Ive been going there for years and I rarely have a problem with them....there is a communication problem in the heavy equipment repair shop though.The new facility looks amazing and there is plenty of room outside for picking up and dropping off equipment.

Lied to and dragged on for days about a part. Guaranteed the part would be there next day,drove a 5hrs and no part. Told it would be there the next day, get a call its not there. Then was told it would be shipped to my house with next day air... Well that was a lie as well ups says it was shipped am delivery with it being a weekend it will arrive Monday. This whole journey started on a Tuesday. So 6 days for a part that was guaranteed to be at The shop two days in a row. THE SALES LADY TRIED to blame it on a new guy which is a go to when you mess up and Dont want to admit it. What a joke. I DO NOT Recommend YOULL WASTE YOUR TIME

Parts department is very knowledgeable about cat engines. They had the parts I needed in stock.I will return to their store.

Terrible place to work for the management favorites all the slackers and drives the others into the ground, when I left the job after a year of working there they stole half of my check and said I used my vacation time and had to pay it back when vacation is a earned bonus which is payable if you leave, I would not recommend going here

You are treated like a great person in there presence
