I was delivering my Brothers bike here for service before his Sturgis trip. He swears by this guys work. Greg was not in at the time, but his young mechanic was friendly and very responsive. He stopped wrenching as quick as he could and checked in the bike for service. He thinks the bike looksgreat and so does his young associate. He especially noted the paint sparkling in the noon sun. When I mentioned that I wasnt sure it was safe from traffic where I parked, he went straight outside, assessed the situation and reparked the bike in safe location.The mechanic was very efficient and welcomed me to watch motocross in the lobby while waiting for my ride home. 2 thumbs up for their customer service.

Greg, the owner/mechanic at Fast Lane is a straight shooter with fair pricing for his services.He performed a front brake job on my 2011 Road Glide, and the lever & brakes feel perfect!!!If youre in the Perris, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, etc area...hes your guy for an independent repair shop!!!

Greg did a great job replacing my inner tube on my rear tire. He also noticed my spokes needed tightening, and tightened them as well as cleaned and dressed my chain. Greg even helped me find a way to get my motorcycle to him, and back home. He didn’t have to help me, but that shows what a great shop this is. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to other motorcycle riders in my area. Great service!

After being left unsatisfied from other motorcycle repair shops in the Temecula area, I was suggested to take my bike here from a friend. My bike had suffered a major breakdown after a long trip. Greg went above and beyond to find the issue and suggest the proper modifications to make it better. My bike is now running better than it ever did before. We went ahead with some upgrades and the attention to detail and hard work put in is not even a comparison to the other shops I had gone to before. I feel 1000% more confident when riding knowing that the parts put in were done so in a highly professional manner. Greg also went out of his way to keep me updated during the process. Customer service is unmatched. Fast Lane Cycles is the ONLY place I will ever take my bike for maintenance from now on and I highly recommend others to do the same. Unbelievable work!!!

I had an excellent experience! Greg seemed knowledgeable about all types of bikes, not just Harley like many shops in the area. He was open on Monday (also rare), had a great attitude, and finished my bike ahead of schedule. I will definitely be sending my friends here!

I took in my 06 Honda F4i after being turned away at a riders course for leaking fork seals. Greg was able to knock it out faster than expected and I was able to get into the next scheduled course and the bike performed flawlessly.

After a shop took out my top end changing cam chain tensioners 6 years ago Greg Thompson and fast lane cycles is the only one that works on my bike I got a hundred thirty thousand miles and its still rolling suspension engine and service will actually tell you whats wrong with your bike and then fix it thats rare so do you want to take your bike to someone who will tell you whats wrong with it and fix it bring it to fast lane Cycles youll still see my bike here for work remember ride fast take chances

First of all I’m glad this place is open on Mondays most places are closed. I was able to get same day appointment, Greg is very professional and knowledgeable was able to get rear breaks and ABS cable repaired in less than an hour for a very good price highly recommend this place 5 stars.
