Sadly inconsistent. Sometimes Watered down Iced drinks, sometimes poorly mixed Hot Drinks...every few times the drinks are very well crafted and worth the time and money, but now with Drive-Thru only making it only convenient when passing by and no longer a good mid-work destination, there is little reason to choose this locally owned option over the adjacent Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.

The young lady who waited on me was so upbeat and happy. So nice to be greeted with a positive happy attitude. Wish I knew her name to let her know her positive happy attitude was a nice surprise and very much appreciated!

Buggy coffee on Mcord & Sylvania has really good service. My favorite drink so far is the coconut blackberry zinger, frozen, its addictive.

Service was ok, waited a little while in the drive thru with no one around. Ordered a Chocolate Chip cookie cream freeze. The drink was made Incorrectly, leaving chunks of ice and flavor was off. I work at a biggby and know how simple it is to make these drinks. Staff may need to be retrained.

I absolutely love this place. They start out with the two key ingredients for a great coffee shop, awesome coffee and amazing baristas, then they add daily trivia to the mix to make this the best place to get coffee in town!!

I think the coffee tasted okay, but my two companions said theirs tasted weird.

This is my morning stop for coffee on the way to work. The baristas are friendly and speedy. The coffee is great and the muffins are too, and if Im really hungry, Ill get a sausage, egg, and cheese bragel. Its all good.

As a specialty coffee cafe, Biggby Coffee has exactly what you would anticipate a coffee cafe to have. There are no extra bells or whistles. Its friendly people, serving overpriced coffee in a sparkling clean, modern atmosphere. Because this is a chain restaurant the recipes of each different flavored beverage is consistent wherever you go. Each location does provide free Wi-Fi.

Awesome coffee shop, they have regular coffee, plus all the specialty items. Prices are competitive to the other specialty shops. Its definitely not gas station coffee.

Incredibly disappointing.. I was the only customer in the drive thru and waited 10 min for a regular ice coffee. Then I got charged for a bagel I didnt order... meanwhile, there are THREE employees working!!! I dont recommend this location to anyone. Also, if you have a coupon they will NOT honor it unless you print it out... If you want good coffee and exceptional service, Starbucks is where its at.

Holiday coffee not bad but a little on expensive side. It was also served lukewarm not hot. Barista made a mistake and quickly corrected. She even offered the other drink.

My husband and I stopped in, there was NO one waiting and only one at drive thru...the 3 people working were too busy talking and laughing with each other and not one ever acknowledged us for the first 5 minutes, then a guy said we will be with you in a min...2 min later still nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. We left (no one said anything) and went to Dunkin Doughnuts (great service there)!

They were out of Chocolate chips but retrieved them quickly. Very professional young ladies. Just wished theyd put the spread on versus having the customer do it.

Absolutely horrible I’ve given this place more than a few chances but every time I go here they mess up my coffee every time it taste burnt and bitter and I expect that from Starbucks but not from here, the Oregon location knows how to do it, you should probably go there and take notes bc you suck.

Decent enough coffee but the store was barren, very dark ( like creepy dark) and had very little choice of baked goods . The staff were friendly. I got a latte and it was satisfactory, my Bf got a chocolate chip freeze and it had zero flavor. Probably will opt for Starbucks next time 😕

To the owner of this franchise, I went through drive up window, the employee refuse to take or honor my coupon from my phone. She stated this was instructed per owner. Seriously! Do you people want to loose business because of a freaken coupon that cant be printed on paper?? The coupon also never stated it must be printed before using. Then we asked the employee for a frappe made drink and she gave us iced cubes instead! Bigbys lost my business completely over a coupon, dont waste your time or money going to this location. If this company cant honor a simple coupon they advertise on their website, they deserve no business from me or friends and family! I support Starbucks 100% now!

This company is a horrible place to work for. They have very poor communication with all their employees. I was scheduled for a shift and after another employee from a different store comes in I was being harassed and bullied. The Gm sent me home as I would finish my training on the following Monday. I then got a call from the assistant manager that Sunday stating I was being fired for walking out which was complete BS as I never walked out! They thw. Tried to withhold my last paycheck untill I called corporate 6 times they finally have my paycheck at a store I never even worked at. They now refuse to fill out the employment verification form that I dropped off for or off proof thatI no longer work there. They do not properly clean any of their stuff nor their store.

Worst Coffee i have had in a long time. I ordered the butterscotch one that is on the billboards all over the city. It tasted like water down coffee with ice mixed in. If you want quality coffee you better off going to Mcdonalds. Worst 5.00 i have ever spent.
