All the times i’ve been there is clean and the employees were really kind, this time was not the exception. They always have a lot of thing to look for and the thing your looking for to. Always a nice stock of caned food, breads, candy, tea, sodas and all sort of treats for your family.

A little dark, could use a little cleaning up but overall not messy and they have shelves stocked up.

I had a great experience, I found what I was looking for and the check out was a lot faster.

I really would like to find better stuff like other people post on their social media, really nice stuff, the good thing is this store clean.

I always find what I looking for. I always find new craft things here. The lines can be long but they pass by fast. The workers are nice.

Had a good trip, found lots of cute Spring/Easter decorations, cleaning supplies and candy. They didnt have kitty litter, but found cold water bottles.

Really big Dollar tree store. Crafting section bigger than other stores, my toddler loves the amount of selection.

You may wait twenty minutes for a balloon buying customer, only to be so crowded you cant practice distant space, merchandise incorrectly laid out so when I go to pay it was each but was not stocked in each form, the place was loaded with dust and dirt and un-organization, and to top it off workers were being handled in cash register before long waiting customers. I was glad to get out to never return. Only go if you are desperate !!!!!

There was a lot of people at dollar tree today and one of the girls cashiers called for back up and there was 3 girls not doing nothing just laughing sitting and playing Around ... when the one of the girls got there she screamed I’m here I will help u well she didn’t the poor girl with the green hair was helping us all with a smile really nice, u guys should not have does kinda workers there if there only going to play around and not help at all that’s Why there all so fat and look dirty and lazy .... never Going there again ..... I feel sorry for the girl she’s looks so nice and it looks like they take advantage of her .... she had green hair Poor her ... well I hope u guys do something about it or I will call the corporation... does lazy day girls need to do something instead of being lazy ....

Bought 15 balloons one time, its been three weeks and none are drooping or have even lost air. these stars are for the helium not the establishment. very nice helium

Love the dollar tree. I discover some great finds here at great prices obviously lol we homeschool and I get tons of my supplies here along with some grade specific workbooks that my kindergartner really enjoys and its my go to spot for holiday decor and even some householdcleaning stuff and my favorite thing are the little candles they have, they are really cute. The scent doesnt last quite as long as some more expensive candles but they come in adorable little jars that I love to re use! :) Most of the employees are friendly but the times listed are incorrect. They close at 8pm now. Conveniently located.

Dollar Tree is great everything is a buck, never $1.99 for something. And, this store has a bit of everything. I get my car wash and detail stuff there. Where else can I get vinyl dressing, car soap, engine decreased and Windex, all for just a buck a piece. Only problem with this store is that I usually end up buying more than what I came for. But, its still way inexpensive!

Plenty of parking, staff was very friendly, waiting on line no more than 3 minutes, recommend this store, when I couldnt carry all my items the staff assisted....nice and organized......

1yr ago: Bad customer service. Manager Laura was very rude and spent her time rushing customers screaming through the intercom. there was only 1 line and didnt help the young lady with the cashier lines instead chit chatted with 4 other employees. Store needs organization, cleanliness and new manager.Nov.2018:Apparently Dollar tree is going through a phase of bad managers and is having no luck finding a good manager that represents the store. Manager Tracy African American with glasses needs to go! Not sure how she even got that position in the first place. She lacks all the qualifications a manager should carry. So if anyone is interested in a management position for Dollar Tree start applying because with her attitude she wont last. I can assure that as a matter of fact. She has mistreated and abused her power towards valuable customers and honestly will not tolerate her behaviour. One story out of many could be a day she did not help her associate with the lines but only rang up her associate who was purchasing items, and laughed at customers in line who thought the manager was opening a line to help. She did not help yelled she was closed and then left back to her office to do NOTHING not giving a hint she would return to help. Poor cashier! Always abusing of them not helping and caring for customers quick checkout! Definitely will complain to corporation regarding manager Tracy!

Urbana provides excellent customer service (good luck getting to NM this summer!) Another stand out associate was a young black lady with multicolored streams in her hair. She was very friendly and offered to help me with anything as I browsed the aisles.This store is neatly stocked with a good variety of products. Only thing I noticed was that their crafts section was a little light compared to other stores Ive been too, but that might be a seasonal thing.

Good place to save money and the dollar store is open for everything that you might need for your home and family.

Good option if you are looking for stuff really cheap that will do the job. Obviously some of the items will not, but you can tell by taking a look to the item.

It helps me save money & the product r some of the same as walmart r other dept stores, I have been customer many yrs, they have basically most things I need for everything, I think its great for what u can actually get for just a single dollar, come on, can not beat that price any where, really. This dollar tree is horrible. Will not be going back! They have horrible customer service here and the lines are ridiculous. They only have one cashier working and they take forever to get backup. I honestly dont understand why all these workers go into retail when they have a horrible disposition dealing with the public.

At morning, before 11:00 a.m. everything is fine. There are good and affordable products that you cant find at the afternoon.

Was messy and disorganizedI shop at dollar tree for years and visit diferent stores all over and today was one the worst unfortunately.Specially the freezer.Ugh.So many items with frost bite is not even funny.I will probably look for a diferent one to shop at.

They are pretty well stocked on a lot of essentials like toilet paper, dish soaps, etc. Everything for $1, cant beat that! And if I need anything major or in particular, Walmart is right next door.
