Came in to get new tires which sounded simple enough. Well unfortunately one of my lug nuts wanted to be a problem and cause a ton more work for the crew then I planned. Luckily for me the technician Mike was patient and resourceful. He took the extra time and care to get the lug nut off without causing any damage to my wheel mount. Excellent first experience with City Tire!!!!

Very disrespectful! might have been because i’m black because i’ve never seen a business especially owned by a son and mother, talk to people so rudely! and just honestly saddened me because i try to be respectful yet they wouldn’t even give me the time of day and then hung up in my face twice ! Outright hurtful to know people like this still exist! And to feel like it was simply because of the color of my skin.

They repaired my tire which had a very small sliver of wire. He showed it to me and then I added the sample to their jar of culprits. Will definitely be going back for all my tire repair needs in the future!

Recommend this tire place to anyone. Had all four brand new tires put on but they did not put new valves in like they were supposed to and ended up with a flat tire because of those deceptive old valves and they were contacted and would not make anything right I would not recommend them nor will I ever deal with him again. Besides being rude to me on the phone.

I have never been so disappointed in my entire life. I dropped off my truck and was told it would be done by the end of the day on Friday, which was three days away. Although they said they would call me with a rough price after they took a look at my truck, I never heard from them. I returned on Friday afternoon and was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever met in Peru. Marilyn behind the desk apparently hated me for some reason. I asked about the truck and she said they werent able to look at it. I asked for my keys back so I could take it somewhere else, but Marilyn told me she was closing up shop and I would have to pick them up on Monday. I was livid. They never looked at my truck and Marilyn refused to give me my keys back even though I didnt owe them anything.I stopped back later that evening and got my truck with my spare keys. I never did get my keys back. I would rather pay for a replacement set than ever deal with that monster again. I would have been better off asking a drunk in an alley for help.

Service is very friendly. Love the atmosphere and a nice place to sit while waiting even though you dont have to wait for long.

They do a good job at tires and brakes, but not that knowledgeable on exhaust systems. My car has the original OEM exhaust since new. Never been touched before. A pipe had rusted through and I just wanted to have it rewelded. I was told someone cobbled it together and it would cost $1500 to fix. Just because you dont like the way a particular manufacturer does there exhaust and you dont want to mess with it you dont have to make up a story. Just come out and say you dont want to want to deal with it.

Brought in my Town and Country with low tire pressure on drivers side tires. They found the problem and got me back on the road quickly! The best !

I had 2 tires replaced and a front end alignment. The front end alignment fixed alot of problems i had in the front. The mechanic seemed to go above and beyond to make sure my car went straight down the road and it wasnt going to wear out my new tires. They have great customer service. Thank you City tire of peru.
