Staff is always courteous, friendly and obviously know their job My favorite go to UPS store.

They make me wait 28 minutes just to scan a small 3 pound eBay package thats crazy worse place ever

One star off for no parking. Only street parking is available at this location.Another star off for long waits. There are times where there are people lined up for service and the counter is left simply empty. Nobody seems to know that there are customers waiting in line.Staff is, however, very helpful and friendly.

Have me waiting around 10 minute for a package amazon prime only need to scan, and it was only one person on front of me employee to slow need retrain....it wasnt like that before ......

Open at 7am, 10am AND still nobody here

They say that they close at 7:30 but its a total lie they close at 7:00 even though that there people there working its falce advertising I would not recommend anyone to take packges there for from of take it better to Woodbridge
