I walked in with the intention of changing from Sprint to T-Mobile knowing there was trade in deals and they were very eager to help me but I found out days later that things didnt go as planned. First, I was told I would get $600 trade in credit and a few days later found out it was only $400 by calling customer service. Then, the rep added two 20W power adapters for my new iPhones without me knowing. I found out when I rceieved the receipt via email after they shipped to me. Lastly, I asked for alternative phone insurance plans and they told me that the $18 360 Protection was the only option. I found out days later that there is alternative plan for $14 which covers everything I need. Not good service here. I would recommend going to a T-Mobile Corporate Store instead.

My name is Charlene Coggins Portis. Im using my husbands account because I havent had a phone in almost 96 hours but luckily, I came across Elizabeth A who only worked in this store for 2 days. She went far beyond the call of duty today. I came into your store on Sunday with my phone that just blanked out. I told the young man I had bought Angels tickets for $354.00. It was 11:30am, the game started at 1:07 pm. I was just instructed to call the insurance company. He never tried to see if there was a way to retrieve my information. Of course, I lost my money forthe tickets. There was no damage to the phone. Of course, I was livid. I went back to this store today after refusing to be helped at another T Miobile where my replacement phone was sent because the phone was a warranty claim. The manager said my phone was damaged, implying like I damaged thephone. She sent me back to this store. The guy said he couldnt help me at this store. I had to call the insurance company. He bragged about he had worked for T Mobile for six years and he knew what he was talking about. It seemed to me both stores had been trained to save T Mobile some cash refusing to help on warranty phones. I noticed how Elizabeth A was patient with her customer so I waited for her. She told me that she had just transferred from Los Angeles. She had very good customer service skills and knowledgeable, a rarity these days. She looked at the phone and said the pixels had moved. She immediately went to work (another rarity) and solved my issue and I will be receiving a phone in 48 hours. I wish I didnt have to give this store 5 stars, its only because of Elizabeth A. She needs to train the guy thats worked for T Mobile for six years and the others some skills in Outstanding Customer service. Thanks Elizabeth A, you Rock!!!!

I like this t-mobile its in a very nice shopping center. I took my phone to get it service csuse it was doing things that was driving me crazy! The young lady there help me solve the matter she was very professional as well as polite to me. She took her time and trouble shoot my phone! And you know what?? after 20 minutes she fixed it. I was so happy. Not only was she professional, she was smart and extremely beautiful. I wish my phone act up more just so I could see her😍. But seriously this t-mobile is really nice and the employees are super friendly. I recommend this t-mobile if you are having problems with your phone, or other matters. But dont just take my word for it! Go, and check them out for yourself.....you will be very happy you did.

Got the S20. Yay!!! Rafael assisted us, was very thorough. Suggested many items that I wasnt aware existed, which was cool. Very informative for my inquiring mind. The best customer assistance Ive ever had at T-mobile. Super happy with my buy. He also made sure all my data apps and etc was transferred before letting us leave. Will be back to buy the note 20.

I made a call to this location earlier today to follow up on an order that was shipped to this new location from a retailer in Riverside. Whoever answered my call didnt bother to answer the phone as he picked it up, he was having a conversation with another employee as he began to dial a number into the phone up until he realized I was on the line. I was then transferred to another employee who told me that they couldnt share any information with me regarding my order because I didnt have a tracking number. I had stated that I was never given a tracking number from the Riverside location, simply that I was told the order would arrive today at the latest. This second employee simply said that I had to call customer service to ask any questions and that they couldnt help me. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend this location.

I recieved a text that my replacement phone is ready for pick up,. Went in and now they are telling me its in the store but they are unable to release because a manager needs to check it in?They really need to change the system if this is a true statement! TMobile, please do not text your customers that their phone is ready for pick up if its not! makes no sense! It inconveniences your customers that drive to your store because your store sends out a text that stated your phone is ready for pick up. Signed Pretty inconconvenienced customer😡

Leased 2 revvv plus phones for 130 a month on (3/24) and we both have so much problems.Cons- Freezing, hotspot might as well not work, even at home it still buffers (we get 10GB PER PHONE 4 HS! So how in the world does this happen?) My phone opens apps that I didnt select to open, and glitches often. Weve tried even tethering both phones and still get the same problem. Even screen mirroring doesnt help.I have only downloaded 2 apps (Pandora & bluebird) and I got a pop up everytime I turn my phone on (Ill upload the pic) just one phone line for that problem. My Google maps constantly freezes. I get better service driving thru reche canyon (everyday for work) when I get home its absolutely terrible.My camera comes on by itself when Im playing music its just all bad.When we initially walked out the store I had to take it back because Misael put my card in incorrectly (really now, your job is selling phones, you should know how to operate them) the other rude rep Tony just kept saying these were the best phones for the ones we could lease the PLUS but seems to be all lies. We wanted the iPhone s. My phone name on my account says NULL on my e-account? So, I called the store Monday (3/26) told a rep my problem, he put me on hold, another rep answred and my luck he was rude and not very helpful. He told me Im most likely having problem because of the apps I downloaded. In my head I was said, this is absolute BS. You are T-Mobile for god sakes, how can downloading 2 apps (pandora, bluebird) be the root to all these technically issues??? I was just not having it, so I politely said Ill restart it and try it again. I just wanted to end the call, it was around 7:30pm they close at 8pm and the last thing anyone needs is a very unhelpful phone rep who can care less about the customer(s), especially when I felt as a customer this rep is going to get me nowhere.So sad, this is my 1st time EVER trying T-Mobile and most likely my last if they do not fix this issue or lead me to a better phone. I will be going to the store 3/31 to handle this and hopefully I get an experienced manager not a careless rep.It states in their policy I can terminate if I have issues w/service but I have to show PROOF! Lol, how does that even work, what am I suppose to do video record from another phone to show them my problem. So ridiculous, and to all the PEOPLE please read the policy manual when making any investment especially with a contract. Im just so fed up. I tried this phone for a week and Im just completely unsatisfied with the service Im getting. And this may NOT be everyones issue but it is for both phones we leased and its unacceptable, not worth the headache. Worst customer service from them both.Pros - I like he pink accents on the buttons and around the camera.

I am so happy there is finally a T-Mobile in Perris! The listing is for the actually physical address of the building but it is located right next to Popeyes and Chipotle in the Wal-Mart Shopping Plaza. The people are so nice and helpful.

Went there to get some info about thier deals, Saturday can be busy there were only two people one lady and one man helping customers, this was about 10:45 AM on saturday, Finally another kid came out of the back after 40 minutes so I asked him about the deal they were offering, First thing he said we have to check your credict to give you deals, or explain you how we work, NO A GOOD WAY TO MAKE BUSINESS, your job as sales person is to make people feel confortable and be ready to explain what your companny has to offer, too bad for the people investing their money in this business Becuase they will lose money on the long run, 1- taking too long 2- not a good customer service 3- he didnt explain me about other deals as the 50 dollar one for two lines 4- didnt care when I walked away from the store did not even try to sale their sercives, New store does mean better service stay away if you can.

I’m not the one to write reviews but this one got me...me and my sister-in-law came in to buy a phone the guy that was helping us out was so bad and so unprofessional seemed like he didn’t want to help us out gave the wrong color phone to my sister-in-law she didn’t notice till we got home he keeps pushing her to buy the s20 the phone she didn’t want and this guy was totally rude because she didn’t want that and got a cheaper phone....I’ve never had a problem with people there but this guy just rubbed me the wrong way....didn’t get his name but I can point him out real quick...

There is a young lady (Vianca) who has not realized that thanks to us T Mobile customers she has a job. On December 21, 2017 I went to buy a cell phone and she told me that there in the store they could not sell me a cell phone without adding a line. I told him that in Customer Service they had said yes, and he made me wait a long time, then I decided to speak to Customer Service again to pass him the person and it was better to have lunch. The Customer Service representative told me that perhaps she did not want to attend to me since without adding a line I would not earn a commission. But who is not equally earning his salary?
