This is an extremely cozy family owned creamery with an expected variety of flavors. The decor inside is fun and with views to the marina immediately across the street, the outdoor seating is modest but comfortable during a pleasant day.

Bayside Creamery has Excellent Ice Cream. I love the Capichino Crunch. Me and my wife go to the Perth Amboy Water Front a lot to walk along the Beach, watch the Boats, play with my Zoom Binoculars or Metal Detect the beach. I like to cap it off with some Excellent Ice Cream from Bayside Creamery. Try it, youll love it.

Beautiful location by water, nice ice cream, Hershey ice cream, reasonable prices, I thought the staff was pleasant. I paid 7 bucks for a twist cone with sprinkles and a small cup of 🍓

This ice cream shop is very charming. As previously posted by some other customers, its Hersheys, but its very good. They have a good amount of unique flavors to choose from. The salted caramel vanilla truffle and the coconut almond are my favorites. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the staff member that was assisting us with our order was wearing her face mask just over her mouth and her nose wasnt covered at all. While we were ordering, she kept pulling her face mask down under her mouth to respond to us (as she was scooping the ice cream). Really? Yet as a customer, you expect me to wear my mask correctly for the entire time Im inside your establishment.

Such a cute summer go to. Pretty affordable and good quality ice cream. There is a marina in the front. They are super clean and very friendly.

I used to love this place, but now during the pandemic it is horrible. There’s a line out the door and people are not standing six feet apart. When we go into the store there is no protective shield between the customers and the employees. Taster spoons are still being give out even though all other ice cream shops are not doing it (because state law says they shouldn’t be). People are coming in without masks and are being allowed to hold a napkin in front of their face as a “mask”. The bathroom is open to the public and isn’t cleaned after each visit. People sit down on a bench inside the store, and there is seating outside, but I’ve never seen either cleaned. There’s cross contamination because employees serve the ice cream, ring up and take cash, but don’t wash their hands or use hand sanitizer to then serve the next customer. There’s no hand sanitizer available, and I’ve heard there’s no soap sometimes in the bathroom. I also don’t see much cleaning going. In general, it feels unsafe in that environment. The pandemic is still going on and the second wave is about to hit any moment. If someone hasn’t already gotten coronavirus from being in there, there probably will be someone soon.

Ice cream was good and reasonably priced. Two issues tho. The chocolate hazelnut didnt have much hazelnut taste and that flavor also melted immediately! Like as soon as it was handed to me.

Bayside Creamery is a quaint little shop across the street from the Marina in Perth Amboy. They have some interesting flavors but I think the best part of going here is the location. Get yourself a cone and relax on a bench and watch the boats.

Wow! The flavors selection is amazing and they all taste very fresh and natural without a hint of artificial flavors.

This place has the best ice cream on this side of Jersey. I always get the Small Banana Split Boat and it is on so filling. The ice cream is fresh, the bananas are fresh and the prices are not expensive. This place gets packed but dont be intimidated by the line. They move quickly and although it may seem like confusion, it is well.organized.

I love the ice cream here! By far the best I have had so far! I like the banana pudding and their coconut flavored ice cream! I always come and they are super crazy busy but they still manage to give great service and get you in and out as quick as possible! I like that their location is right by the waterfront so take a nice stroll while your eating your ice cream and enjoy the view!

My milkshake fell out of my hand as I am walking out. The lid wasnt fastened. Fell all over me while everyone just laughed and kept walking. The employees didnt even come help. They made pay for another one as I sat there dripping. So thanks Bayside 😒

Ice cream was so frozen it has no taste. I had Hazelnut & Coffee Crunch & couldnt taste the flavor of either one. It was not worth standing in line. I threw half of it away as it wasnt worth the Calories.
