If youre looking for a very professional medium or heavy truck shop youve found it W.W WILLIAMS,I bought a tow truck in Perrysburg Ohio Im from Utah and we did almost everything over the phone Dave took a great care of our business like a professional would, exceeded all of our expectations by far, I was referred by previous owner of the truck for transmission replacement we added engine and lighting service to the repairs asked them to remove wheels to have Shrader tire mount new tires, and they did all of that I bet with a smile on their face, over all Im very pleased to write this review and highlight that they treated me like a person first and like a client then. Our motor home broke down and left us stranded. W.W. Williams, went above and beyond to help us. They have good old fashioned customer service, unlike what you get today from many providers. From Dave the Service Advisor to Jason in Service, to Joe our awesome tech. they did a great job. Other members of the service department even chipped in helping to get the parts needed. A great team. They got us back on the road, and we made it home without any further troubles. Thank you so much for all your help.

Great Detroit Diesel shop. They were the third shop I went to for low fuel mileage, but they should have been the first. They offer ECM dyno service which really helps nail down running problems. They have long hours, lots of bays, and plenty of people to work in them so theyre usually not booked more than a few days out.

Always nice. Seem to figure out most problems and fix fairly quick.

They have not worked on my truck. But as far as dealing with them goes, they are amazing. I was referred to call them by the local freightliner dealership, due to the long wait to get truck fixed.I spoke with Jimmy and he went out of his way to help me, explain in detail the issues with my truck, and how to fix it before i called my companies breakdown department. He gave me a list of the issues needing resolved with the truck and an estimate on how long it would take to have the truck fixed and back on the road. He treated me with respect and showed that he valued the customer.I will do business with W.W.Williams when ever it is possible thanks to Jimmy.

Repairs on the road are onerous in the beat of situations. I was disappointed that the 24 hour service wasnt really much of an option... But they let us stay in the motorhome in their parking lot for the weekend.Service Writer Tom was very pleasant and professional, the techs that I met were equally professional and had a great sense of humor .The quote for our required part was incredibly high and they didnt balk at all when I said woah ... Im going to order that from another vendor (which saved us $2500).They installed and programmed the ecm / tcm in short order with reasonable fees.
