Everytime i come in here these guys help me and are always there for me. If they cannot get the parts I need they go out of their way to get me what I need in a timely fashion. I love this location and these guys are pretty down to earth and just down to earth.

Took in for an AC fix thinking it should take no longer than 1-2 days for repair. Well.. after 7 days and over a thousand dollars of diagnosing I have a bunch of new AC parts but the AC still doesnt work. I took my truck to the dealer because I wanted knowledgeable, reasonably speedy, service but I received the opposite. It would have been a lot less of a headache and cheaper to fix it myself and im not a mechanic. Needless to say..I wont be back.

I had my International 4300 Flatbed tow truck towed there for an estimate because my truck would start then shut off in seconds. They gave me an estimate for $ $4,049.00 to which l said lf my truck will be operable then go on and repair it THEY PUT ON SOME PARTS DEMANDED >$4,000.00 AND MY TRUCK IS DOING THE SAME THING - SHUTTING DOWN IN SECONDS - AS IT WAS WHEN I TOWED IT THERE. I HAD IT TOWED BACK TO MY PROPERTY AGTER BEING SWINDLED OUT OF $4,000.00.

Stopped in to pick up a starter for my International Prostar. So thankful for the nice and king great attitude of a guy who helped me. Sorry I didnt get his name but its a guy with a long beard. Thanks again, Sincerely Barney Rubble...

What an amazing service department. I thought for sure I would have to spend the weekend here. I arrived at 9:30 in the morning and they had me out the door just after lunch. John and Steve in the office explained what went wrong with my truck and even walked me out to it to point out the issue. I will definitely be back here. You won’t find this type of service at any of the rush locations I’ve been too.

I was headed to Boston last week and My truck had an issue with the exhaust pipe. I call ahead and the service staff were able to get me in and make a repair good enough that I could finish my trip. Today what sets dealerships apart from each is their ability to help provide a service and this dealership did just that. Wow amazing service I had many problems with my truck today for DEF to ABS. They got me in first thing in the morning and had me on the road by 7pm. I was very happy with the bill, they were very fair on the labor didn’t stick it to me. Enjoyed talking to nights parts guy helped pass time. I’ll be back for all my truck needs here on out.

Well, its always something with these big trucks. Had another issue. Rolled into the shop. Casey saw me walk in, I told him I had another issue. Once again, they pulled it right in, and within 3 hours, this issue was fixed too, and out the door. People there are very friendly. 20 years of trucking, I have never got service like this. I drive from Detroit, where there is a different International dealer 15 min away, all the way to Stony Ridge to get my work done now. Its worth the drive. Wish I would have found these folks many years ago.I rolled into the shop on Saturday morning with a wiring problem that was affecting my eld and check engine lights. This problem had been going on for so long, that I had to get a waiver from DOT to continue logging on paper logs. Nobody could figure it out. I talked to Casey who is the service advisor. Wow what a nice guy. Very polite and nice to talk to. He did a health check and immediately got the truck into the shop. Chris ( the tech) found the problem in less than an hour. I was completed before noon with everything working correctly. My truck will be serviced from now on at Selking International in Stony Ridge, OH. These friendly folks fixed a problem that multiple dealers could not, and fixed it quickly.Thanks Selking!Scott

Had a trans cooler leak 07/22/2019 .Called in the morning and said that I can be there in the early afternoon. Got held up so arrived later when they only had 2 people in the whole place. Still, was wrote up and truck was in the service bay within 20 min.Two hrs later problem was fixed AND mechanic even had time to take care the other issue. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Awesome place. Definitely putting on the list of my places to go to get truck worked on.

Big Trucks done right. If I used the 5 star rating this would be one. You wil not have a complaint about the work they do. Top notch.

Bout you’re typical shop...short with you...poor communication. Don’t seem to really care too much on customer service. Slow mechanics. Left shop got 40 miles down the road didn’t fix the problem. They put on the wrong parts. 🤷🏻‍♂️ All these places do is over charge and perform poor work these days. Pride and workmanship is dead. Greed and get it out the door is the new norm. Any where you go it’s the same story. Sad sad world we live in.

Not the greatest rude people in parts

I bought a truck from Arrow used truck sales and they screwed me once I drove the truck off property three days later it had water in the fuel tank and cracked brake linings dont even know how it pass a DOT inspectionthey called Arrow truck sales and got it fixed within two days and I did not have to pay a dime repairs were $3,000 or more. Definitely recommend this place 👌

Very Professional ... Fixed my DEF sensor on a Saturday ... they stayed past closing time for me to arrive and repairs ... I had to drive about 4 miles at 5 mph to this shop, took forever ... I’m very grateful because I would of had to wait until Monday and lost money ... even washed off the DEF residue spilled from repair process ... Thank you for helping me out ... Very much appreciated ....

I have visited the parts department at Selking International a few times. They usually have the part I need. If they do not, they can order it and have it the next day. I have always received the correct part and the parts have always been of good quality.I visited the service department over Thanksgiving weekend. My truck would not build air pressure. I arrived mid-morning on Friday. The service manager, Dave, had a technician look at my truck within 10 minutes. I was told that it was the air compressor. Dave gave me an estimate and I asked him to fix it. The truck was fixed by that evening. That is no small feat considering that the air compressor is on the back of the engine, under the dog house, between 6th and 7th gear. I was impressed and it came in at the low end of the estimate too.

The food was great, big portions and priced right, except for their deserts

Came in with a bad alternator. Service was quick and courteous. Service advisor Chase was very helpful and kept me up to date with the status of my truck.
