Bri was awesome. Had an out tail light on my trailer. Was a wiring issue. She found it and repaired the wires promptly so I could get on the road.

Penske offers a really quality service. uHaul and Budget Truck werent able to get me a moving truck when I really needed it, but Penske could guarantee me a truck with very little hassle on my end. I was very pleased with how easy it was to get in contact with their customer service when I had questions or when I needed to tweak my reservation. Certainly they cost more than uHaul or Budget Truck, but the price was worth it for how dependable the service was and how clean and well-maintained the equipment was.

Penske doesnt play the games that Uhaul and Budget truck rental play. They dont accept reservations for trucks they dont have. Every time I called, someone picked up right away, unlike the other truck rental companies where you sit on hold for at least 30 mins. There was never any line, unlike the other truck rental companies. Employees were helpful and courteous. They saved the day for my move after Budget truck rental stiffed me and didnt have my truck that I reserved a month in advance of pickup.

Dominic from Perrysburg is one of the best mechanics weve ever met. He took his time to take care of our truck during our cross-country move and we honestly couldnt thank him enough. He went above and beyond and even made sure that our car that was being towed was safely secured, which he didnt have to do but he did anyways to ensure a safe trip.

Unorganized and overpriced, Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and the day I go to pick up the truck from the location specified it was not even there. They instructed us it was gonna be one hour late. Good thing they have no regard for our time or money. @$299.99 per day and $1.34 per mile you think you would get it together.

Booked a truck and when I arrived to pick up the unit we were told that they assigned that particular unit to another company. I found this to be highly unprofessional and very disruptive. Do not trust what this company guarantees you as they will certainly drop the ball.

If you read through UHAUL’s reviews it’s obvious they are faked and some are written by bots or something. I was screwed over by uhaul the day that I was supposed to pick up my truck for a cross country move. I called Penske in this area and shout out to the man at the call center who called at least four locations trying to connect me to a truck to rent. This was on August 1, arguably the busiest day in the truck rental year. He found a truck for me nearby (bigger than the one I rented w uhaul!) but then I apologized and said the price was just too high. We ended the call and then a little over a half hour later, he called back and said he got the okay from corporate to rent it to me for a lower price. He made the price exactly at where I said my budget was, even though it ultimately made the rental $200 less. Seriously this man and this location is the only reason I was able to move in with all of my stuff in a new state today and have a bed to sleep in for the first week of my new job. I am just so thankful

Just had a bad experience with Penske in particular Andrew who unfortunately is an assistant manager. I was rudely treated while returning a rental. As small business owner customer service is extremely important, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience today. The initial staff was great friendly and inviting it unfortunate that one person action will cause Penske to lose my business or future recommendations.

Be aware that if you rent a vehicle and dont show up first thing in the morning (even if youve already paid for it, and have assured them you need it for the whole weekend), and if you miss their day-of call to confirm (again) that youll be picking up the vehicle, they will rent it out to someone else.I understand they want to maximize use of their fleet, and Im sure some people occasionally will book a vehicle and not pick it up, but youd think that if you already paid them in advance to reserve a vehicle for a few days youd be entitled to pick it up at whatever time of day you happen to need it. And the big oversight here is that at no point do they tell you that you need to pick up the vehicle first thing in the morning, and that if you miss their calls theyre going to rent it to someone else.In my case, I was moving over a weekend, had booked a vehicle for 2 days, and missed their phone calls because I was in the process of packing boxes, etc. I arrived at Penske and was surprised to hear they rented my truck to someone else, and they had nothing else available. So that was neat.

Excellent customer service, polite, friendly. Had paperwork ready, signed it, quick inspection, out the door in about 20 minutes. Could not ask for more....Thank you Penske

I was not satisfied with U-haul, so I thought Id try Penske. This was a huge mistake. Firstly, they said they had plenty of matress protectors in all of the standard sizes. This was not the case; they had about 2 protectors total. Secondly, we requested a truck with a ramp, but we did not get one with a ramp despite being told ahead of time that they had the size of truck we wanted with a ramp. They had hundreds of trucks there, Im sure they had what we wanted. Thirdly, we took the truck out at 15/16 of a gas tank, and then returned it at 15/16 of a gas tank. These thieves then charged us $80 in gas... DO NOT rent from these people. They will nickel and dime you to death for things they made up. The only way Im changing this review is if they refund the $80 charge for the gas and give a full refund for the truck rental since they wouldnt give us what was promised. This is why people hate big business, its because they think they can commit fraud. Well Penske, you have forever lost me as a customer.

The company I drive for had me pick up this truck. Its newer and it drives great.

They are quick about helping you, tend to be very professional. Only reason for four stars is, sometimes the first truck you get is not always up to snuff, but they will scramble to get you another in a hurry. Good people here.

Customer service rep was super nice and helpful! This place is an affordable truck rental location. Much cheaper than U-Haul! For extra days they even negotiated a lower price for me!

BLACKLISTED!We rented a truck and returned it. They found some damage to the roof and charged us to fix it. Not a ton, but we paid it.Next time we went in to rent a truck they said we were blacklisted and would never rent from Penske ever again.Oh well.

Took my truck for a small repair and I was in and back on the road in 15mins. Thats great service.

Reserved a 12 foot truck in advance, but two days prior to pick up I was called stating “we do not have a 12 foot truck currently, but we will try our best. If we can’t get it, we will upgrade you to a 16 foot at no additional cost”. This seemed fine and I agreed. I show up at the location in Findlay Ohio where they are driving the truck for pick up, and the problems begin. The clerk inside tells me that the location should of called me with an update, and ironically they called me as I was talking to her; now they had a 12 foot truck, but said it would be late and show up in half an hour. I think awesome and wait the half hour. Half an hour passes and I get a call saying the truck is broken (the back axle is vibrating wildly) and they ask me if I can push back my reservation to a day in the future ... no, I can’t which is why I reserved it for that day. But now they no longer have the backup 16 foot truck either. After I pushed citing my reservation and original promise, they wanted me to wait till 4PM to get the truck which would of been a 4 hour wait OR drive up to another location which would of been a 100$ taxi fee. They will string you along and break promises, and they feel very untrustworthy. I ended up calling a local U-Haul which was able to get me a truck immediately after an hour and half of this.

A little hard to get to with all of the construction in the area, but they were fast and very professional, and the van was clean and in great condition.

Had to go inside twice and ask the guys in the last day if they could come out to fuel my truck was there over 30 minutes to get fuel no other trucks were in line when I arrived then when I come in I have been waiting 15 f****** minutes to get somebody out there one of the two guys went in and told the supervisor after he was telling me what a lazy piece of s*** the other guy was for not giving me fuel

They always come through for the company that I work for.. There mechanics are helpful get people.

This penske location is great and always help me out in a pinch.

Everything went smoothly and pricing was straightforward, have rented multiple times without issues.

Always have to call inside to get them to come out to fuel island. Avoid this location unless you have plenty of time to burn.

Truck worked well, and was a good experience all the way around. The sales girl who helped me at pickup was new, but very helpful.
