I had a great experience at this cricket location, switch over has always been troublesome but Kaitlyn made it easy and hassle free. As for the service I can’t recommend it enough

Went in for 1 line and left with 4 lines for 130 great service the girl Julissa helped me and my family switch over so nice and answered all questions love my service so far

Went in Sunday and Julissa help get the perfect phone for me and my son such a nice young lady help me set everything up

The young man helped me transefere everything i need when i got my new phone

I am not a cricket wireless customer and after what I seen today I never will be. This cricket wireless is next to GNC I parked in front of the cricket wireless store at 7:45 PM and the employee you ran to the door and locked it so I would not go in, so I look to see what time the store actually closed and it was 8 PM. so they locked the door 15 minutes early when they thought a paying customer was come in. It was the rudest thing ever

This store make me not want to switch over to Cricket.When in there to purchase a new phone for my moms birthday. Got the new phone they said it came with a wireless speaker. Didnt even let us know it was $45 and charges us anyways. The speaker only worth $20 on OfferUp.Look at the receipt and try to return it, they did not want to accept it. Theyre selling stuff on the side other than what the store is selling.... these people making Cricket look bad.

I tried to fix the issue that I have with Crickets network coverage, the people at this office tried their best, but the company was hiding behind lies that everything is fine with its bad coverage service in my area. I dont blame this office as a Cricket franchise for not fixing my issue that I came to.

Condescending tone and sold used accessories as new. When I am treated this way I simply never return and tell friends and family to avoid. Owner should clean house!

I got the LG Stylo 2 smartphone for $100 less then what a Verizon store sells them for and its a awsome phone and since Cricket is on the same network at AT&T i havent had any problems with the service. You cant beat a $50 a month smartphone bill. Ive always been happy with the people that work at this store. I go there and tell them what i need and they do it and i leave.
