I will NEVER use this moving company again!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! They broke my bed and my desk and didn’t even mention it while they were moving my belongings. I found out later that evening when I started to unpack and attempted to put my furniture together. I noticed the desk first. It was in one piece when they put it on the truck, when I saw it in my home later it was in two pieces. Then when I tried to set up my bed, I noticed a piece was missing but it was Saturday evening and Two Men and A Truck was closed. I attempted to put it together anyways so that I would not have to sleep on the floor for the weekend and the whole bed collapsed and broke into multiple pieces. I called the company first then when they opened the following Monday morning and left a message. I got no response to my message and had to call again the next day. Once I finally spoke to someone, they gave me the run around for 3 days. I then went on to fill out their survey and I was contacted the same day by a man named Shawn. He claimed that he wanted to make it right. He said he would have to come out to see the furniture to investigate. When he came out his tone completely changed. He then started to claim that since the crew didn’t take the bed apart they were not responsible for loosing the piece that was missing. But he did agree to having a repair man fix it. I didn’t like the idea but I agreed to it. He also stated that he would have the desk fixed because that was clearly not broken before it was moved nor was it taken apart. He said he would contact me the following week to get the repair guy out to work on it. Here I am two weeks later and I have heard nothing from him. Not the mention one of the movers asked to buy some of my boyfriend’s medical marijuana! This company is very unprofessional and sloppy! IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY, I WOULD NOT ADVISE YOU TO USE THIS COMPANY!

Extremely unprofessional. not to mention the quote they gave us was almost 2,000 dollars for not even a lot of furniture. they sent an email saying you’re booked, called a day before and canceled because it “wasn’t booked” but sent an email. now we’re rushing around to find someone in time. expensive, not even reliable and rude. don’t use them.

They were on time and never damaged any of my things. I’ve used them 3 times so far and never had a problem and I had a lot of stuff. They took apart my beds and set them up at my new house! They rock!

Paid to have my son moved out of a studio apt. He doesn’t have a lot of belongings and we even moved the tv etc ourselves but was still charged and paid over $400.
