I came upon Maumee’s site when looking for a specific shower body part I couldn’t find in stock at the big boxes. I picked up the phone and spoke to them directly as I had a couple questions. The team was friendly and knowledgeable.I wouldn’t have found Maumee had the big boxes stores had what I needed. Now that I’ve found them I’ll skip the big boxes every time!

I went in looking for a pilot supply tube Farrell and nut. They knew exactly what I was talking about but did not have all of the parts that I needed. They gave me the parts they did have and excellent suggestions on where to go to get the required items to fix my project. I absolutely recommend them 100% great people and great knowledge!

I was only shopping for a small water filter that was just a couple of bucks, but they took the time to make sure I was ordering the correct item and then shipped it to me promptly(received the next day). Maumee Plumbing & Heating Supply did a great job getting me the Rinnai Instant Hot Water Heater part I needed. They responded to an email about the part in less than a day. Resolved an issue about the part number having changed (on Rinnais end) and got me the part in two days. I would recommend them very highly as an on-line supplier of plumbing supplies. - DP

Excellent customer service and support

GLUG is by far the best drain opener that I have ever used. Usually my drains become slow because of hair build up and GLUG eats right through it. There are no crazy smells or rules. You just pour a little in the drain and run some warm water and within seconds the drain opens up.
