nine, the store never opens until about ten or so anyways. Yesterday I went up there to return a phone, and the employees didnt even show up to the store about ten, then I got what I believe was a BS deal of $20 for a broken phone. There was me and another person waiting outside the door and when the employees showed up, no apologies, nothing.

This repair shop is very unique. Repair shop sells gaming plush toys, gaming accessories for consoles, collectibles, anime, video game discs, and etc. When I first moved in Moval, I thought this shop was a ordinary repair phone shop. This shop is cool!

Do not go here. They will try to finesse you. Went in to unlock my phone so I can change the service. They tried to charge me $85 and gave me a bs reason why it costs that much. My friend brought the same phone I asked them to unlock to them again the next day and charged him $50, didn’t say anything was wrong w it smh

Ordered an item from them through Ebay. Was nervous at first because I have not bought anything from there and there were no reviews but went ahead anyway because I could not find the item anywhere (on my sons christmas list) and at a reasonable price. This place had it and at fair price. Great shipping, did not expect it as quickly as it did. Not hesitant to buy from them, they were great. Item was exactly like described and authentic. FIRST RED FLAG IS HE WONT GIVE OUT HIS REAL NAME. -My name is right above. Ask yourself a question; what would you do if someone took 95.00$ from you and refused to give out his real name? Wish they had something lower than 1-star. Been here a few times now, thought I could trust the guy named guido I think hes the owner (but wont give out his real name) anyways we had gotten my screen replaced may 31st (it was an emergency) he charged 95.00$ so i didnt have a choice at the time and payed, 2 days later the screen stopped working and started getting little cracks, I had kept in in a life proof case from the day we replaced the screen, I took it back to him and explained what happened and he just said the warranty is voided because of the small cracks, (I swear I didnt drop it or anything, MOST LIKELY A CHEAP KNOCKOFF SCREEN AFTER I LOOKED IT UP)(95.00$) I thought since I have been there 3-4 times he would take care of a customer but he said I was a liar (about the cracks and myself not dropping the phone) and said he could fixed it at cost or hed replace it with a cracked screen after I just spent 95.00... I had a spare screen I had ordered on amazon for 35$ but but didnt want to waste 95$ because the owner was being a weasel. He also got frustrated and set my phone Down with force and held his index finger on the screen in an threatening manner. I could have handled the situation a lot better but he knew he was stealing 95.00$. You would think he can a small hit, Im sure he gets the screens for a lot cheaper than 35$ buying in bulk, he told me it was an apple screen and once I had taken it apart it was some knockoff brand (I have the screen and looked it up) dont believe me, call me. Order a case on amazon for 35$ and DIY! It only took 2 days to get to me and 15-25 minutes to replace. LONG STORY SHORT, HE HAS NO LOYALTY TO HIS CUSTOMERS, AND WILL PUSH THE ISSUE ON THE PAYING CUSTOMER. YOU CAN TRUST ME OR YOU CAN LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$. I wouldnt waste my time writing this stupid review if it wasnt true.

Just got my glass repaired on my iphone. Jeff helped me out and he did an awesome job. I also got a phone case while I was there which turned out to be cheaper because I got the glass repaired. Took about 20 minutes. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I got to see the other guy (i’m assuming owner/manager) interact with another customer and he was also very friendly and knew what he was talking about. Definetely recommend this place if you’re looking for good customer service while getting your phone/tablet repaired. :)

They dont do good service. They like to con people out of their money. I went to them about 4 times and every time there is something new wrong or the thing i wanted fixed is broke. They also give out refurbished batteries that mess up in about a month. Really bad service :(

I have used the services of this family-owned shop 4 times already, and each time, I have experienced great customer service. Actually, stellar customer service and results!The first 2 times, I took my iPhone in for a screen repair. I broke the screen and they had the phone ready within 30 minutes to an hour both times. The 3rd time, I took in my step-daughters Dell laptop. They replaced the keyboard and repaired the laptop very quickly. The laptop didnt work great, but after reading reviews about the laptop, it turns out that I just picked out a shi**y laptop. The laptop had awful reviews all around. My point about brining this up is that sometimes the products we have are the trouble, not the actual service received!Anyhow, this 4th time, I took in my Mac laptop. Ive had it since 2010. The laptop suddenly overheated and ran incredibly slowly. Express Gadget Repair more than fixed it, they left it running like new!! Not to mention that they stood open until 8pm to give me my laptop the day they promised it. They have incredible customer service and deliver great results. Thank you so much!!!

They charge me and didnt fix my phone i went in and i brang my part so he can replace them told me the part i had didnt work i ask him if he has the part to my phone he said they order it and it would be $89 i said OK that i will want one on order for me he ended up charging me for the labor today and he said he going to charge me for the part which come with labor he said so now i am getting charge 89 plus a he charge me today for 39.99 he rip me off when i was going to go back to him i would not recommend going to him and he is over pricing on his part found the part for cheap and the guy check my phone the same day for free and all i am paying for part and labor it 59

I went for a crack screen to be fixed and left with a broke camera and damaged and scratched all over the outside of phone . I was told I would be able to get another phone because they took responsibility for it . I waited and waited and was told lies . and when I ask for a refund I was told I have to get my broke screen back in . bad bad place of businesses not professional at all!! Think twice before getting anything fixed!

Place sucks. Take it to the Perris indoor swap meet, they treat their customers with respect and if any issues pop-up they will listen, not like gadget repair, they act like thugs when trying to explain what the issue is.
